The only male nail Tech here on Saturday, took his time with my nails and made sure to do my nails as asked.🥰 I would recommend. They pay attention to detail and do their best to give you exactly what you ask for.

The service was nice. However, I was told in the beginning of my visit that my pedicure would be $55. However, afterwards, I was charged $75 which included services that they gave me but did not tell me would be extra. The language barrier made it difficult for me to communicate with my pedicurist.

So its mixed. I came here twice once to have my nails removed and get my toes done. An older lady did my toes and they were amazing. I loved the job she did. They were super sweet and cheaper than my normal place for what I wanted, so I went back when I needed to get my nails done and all was not cool. The girl that did my nails sat in the very first desk and the job she did was awful. They didnt have the flowers I wanted so I changed my design which was fine, they said they could do the design I asked for but it wasnt near what I wanted. I was going out of town and I had no time for anything to be fixed or redone. Truthfully they would have had to be redone, there was no way to fix them. They were lifting within a week. My fiance even asked where I went because my nails looked terrible 😲 HOWEVER, I seen a girls nails at the store and they were BEAUTIFUL asked where she got them and it was here by a girl named Tee. So apparently Tee does great nails but Im not sure about anyone else. Good luck

Walked in wanting a pedicure and was told to choose my color. After doing so I waited 30 minutes for them to further acknowledge me but they just sat there talking to each other and to the 2 other customers. No one bothered to prepare my tub or ask me what kind of pedicure I would like so I left. Will never ever return.

Having a girls day with my daughter, nearby, and went in here for pedicures. They told us to sit in the pedicure chairs, so we thought wed be getting worked on quickly. An HOUR later, we were still waiting and now soaking in cool water. It turned out there was only 1 girl doing pedicures (apparently they cater to doing manicures), and the other 2 ladies that had been soaking were in front of us. We made a bad call not getting up and leaving when we realized what was going on, but lesson learned. It also looked very dated and worn inside, and it smelled really strongly from the manicures. And none of the girls working were friendly; they barely said a word to us other than to ask us what color we want and what type of pedicure. It was a really disappointing experience, so I would NOT recommend coming here if you care about your time or the experience.

This place has such a great atmosphere. I walked in without an appointment and got right in with no wait. Everyone was super nice and helpful! Its got everything a spa has and more I will definitely be coming back!

I LOVE THIS NAIL SHOP! I had the best experience there, I met samone and tho and they are the sweetest😘😘 I love my my nails and toes... This nail shop have all the pretty colors.. There are clean and the salon is really pretty... Those people are friendly and they tend to your needs.... I will most definitely recommend this shop to anyone.... And how can I forget the waxing my eyebrows are everything... My bf love them as well.. This will be my nail shop home for good.... I love everything about the salon and everyone in there, I JUST LOVE❤️

I went to this salon for the first time today on my lunch break for a manicure. The atmosphere was pleasant. The ladies didnt seem very nice at first, but I think they were slightly irritated that I asked if they could do a peacock nail art on one of my fingers. Apparently they couldnt. I was fine with that, and my manicure began. The nail tech and I were being friendly towards each other, and everything seemed to be going great until I came back from washing my hands. My nail tech had moved on to a customer who walked in after me and was working on her. She asked if I could wait a few minutes, and I told her that is no problem. As I waited, the other nail tech who was previously working on someone else was sitting down playing on her iPad. About 10 minutes go by, a mother and daughter walk in. The daughter wanted her toenails and fingernails painted. The nail tech who was on her iPad and another lady who was present that I didnt even know worked there both went over to the daughter, and one painted her nails while the other painted her toes. I was in disbelief! I was nice enough to wait the full 20 minutes it took for my nail tech to come back. I told her I didnt realize Id be waiting so long, but I would pay her for what she did. The other nail tech, who Im guessing is the boss, said it would be $12. That is what a manicure costs! I didnt get a full manicure! All she did was cut my cuticles and had me wash my hands. I told her I am not paying the full amount! She said that I can get them painted and it would be a full manicure. I told her that is not an option because I waited for 20 minutes and now have to go back to work. She acted like it wasnt a big deal that not only did I have to wait so long, but that she and the other nail tech completely disregarded me and started working on a customer who had just walked in. Finally, the nail tech who seemed to be the boss gave me attitude and told me I could just go. I told her I will and that this is HORRIBLE customer service.

I requested a pedicure. I wad left soaking for 45 minutes. Water turned cold so I took my feet out. Waited another 15 minutes. The person that did my feet did a horrible job. It basically looked like she just painted my feet. I wad in tears leaving the shop. I will never do business there again. Awful place.

Great nail shop, I had a pedi and manicure done about two weeks ago and my nails are still on. My only problem is that I do to a lot of hands on things so some of my polish chipped lol Ill definitely go back to them again!

I shouldve known when I walked in on a Saturday and the place was empty. The woman cut me so badly I wondered if I would have any toe left. I ended up with an infection that is now being treated with antibiotics. I also worry about the sterilizing process used. She actually touched my toe with the bottle of stuff that makes you stop bleeding. The bottle TOUCHED my bleeding TOE. I wonder how many other toes it had touched before. NEVER GO HERE!!!

I called at 1:37on today to schedule an appointment for gel nails and toe nail polish. This is not my regular nail salon, but I needed my nails done and chose them since my daughters daycare is down the. Street instead of traveling to the salon close to my house where I usually go. It was about convenience today. When I got there it was 3:50, no one acknowledged me immediately. When they finally said something and I told them I had an appt. They asked when did I call. I told them when. Long story short, they didnt remember and I had to go into my call log to tell them the time I called and I had to call out their ph9be number because they wanted to believe I called another salon. The person who did my nails was not interested in giving top notch customer service. I did not get my toe nails polished. I stayed because I had something important to do and really needed my nails done ASAP. The worst experience. They can take notes from Brendas nails on Knollwoos dr.
