Today was my first visit but definitely won’t be my last! Absolutely the best nail salon in town! Prices are extremely reasonable and the attention to detail was spot on! The pedicure was amazing! I’m so happy I found this place. A nail salon should be enjoyable and relaxing not something you dread! City nails delivers just that and more. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

It’s a little pricey, but they have 20% off til the end of the month. Everyone was friendly and it was very clean and well maintained. I absolutely love my nails; they did the cool trick where they used the magnet to move the polish. It was amazing and looks so beautiful. I’ll definitely be going back. :)

I love the fact that Jenna is a great free hand artist she can see I picture and duplicate it. James is a great at sculpture and the the structure of the nail. James is great a pink and white solar as well as umbre.

I used this business once before & felt like I had a decent experience. I returned here 04/08/2021 to receive similar services; unfortunately, they had me sign in and wait over forty minutes just for me not to receive any service. Instead of telling me when I initially signed in that they would not be able to provide the service today, they wasted nearly an hour of my time. This also took away time I could have went to another salon. I won’t ever return. Very disappointed & unsatisfied.

Came at 10 am. No one was there and i was asked to come back at 11 to get nails done. Show up at 11 and they tell me they are full and ill need to come back.

I have been here only once but will definitely return. My nails were flawless, and the staff and owner are wonderful!

I went here 2 days in a row- the first for an emergency SNS service (for a Christmas party) and the next day with my mom for a pedicure.This place is the real deal. We have been bouncing from nail salon to nail salon trying to find our favorite, and it’s finally happened.Even though some of the ladies’ English isn’t fluent, they made me/us feel so SO welcome.They paid attentive attention to what they were doing, and were patient when I was being (overly) particular.We moved to Mobile from Charlotte, and all of the nail salons I visited prior to this one just didn’t meet the expectations I have learned to have from “big city” customer service. But this place was phenomenal.Their color selection is excellent, they have free beverages including wine, and their prices are incredibly reasonable.We will DEFINITELY be back!
