My daughter just had her nails done there 2 days ago and 2 of her nails have completely came off. She was scratching her head when 1 of them came off just now. I be damned if I ever take her back there again. It’s money down the drain now I will have to take her to get them fixed. I shouldn’t have to do that! It’s bs I have to pay extra money to get them fixed. I be damned if I waste my money at that place again.

The costumer service is awesome I was going to do all white and 2 of my nails pink but the lady who did my nail said I should do all pink and 1 white (good advice)

Best shop in town! Sometimes you have to wait for a seat, but it’s worth it. They take their time, their work is flawless, and their prices are reasonable.

Does not even deserve one star. Went in on a Friday evening to get my daughter and I pedicures. When we went to choose our polish, there were ants crawling ALL over the wall. Gross! Then I asked the woman in the first chair near the sign in desk how long the wait would be and she just said “long” ...not even an estimate like 15 minutes, 20 minutes, an hour...nothing...just “long”I put our polish on the counter and got the heck out of there.

Do not waste your hard earned money I cant name about 5 other places with better quality and definitely better customer service. They lie and tell you they can do certain designs just to get you to stay then by the time youre leaving the nails are chipping they dont put clear cost on too to protect the nails and any glitter comes off in less than 20 minutes and they have the nerve to have smart mouth and bad attitude when you ask them anything I will never go here again and give them the money I work so hard for

Bad service...i walked in and said i want a full set and lashes ..they said ok have a seat.......i waited an hour before someone else came and got lashes first..i waited another hour for my nails witch. was wend.and 2 popped off by fri.

Tina is the best nail tech I have ever had and Kelly’s is the only place I will go.

Customer service is awful. They catch an attitude when they mess up your nails and/or feet. They do what they want to do. Do not waste your money here.

Needs to update equipment and get more variety nail polishes

I very seldom write reviews whether the service good or just okay. Well the service I received was so poor that it prompt me to write an review. Here goes, I went in to Kellys to receive several services eyelashes, nail polish, a nail repair on indexed finger. The worker was Phong Toug I dont know if she was having a bad day or this was her normal temperment. She scream pulled and jerk on my hands until I had enough and I asked her do she have a problem and that seems to agitates her more. I left there without all the services done ( after she done my nails she went in the back for lunch she came back out front and told me that she wasnt going to do my lashes and she reimburse me the money for lashes) I have never have had an problem or experience before ever and still till this day Im puzzle and hurt by her actions. I have never or would never ever step foot into that nail salon again. It took all the strength in me to keep my composure because dealing with todays climate and people with attitude things could have escalated into something nasty. Peoples its always better for you to keep your cool. You never know what going on mentally with others. PEACE

My nails were very crooked and had numerous air bubbles in them. I asked her to fix them and she made them worse. I wouldn’t recommend this shop very poor service.
