I have been going for years, but lately the older nail techs are very rude and my nails looked horrible . I gave them more than enough chances. You lost a loyal customer..

Infested with roaches!!!!!! The service was poorly done,I was also skipped by 4 people who did not have appointments. I was also upcharged for a reason that was not explained to me. Not only that, there were booths that weren’t being occupied not do to low staff but PURE UTTER LAZINESS! I was also called a slur under one of the employees breath. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy!!!!!

I have gotten my nails done here about a month and a half ago now my friend recommended it! I loved it! They were very nice and friendly! One thing I didnt agree with was that they do charge a different price for stilettos and at the time idk if they have changed it, but when i went the price wasnt on their board. So therefore thinking I was getting the same price as my friend I ended up paying more out of my pocket than initially planned. However, besides that I didnt have any problems! In fact my nails lasted almost a whole month! I did take really good care of them and kept them clean every night! Despite my household chores they held up really well! They were absolutely beautiful! I would post the picture if I still had it! I will definitely be going back very inexpensive too! depending on what you get!

I am not sure what happened but this place isnt the same in quality of service given. There was only two technicians present to service three customers. I went in for basic manicure/pedicure, both sub par in comparison to past visits.Im sure its due to them working more than one customer at a time. When I am treating myself, Im looking for a better job than I can do myself. That didnt happen this visit. Friendly people just not great job or service. I hope you guys fix the problems. I know youve been in business a good while now and at one point service and quality was great there.

I’m a regular customer at this location. I get a deluxe pedicure and gel nail fill in every two weeks. I came in on April 3,2019 at 9:24am I waited a whole hour until, I decided not to do business with you guys anymore. I sat in the water till it was cold. No one check on me except the pregnant nail tech. She try to make it right, but I was treated rudely by everyone else. It was only three pedicures being done, I was surprised to have received this kind of service.

I would give you less than this if I could. I just woke up to my pinky finger absolutely throbbing and probably infected.I NEVER get the chance to have my nails done and its sad the one time I do, I chose a butcher shop.During the striping of my old SNS, the nail technician was So careless that her tool sanded a chunk of skin on my pinky finger off. As the blood starts coming to the surface, not only do I notice she is not wearing ANY gloves, I kept telling her that my nails were natural and she was using too course of a grit to sand with. She did not listen and just kept going. I thought she was going to sand clean through my nail to my skin for a second.NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. IM GOING TO HAVE TO BRING MYSELF TO A DOCTOR FOR ANTIBIOTICS OVER GETTING MY NAILS DONE, SOMETHING THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE RELAXING.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had. This was my first time and last time visiting this location. I came in for a pedicure and manicure. When I was getting my pedicure the lady barely massaged my feet and she did not do a good job on my pedicure. During my pedicure, when she put the hot towels on my feet, she took her gloves off and sat them on my feet like Im a table or foot stand. Which I felt like that was very rude and disrespectful. She only massaged one arm during the manicure and she was doing my nails in a rush. (Even though I was one of the first customers there. There was one other person there besides me.) She half behind put on the solution (that they put on your fingers after soaking your hands.) She just put it on so unprofessionally and carelessly that the solution went on my fingers more than it did on my fingertips. She also was filing my nails while looking out of the window.. Which didnt make any sense. How can you do someones nails without looking at them... (Explains work came out mediocre.) Then she took the pillow, that they let the customers use to rest their hands, away. Even though I wasnt finished and my hands were still wet. Btw she tried to make me hand dry my hands. Instead putting me under the nail dryer, which makes more sense. I had to get up and take the initiative to go to the dryer on my own. I go to the cash register to pay and they took the money so fast and put my receipt on the counter and just walked away. There was no friendly greeting. No thank you for coming. Or how was your visit? Do keep in my mind this was first visit. You would think they would be happy to see new people coming to spend their money. Even if it was my 20th visit they could have been more respectful and polite. They act as if Im getting my nails for free. Plus, my nails did not even last a whole day. It was already coming off within 5 mins after I finished drying my nails. Then, I kept getting ask if I was getting regular or deluxe. Because, they wanted me to update to deluxe. But, I was already spending 35, almost 40 dollars, for a medi and pedi. The lady next to me was getting a deluxe and every five seconds, the nail tech kept saying thats what you get when you get the deluxeeeee. Trying to hint hint to me. But why would I buy the deluxe at a place I have never been before and Im not getting good customer service.. Like no. I hate when people get mad; because, you dont want to spead a certain amount of money. Just be grateful that people are coming to your business. Because its not like this is the only nail salon in Mobile. I could have went anywhere else for cheaper price and better customer service. The funny thing is I was going to get something added and pay more money. But they messed it up. Oh well. And I was looking for a new nail salon to become a regular customer at. But, I guess this one is not it.The back massage from the chair was more relaxing then the pedi and medi. I basically paid $35 for a chair massage. Because, I didnt get a real massage (unless you count 5 secs a real massage and massaging both of my feet at the same time a real massage) from the pedi or medi and it was not good job. I wouldnt recommend anyone to go here.

I like their sevice the only thing I hate is that whenevr I enter the salon I have to yell and tell them what I need to get done and the entire salon has to hear what I need to get done which is so embarrassing. I wanted to get a bikini wax done and They asked me to say it out loud so they can hear it. Like seriouly ?? Why dont u hv someone at the register to ask u that question ?

Tried to say I didnt pay for the 2 pedis and one full set. How was my bill over 130 if I didnt pay? Lol, just a way to get more of a tip Im guessing. Supposedly still owed them 25. Just another salon Ill never go back to.

This is my usual nail place, but todays service was awful.S-L-O-W doesnt begin to describe the service and not at all friendly.
