They did a great job on my Mitsubishi lancer, I got my transmission flushed, a oil change, and a tire rotation. The men there were very nice and very helpful! Ill be doing everything that needs to be done with my vehicle there from now on.

I had a very good experience here . The oil change was so fast and efficient. I just wish thr my coupon code had worked correctly, but the man at the register was very patient trying the codes to find one that saved me money. As a woman, I am often pressured to purchase extra services, but I felt like he kindly took no for an answer.

Ethan told me to pull up behind bay 2. Bay one moved three cars through. I told Ethan to tell the cars behind me to move so I could turn around and leave. Told him I had been sitting there for several cars, over an hour. My bad. Thats what he said. Thats it.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. Heck, drive to Oshkosh or even Appleton, it will be faster. Going to Green Bay for an oil change will be faster if Ethan is working that day.

Like several others have sort of mentioned, the setup here makes waiting for 15 min or 90 min a total coin flip. 2 bays that they have 2 different lines for, no first come first served happening here.Some Valvoline places have a big banner advertising 15 min oil change...didnt see one at this location, and now I know why.

$115 for an oil change is ridiculous. They didnt even refill the washer fluid and spilled oil all over the engine bay!!! Oh, and they just try to up-sell you on a ton of other procedures.

Ive been next in line for an hour. I tried to wait and see which bay was going to be done first, but a worker insisted that I pull up behind the Nissan in bay 2. That worker told me they would move me to bay 1 if that one finished first. Mustang pulled into driveway behind me, and they moved that car right up behind bay 1, and that car finished and left...I havent moved. I have now watched 2 cars that were behind me go in and finish in bay 1. No room in driveway to turn around.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great group that serviced my truck. Will forever be coming back.

Stopped today for an oil change and within 10 miles of departure, vehicle was not operating correctly. Turns out not all components were restored to original position.I am disappointed and this was my last visit. Premium prices for less than premium service, plus staff tries to upsell additional services. Knowing this, why would I or should I spend more money at the establishment?!#doneanddusted

The oil change it’s self was quick. However I had no idea that I would stay in the car and they would walk me through everything. The manager Nick came across as a know it all.I explained that I had a regular mechanic and this was a very last minute need. Nick started walking me through everything and it was more of sales pitch. He asked if he could walk me through resetting my “oil change” indicator light. I told him no thank you. He brought it up again and I explained it did it automatically. He told “he had been doing this for 5 years and it most certainly does not”At this point I became very annoyed and told him firmly No. I made it clear I would not be back because of how annoying he was. Nick asked “why because I am just doing my job?” I explained it was because of his lack of customer service skills and If a customer says no then respect that. Also not even 2 miles down the road my “oil change “ indicator went off. Given I know my vehicle and he was wrong about the light it makes me doubt other information I was given. My receipt states “sever oil and transmission leak” my vehicle is parked in the same spot in our driveway or garage and there is no fluid left in either spot.Overall I wouldn’t recommend this place.

EDIT- Came back a year later to see if things had improved and here is my experience. Was told a 30 minute wait. They were busy and had two other cars in the bay being worked on. They had me into start working on my car in 8 minutes (awesome!!). Both guys working were very professional a personable. They got me in and out, walked me through what they were doing, and did a great job. This was a completely different, and 100% better experience than the last time.Old post-- I was told a 20 minute wait as there were cars in both bays when I arrived. They then let another truck in front of me. I asked how much longer the wait would be and they said I was next...An hour & 15 minutes worth of waiting and I finally got helped. They gave me $40 off because I told them what poor customer service it was.

I love this place for getting an oil change they got me in right away no wait time sat in my car while they change my oil and informed me on filters that needed to be done and gave me a good price the staff is nice and friendly and made me laugh which was awesome because I made the time go by quick was in and out very quickly and got a great deal highly recommend going here for your next oil change they are great at what they do

We stopped to get our oil changed all seemed fine. Well two weeks down the road my car starts making this dinging noise and saying low oil pressure turn vehicle off now. Had to have it towed.. Turns out they did not take the old seal off when putting the new oil filer on and it blew the seal had oil everywhere. So it cost me a mechanic and more money for more oil in a new filter put in my vehicle

Had an oil change done on my car this morning. Both Nick and Emily changed the oil as well as checked all other fluids and I had my transmission done. They were an excellent team, provided excellent service, knew what they were doing, plus, had great personalities! Nick explained everything, every step of the process and cost of each procedure. I highly recommend going to Valvoline if you need an oil change! 5-stars and then some!

Quick oil change for the on the go. Its a little pricy but all fluids are filled and my tires are equal in pressure.

About the only thing they get right is the oil change. Every time I leave, my tires are different pressures, Im missing valve stem caps, theyve busted air filter case clips off (That was $10 out of my pocket because they cant get their act together). They dropped my air filter on the floor then told me it was dirty. No way! You just dropped it in a huge puddle of muddy water. Plus, they dont carry my air filter. They love to brag about how fast they are but when you dont do half your job right, you save a lot of time. Ive been 3 times between two vehicles. I wont be going back.

Full syn oil change 80$ +27$ per wiper x 2 = $148 (invoice #19482) that is a Total Ripoff be careful how much you could get charged. When I change my oil full syn its 20$ 5 qt plus filter 8$ = 28$

Very unfriendly. Took forever to do a simple oil change. Seemed like I was an inconvenience to the manager. They couldnt find my oil filter, I had to explain to the technician where it was. Also they told me to floor the gas pedal 3 times to reset the change oil light,which is not how its done,I have a reset switch in the underhood fuse box,when I explained this to the manager he acted like I was an idiot and I didnt know what I was talking about. Although Ryan was a good kid. These guys seemed to stand around and bullshit more than work. Couldnt have moved much slower. Needless to say I wont be back.

Realized we needed an oil change while on a day trip today. Dechon and Alex were extremely helpful, friendly, and efficient today with the services needed. I would definitely return to this location to get my car serviced again!

This is 3 stars because the oil change was done in a timely manner and all the employees were polite, personable and attentive - but for value they get two stars, even considering what they are, a chain/franchise etc.Two major complaints, the first of which is that they try to sell you everything from a serpentine belt to transmission flushes that are 2-3 times what a mechanic would charge to $20 gas treatments (you can get additive for $1.99 at the gas station).The other is that price-wise they have to be the highest around, coming in at just under $50 for the cheapest basic oil change. There is another drive through service in town that is $10 or more cheaper and you get a free car wash to boot, and if you want to drop it off and wait an hour or more, the big blue and grey supercenter is $20 cheaper.So I wont be going back to Valvoline!

Soooo as I was pulling in Valvoline the Manager Nick was very rude and harassing towards me he told me to get off my phone while my truck was stopped I told him I had my truck stopped, he stated he had Cameras I asked his name and his title he was very, very rude and very condisending too! Wow I been coming to Valvoline for a few years now and never have I had a bad experience with any of the individuals who work there! I told him I’d take my business else where! I will never ever be back lost a good customer thanks to the “MANAGER NICK” this location definitely needs better leadership not a good way to handle business!!!

Dont go here. First off, they put the wrong size filter in my truck. Also put the drain plug and oil filter on extremely tight.

Went in just to have my oil changed on my son in laws car, they gave me the highest grade oil with out asking and changed the filters after I told them I did not want any filters changed just change the oil
