Excellent customer service!!! I was unable to stay with my vehicle so the driver, Jason, contacted me each step of the way...when he was near my vehicle, when he got it on the truck, & again when he dropped it off at the dealership. Great communication skills and extremely friendly people! I will recommend them to anyone I know needing tow or car service!!

This says its an auto parts store but it is actually an auto repair shop.They do timely and efficient work.Repair costs are reasonable and fair. Often the owner will work with you on rates.

My Roadside assistance sent them to get my truck on a Thursday night December 7 and tow it to a shop I use. They told me they could not take my truck to the shop I wanted because it was closed...but they would have it there 1st thing in the morning. At 10 the next morning having heard nothing...I called and got the 1st of several lies about when my truck would be at the shop. They also informed me that they had went through my truck and taken everything out that was of value. I went to the shop and the owner returned my pistol and phone...but the driver had my hunting knives...and he lied about when my truck would be taken to the shop. After several more calls and lies from the owner and the driver...they stopped answering the phone and the owner hung up on me. My truck was finally dropped off at the my shop at 530 pm Friday December 8th after they had closed. That driver gave me my knives and my sunglasses...which they were 2 knives short. After calling the other driver they managed to find one of my knives...the other they said they could not find...so I am out a knife my brother gave me in 1995. My shop now has my truck but they have to charge the batteries... apparently the driver left my lights on and killed my batteries on top of my truck being pillaged through...so now thats two days my truck will be down because of them. Not sure if anything else is missing...I havent had a chance to go through my truck good..

My wrecked car was parked at a family members house down the road from this shop and the owner came over as soon as we called, looked at the car, towed it to the shop for free and told us he would tow it back if he couldnt fix it. I told him to begin with that I did not have too much to put towards it and to just do what is necessary to get it driveable. He managed to repair all of the mechanical work on it and the cosmetic damage! It does not look brand new but he fixed everything and it looks 80x better than it did and he did all of it for $334!!! I have had no issues with the car and I would definitely use him again. He even offered to let me make payments if I needed it. Was very helpful and would recommend them to anyone!

Very unprofessional. Did not inform us that a vehicle was being towed to us. When the vehicle arrived, I asked them to park it at a certain place and the driver said (with some colorful language) he would not do anything until he received $165. We told him to wait a second so we could reach the customer to find out what was going on and the driver left while saying this **** is gonna cost you five thousand dollars now. I contacted the main office to see how much it was because I was caught off guard when the vehicle was originally brought in and she told me $165. The driver calls back and says because of the wait time (probably 10-15 minutes) the owner of the business had informed him it was $1 per minute wait time and instead of $165, we would have to pay $250 and that had to be in the form of cash. Business etiquette and communication training would benefit this company greatly

Slowest tow service in mobile

Never used them for towing and never will after seeing their behavior at this years parade. Speeding back forth between baracaides with no regard to children in the area just to catch the parade more than once.

Do not use this company they take your belongings out of your vehicle.Owner was rude used profanity when ask him about belongings.Reporting to Better Business Burea.

Never use this place they towed my car from my apartments and tried charging me 450 within 24hrs of tow to get it out because of them I lost my car then they tried to charge 150 to get my stuff out of the car all they are is money hungry people
