If you want beautiful nails, that last, and a lovely time getting your nails done, then you want to go here. I have been looking for a forever nail salon and I have tried them ALL over Mobile. From Navco to Semmes and in-between, and not ONE out beats this one. The price of my nails (and I do it ALL with my nails) has dropped but the quality got better. And the girls....WONDERFUL FRIENDLY TALKATIVEthey genuinely show you love, but the quality is not compromised because of it. I have been getting my nails done over 20 years and this seriously ranks in the top 3 of best nail salons for every reason, that I have ever been to. Thank you ladies(and gents) for loving your job and being so great at it,and making the experience worth coming back for always!!!

Was visiting from out of town and came here as a last resort since most places were booked, this should have been the first clue/warning. Got waxing done on arms legs and face. It went well until the owner charged well over going rate for services. Declined to give an itemized receipt never once mentioned additional charges would be made. Even though we paid for the services owner called the police and told us to speak to the cops about getting our itemized receipt. Beware of coming to this place as they bragged about over charging customers in the past. Stated they have charged people 400 dollars to wax their back before. There are much better rated places around this business who have better pricing.

Horrible service. It tool 2.5 hours for a fill. They over charge and talk about their customers. They called some people cheap. Dont waste your time or money. Plus my nails are ugly

First impressions mean a lot to me and my first time in here was amazing. Everyone was super nice & accommodating. My sns looks amazing, had great colors to choose from also. I got gel on my toes as well and they look great too. I will go back 😄

Con artists- I purchased $80 in gift certificates as a baby gift for my wife in Feb of 2020. We were too worried about Covid but we did have a newborn so she waited until November to use them, and Majestic refuses to honor them because its been over 6 months. It doesnt matter that this was during a Pandemic. Im not sure why they expire at all. So essentially they just stole $80 and ran. I would suggest finding a place with a moral compass because this group has none.

In a rush and terrible pedicures made me bleed on my big toe & for there so High prices! Charged me $7.50 for each nail for 2 I needed

I saw this place was close to my house and had great reviews plus fair prices. I was HIGHLY impressed with the service. The staff was very friendly, and the sweet woman who did my pedicure (Tracy) was very meticulous and I didnt feel rushed or hurried. She took her time to detail my feet 😂😂. I got the basic (the least expensive) and it was better than, I wont mention names, a very expensive hotel salon in Mobile. Im almost 8 months pregnant so this was such an enjoyable relaxing experience. Also, their massage chairs freaking ROCK! Hit all my achy spots. Highly recommend.UPDATE: Ive been 3 times now and Tracy has done my toes all 3 times. She is still amazing.

The technicians here are phenomenal. They are also extremely accommodating and kind. It doesnt hurt that after a couple of visits, they remember you, and in my case, by name! Highly recommend.

Today was my first time at this salon and I love it!! Quiet, polite ladies working here. No constant chatter among themselves like other salons. I dreaded getting my nails done at the salon I was going to for the past two years and now I have found a salon that is close to my home and a pleasure to go to. Ill go back...........more often than once every 6 weeks!!

The ladies in this salon gave me top notch service and I will definitely visit here again! I arrived at 1:30 for a full set manicure and pedicure and told them I had to be done by 2:30 to pick my child up from school. Not only did they deliver a beautiful job on my hands and feet, they were able to do so in the time allotted. The tech also wanted to make sure I had a relaxing visit which meant the world to me. Thank you ladies!

Ive been trying to find a new salon in the area and sad to say this one was the worst. ☹️ The pedicure bowl water stayed cold, the towels to wrap my legs for the deluxe pedicure were also cold so I froze the entire time.. the staff (three people) were all hovered around me having a lengthy conversation which is rude no matter what language you speak and the worst part is after I left and got in the sunlight I realized how poor my nails look not to mention I was there from 11:30-1:30 for a deluxe pedicure and full set and they were NOT busy at all.. Im contemplating going to another place just to get these nails corrected.. Only good thing is I was only charged 80 bucks.

Giving them five star rating because the lady that did my nails took her time no rush did them right I have had sns in the pass was not pleased.but she did my sns so right I will be going back the staff is very nice and friendly people and the lady that did my nails is super all are very professional thanks ladies for a job well done.

Asked for long nails, the person cut way too short two times. I told her to forget it and offered to pay. They declined so I left. This was my second chance with them. The first time they tried to make me use a broken pedicure chair. If Im paying, I want the full service that includes working chairs and feet rests. Walked out then too after being told they werent going to move me. Moved myself right back out to my car and went somewhere else.
