This was a great experience! loved the service and the atmosphere.

Absolutely worse salon experience. If there was a way to give a “0 star” rating, this salon deserves it. Drove by and noticed no cars in parking lot, figured we could get in and out quickly. That should have been our first clue of the poor service! Salon was unkept, borderline dirty. One tech halfway greeted us (very rude) and called a female a “He.” Then proceeded to tell me the gel manicure was $38. If I got French it was $42. Oh, and no cuticle push back, barely soaking of nails. No massage. Left white paint on side of fingers. Sloppy with top coat. Said if I wanted cuticles taken care of it would be more charge. Literally, worse experience ever. My nails cracked 5 days in! Don’t go here.

Terrible and unprofessional I wasn’t satisfied with my nails ask to get them soaked off or a discount because my nails were crooked. Lady told me I have to pay for the nails even if I didn’t like them and I would also be charge to get them soaked off.

The staff are very friendly and nice I have to say... but when my nails were done they looked like they already needed a fill in!! I asked for a certain shape and the lady just couldn’t get it! I ended up asking for the nail file and filling my both hands myself! And the lady just sat there and looked at me!! The quality was just not up to par for the price! Will never step foot in there again.

Came in and spoke with Julie about opening shop early for a Bridal Party, and she quickly obliged. I called and confirmed appointment for 10 ladies and she was on it and ready. On today, we got there and the shop was opened at 0730 with hot donuts ready for us. We were able to bring in mimosas as well. By 0745 there were 6 employees there working on the bridal party. Julie and her staff were amazing from start to finish. Thank you so much!

In a city of thousands of nail shops, you dont have to waste your time here. I personally enjoy different designs, glow in the dark, ombre, stickers, it to be done well due to the fact that they are technicians. The technicians know how to do the basic of the basic. In a time where people want to express themselves through their bodies, this place does not help with that.

Very nice ladies.. came in got a$ 35.00 fill-in gel was peeling up before i got home ....she insisted i hit my hand...which I did not .i do have to touch things..but it was fixed after waiting for another customer to get a full set. ..mind you I got a pedicure $25.00 and eyebrows $10.00.(my time is valuable too)....nail that was fixed was too long and not the correct shape...ladies make sure enough acrylic is on your nails.......need more staff to accommodate clients as you wont feel rushed

Powell and I try and go twice a month to the shop. We call it date night which is usually on Monday night. All the ladies know us by name and we just love them. The facility is so clean. You couldnt ask for a better experience.

Horrible pedicure- did not clean up my cuticles and dead skin- left polish on my toes- will have to go to a real salon to get them redone. Website has $23 for pedicure and I was charged $27 for a 25 minute pedicure. Will never return.

I stopped by this salon because they had a sign that said the did SNS so I thought Id give them a try since theyre right around the corner from my house. While the end look was pretty good, the process to get there was a challenge. The soak off was easy enough and my real nails were long and healthy looking. I requested that they be cut down a little and that went fine as well. The problem came with shaping. I asked for square with a little rounding on the outside corners. When i looked at my right hand they were oval. When I mentioned this the tech apologized & offered to fix it but i declined as that would have left me with very little nail and I was going for a medium length. She tried anyway and left my nails uneven and my cuticles sore as if they had been cut. By the time we got to the dremel she cut into one of my fingers causing it to bleed. As mentioned before the final look was ok but my fingers were tender & sore for a week by which time the SNS was cracking & breaking. Needless to say I had to have my nails redone in less than two weeks! They have a sign in the salon that states services are not guaranteed. So clearly I dont have a leg to stand on since they started with that disclaimer. You get what you pay for & this was the most inexpensive SNS manicure Ive ever had. I read many great reviews and perhaps they are really good at everthing but SNS. I will be not be returning.

I got there around 10:30 on a Friday. I waited at least 30 minutes and got no service. I went on my lunch break, and due to the long wait, didnt have time to get my nails done and just left. I dont recommend going if youre on a strict time schedule.

Gotta be on the cruise ship by 3pm ...need my nails done ASAP...WENT TO GOOGLE MAPS WAAAAALAHHH. Mygen did excellent with my american manicure!

I got a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure started chipping in less than a week. My daughter got a pedicure and got an ingrown toenail and had to go to the doctor and receive antibiotics.

Lady was sweet at first. I came in with a full set i had previously had from another salon (spoil me nails) and wanted them off because they had been on for almost 4 weeks. She took them off and then painted my nails... this is where it gets bad, i sat under the nail dryer for 3 minutes and it shut off and i asked her why because i was sure they were not dry and she said they were fine and i could leave. I then went into my car and as i went to buckle my seat belt, the nail polish messed up so i went back in and asked her to fix it and she said no, that it was my fault. Then i, very mad, left and through the day the nail polish was chipping. They look so bad now and im going to go get them redone somewhere else. Waste of $15!
