Super nice, very accommodating. She took her time and did everything well. My pedicure was awesome and my daughters nails are so pretty. Owner was very nice even gave my toddler some m&ms so she wouldnt cry. The only reason for 4 stars is cause the callus remover was not to my standards. I can still feel them. Other than that awesome.

A good friend and I went there for mani/pedi, facial, and champagne! I must say, two days later, and my mani and pedi still look perfect despite all the wear and tear from being a mom to a little girl. The woman who did my facial also did a brilliant job, and recommended a dermatologica set for my skin. I was hesitant to buy it thinking it could be a gimmick, but two days into using it my skin looks fantastic! My skin had never been that big of an issue, but wearing a mask all day while teaching had caused a horrible break out. I am happy to report it is now gone, and my skin is noticeably better. I am so glad I took the risk and bought the set recommended to me. I will definitely be back, and would say this is the best mani/pedi experience of my life. I am new to facials, but will definitely make them a more frequent treat after my visit. Thank you all so much!

Been using Venetian for years. The people are welcoming, kind and professional. The quality for price surpasses any other places Ive used inbetween when Venetian is not an option. Venetian is the best!

Lin did an absolutely great job the deluxe pedicure was $38 and she took her time and was very attentive with my feet and lower legs definitely worth the try and trip.

Friendly and clean atmosphere. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. Will definitely use them again.

I bought a spa package,well my facial was okay when I left I still had clay on my face,then got my nails and toes done my feet never got scrub and when I got home they were really hard and flaky,my nails didnt even look good she missed alot of spots and didnt even get my cuticles cutThere was more time spent on my facial then nails and toes,all together my nails and toes took not even an hour once I got my facial they rushed everything else like Ive been in there to long,probably wont be going back

Very sloppy SNS manicure. I was in town just to attend a wedding and needed to have my nails done. I stopped in based on the photos online being nicer than others I found. The paint/acrylic is outside my nail bed on several fingers. I asked for a rounded square shape. They are very square even though I asked her twice to soften the corners. I’ll either attempt to file the spots myself or have to go to another salon to get them fixed.

This place is by far the best place Ive been to in mobile. Prices are great and excellent service. I got the champagne and roses pedicure. OMG!!! Will be coming back.

I love this place! Nessa is my nail tech and shes awesome! She is very precise and does a fabulous job! Ive never had anyone do as good a job as she does on my sns nails or my pedicures!

My first visit was on 2.13.16. I made an appointment that was for 10:30. I was in the chair at 10:34. Trinity is the lady who did a fabulous job with my nails. The front desk guy was very nice and even remembered that I had a picture of the design I wanted when I first talked to him. I absolutely LOVED the decor! The prices are also affordable. This will definitely be my go to nail shop.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Nails are way to expensive to get done any kinda way. I told Lin that my nails were not right and she kept trying to argue with me that they were. One is crooked and gel is running from the cuticle. I called the next day the owner basically said oh well there’s nothing he can do he wasn’t there when it happened. Lesson learned.

This place is horrible. Owner and workers are rude. I would not go to a place like this again. There are better places in the area.

I will never go here again and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. After waiting 15 minutes, I was sat. I told the nail-tech lady I wanted a full set in pink and white style. She asked if i was ok with sns and showed me her nails and asked if I wanted something like that. I said yes, because her nails looked like what I had in mind. I should mention at this point that my natural nails are very short and dont grow passed my finger tips. Hers were long. She proceeded to attach 5 tips to random fingers and then cut them down to my finger tips... so, I have 5 random semi decent looking super short manicured nails and the rest look like I have clubbed fingers with those god awful bubble nails. I paid $50 for this. I tried to stop her and inquire about the methodology she was practicing, but she would nod confidently as if I should just trust her and I would like the finished results.... I am not happy. I wish I could post a picture to this review. If I can figure out how, I will. Just save yourself the over-priced aggravation and avoid this place all together.

My nails are uneven and bumpy ... my toe nails didn’t get clipped... my toe nails were left all bumpy from the nail polish .... 112 dollars wasted

Great place for Mani Pedicure massage facial Ivey is the greatest and always does a great job.

Very sloppy work. Lin rushed while doing gel polish, made all the nails look sloppy. Also I told her square round nails like I already had as this was a fill in, some nails are square round and a few square, a few with pointed edges. Brought it to her attention and was told no, its ok. Am not at all happy with the services, her lack of caring and not happy with my nails. Will not be going back and am very disappointed.

I will not be returning to this salon.The lady tried to convince me to get gel nails when I only wanted regular manicure. She was very pushy.When I said I didnt want gel nails she took my color away and came back with a bunch of gel colors and tried to get me to pick one of those!When I finally got her to do my nails in the color I picked out, they had bubbles and streaks and were awful... I asked her to redo one of them and she got very upset and huffy.Many of the other nails also have bubbles, but I was so tired of fighting with her I just let it be. Awful service.

Not a good experience at all. first the lady made my nails bleed 3 times and gave no apologies at all while im sitting there in pain. then once she actually did my acrylics they were sooo uneven and messy and they’re chipping so bad. will definitely not be going back and am very disappointed. not worth the money

Im giving it one star because I was not impressed with the finished product. The place was a nice, clean, and friendly environment and the prices arent outrageous either, however I am displeased with my nails. I didnt ask for a off the wall design or anything extravagant and the paint job turned out awful. I asked the lady that was doing my nails to fix a nail that she accidentally touched and ruined, which she did just by globbing more paint on top of the already glopped up polish which made it look 10 times worse after drying them. When I walked outside, I then noticed where there was bald spots on one of my nails and so I so kindly walked back inside and asked her to fix it but yet again she just globbed more polish on top and after drying for the 2nd time I just left I unsatisfied.. will not be returning.

Worse manicure and pedicure ever. The lady seemed to be in a hurry and hurt me. She did a horrible job polishing my toenails. I feel that I threw my money away. Will never be back and will definitely not recommend.

I use to love this place i get the pricey mani pedi package and indulge in champagne and rose pedals the host is always friendly but my technician was so rude on my last visit she was rushing kept hurting me had an attitude the whole time like she disnt want to do the job and then at the end i tipped her 20 and the other one working on my friend twenty and she threw a fit that wasnt enough of a tip i later find out shes just ungrateful her tips range 5 and 7 dollars and my feiend also tipped them on top of my tip cause she didnt realize i tipped uh no im not going back ever

07/14/16 I have yet to receive a responce or an apology for the horrible work done. At the very least an apology is owed. If I could leave 0 stars I would.The manicure I received on 04/25/16 was the worst manicure I have ever received. Within 3 hours my gel polish (extra charge) was already peeling off and my cuticles looked mangled. I even paid for one of the higher end mani/pedi.I would have went back to have them fixed but I was going on vacation the very next day at 3AM.By day 2 the gel polish was completely off three nails. I paid over $70.00 plus 15.00 tip to have a mani pedi to have the manicure last less then one day.I had the get the remaining gel removed (at a cost) and have them redone.I have been there before with good results but I will never go back again.
