This is my second review of this outstanding dealership. For my son’s 21st birthday he really wanted a new truck and the buying process was easy and pressure free. I wanna shout out to Will V, Ralph in finance and Willie G for making our experience truly enjoyable. I will continue to bring my business to AutoNation Ford and recommend them to friends and family
I had a very good review, but needed to change it I traded in a vehicle and they sent my payoff land pass the 10 days so I still owe money on my old vehicle and it’s been over 20 days And it is still not paid off even though I called and talk to them two weeks ago, so be careful if you’re trading in a vehicle that you still Paying money on.
My service tech was extremely nice. However, I was unable to get through to anyone when trying to check the status of my vehicle throughout the day. On my fourth attempt when calling, I was on hold for twelve minutes and when someone finally answered, the call disconnected. I am not sure if there has been a change in management or what the deal is but the overall experience is completely different and extremely slow. When I was getting into my vehicle to leave, my seat was all of the way back and obviously adjusted to someone elses height, my radio was on a different station and the Oil Life was not reset after having the oil changed. Lastly, out of every employee that I saw while dropping off my vehicle and when picking it up, there was only one wearing a face mask and to me, that is absurd.
Had a great Experience at my Ford Dealer. They got me exactly what I was looking for at a good price. Paperwork was a breeze and the people I worked with on my purchase are great people very helpful.
Ashe was great. He really made my husband and I feel comfortable throughout the experience. There were times were I would get frustrated (not because of Ashe) and Ashe would be like dont worry I got this and took care of the issue we were facing. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family, and I just might come back and buy a car from Ashe.
I set an appointment for 8am to get new breaks and informed I would be waiting in the lobby until the services were completed. While being assisted the tech said that I also needed an oil change and should get the tires rotated. I agreed figuring two birds one stone. At 2pm my car still had not been serviced. When I asked for an update the tech said to give him 15 minutes to check the status. At 3pm the update that I was given was that my vehicle would not be serviced that day. When I asked why I was told well i didnt know that you were sitting in here. This is not the first time that I have wasted an entire day at autonation and the only reason I kept returning was because it is where I purchased the car. I will not be returning here ever and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! Not only will they waste your time but they will also charge you an arm and a leg too!
Service was excellent!! Very courteous and helpful. Thanks to all who waited on me especially Tyler and young man who took my info when I first got there . I needed new wiper blades and let me know they were on sale.
JT was great help, that man is literally the only reason I was able to walk out of there satisfied. He was able to fill all of my request when it came to the type of vehicle & model. I definitely recommend him for future purchases myself & will be bringing any future business to him.
If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Second time coming here for an oil change, and I wont ever be returning! First time I got an oil change here, I was waiting in the waiting area over 2 hours!!! And this was during the week, and it didnt seem that busy. When they were finally done and I got my car back, my car was a mess! Glove box was left open, no paper mats were placed down. So there was dirt all in my car! My second time/ recent experience coming here was even worse! Pulled in no one was there to greet me when I came out of my car. Fine, whatever went inside. Spoke with a guy about my oil change appointment. Also if he could check my REAR PASSENGER SIDE BACK DOOR, because the seal was loose. He said ok ill have them take a look. Mind you he didnt give me his name, so I had no idea who my tech was. My appointment was at 2:30!!! I HAD to call at 5:30 to see if it was done. I saw they closed at 6, and needed my car the next day. So 3 hours for a oil change! Had to rush over there before they closed. It took forever and multiple calls to even see if my car was done. So frustrating. And when I got there my tech Tyler didnt seem to care at all about my frustration. Also he admitted he looked at the wrong door!!! I pointed out and showed him which door before I dropped it off. He said I could come back to have it fixed, but he had the nerve to say come earlier next time. This was the only time slot available dude! And it wouldnt matter anyway if I came first thing in the morning, you guys would take forever gluing my seal back on. So no thanks Im good. Dont come here ever for any service!!!
We are actually in the process right now of buying my dream car! A Camaro!! Ive dreamed of owning that car since I was a child and Auto Nation Ford made that possible! We worked with Moe and he made the process so easy! He worked with us, was extremely nice and never pushed anything on us! He made sure we were happy during the entire process! I would highly recommend Auto Nation Ford and make sure to ask for Moe! Hes the best!!
I called looking for a specific truck. The courteous salesman on the phone told me he had it and if I was coming to look he was going to pull it for my test drive and approval. When I arrived the truck was ready and was everything as described. The salesman and the sales manager were very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend AutoNation Ford of mobile

Their service department is beyond horrible. They refuse to keep their appointment times, overcharge you for things that aren’t even needed, and do not give out loaner vehicle is it for extended service appointment even though the website says that they will. I have been forced to deal with them several times but I would rather drive two hours to Pensacola and have my car serviced there then step foot in this place again
Took me three weeks to get an appointment. Called me two days after I dropped it off and said my battery died and needed a new battery. I checked my battery at home and it read over 12.5 v. Whatever!! They replaced battery to diagnose my problem. Two weeks later and $2000, doing the same exact thing it did when I dropped it off. They dont provide shuttle service, loaner car, or uber reimbursement!!! Total nightmare dealing with dealership.
I went on a test drive and brought up some concerns we noticed during the test drive to my salesperson and his manager. That is where the trust and confidence in the vehicle and dealership began to erode. I voiced my concerns about what we found on the test drive but the answers I received only strengthened my doubts and eroded my trust and confidence in the car further. I understand that older cars collect crud around parts of the engine, but my concern was that there was a burning smell that I associated with ongoing leakage. There was also the issue of the extremely loose shifter. The manager was kind enough to offer dismissive comments such as its a used car and old cars seep oil.” The comments combined with his inability to confirm that the inspection did not find oil leaks and his attitude made it seem that he really didnt care about the condition of the car that was being sold. The manager said that the car was checked for leaks without committing to whether the leaks were addressed or not and my salesperson repeatedly stated that all safety related items were checked. So feeling a bit uncertain, I asked to see the inspection report for the vehicle just so I could put my own mind at ease by seeing that items were indeed inspected. It seemed to me that they had to create an inspection report. Salesperson went out to the car multiple times and even had the mechanic go out to look at the car at one point. Salesperson said they needed the tire sizes to complete the report but when the inspection sheet was finally brought out to me approximately 20-30 minutes later the form didnt even have the tire sizes anywhere on it. The inspection sheet also stated the power steering pump had a leak which is probably why the manager wouldnt say if there were any leaks or not and the sheet made no mention of the extremely loose shifter although the salesperson said the mechanic noted it during the inspection.My impressions of this dealership are that:1. Inspections are not thorough nor standardized. The inspection sheet did not have a minimum inspection item checklist that I have seen at other dealerships that have an actual quality management system in place.2. Items found on inspection are not corrected or investigated prior to selling. The inspection found a power steering pump leak and missing windshield washer nozzles but none of these items were addressed prior to trying to sell the car.3. Detailing services at the dealership are a joke. There was dried soap on the exterior and there was still dirt on the carpet inside the car.4. There was no effort at transparency. When I asked for an itemized list of charges such as the documentation fee, I was told that the fee was the fee and there was nothing that can be done about it. It screams shady business practices when someone gives that sort of explanation for charges that a customer MUST pay for in my opinion. From what I have seen a documentation fee can be waived and I was told by numerous people that work at dealerships that $75 is a reasonable amount. Their $749 documentation fee without an explanation is hard for me to accept since I have had other dealerships waive the fee altogether.
Do not buy a car here. We purchased a used truck. Their ad says 3 day money back guarantee. We took it back 2 days later, because they were closed on Sunday. The touch screen system was haywire, changing stations, changing screens, etc. They said our truck was not covered under the money back guarantee. DO NOT TRUST THEM!CHECK THE BBB AND YOU WILL SEE THE NUMBER OF UNANSWERED COMPLAINTS THEY HAVE!
AutoNation Ford of Mobile has performed a lot of work on my vehicle over the years and they have always done a great job. They dont try to sell you anything you dont need, but recommend repairs when they are needed. If they need to replace or repair something, they will call you first and explain why they recommend it. And every invoice/receipt lists all the work they did along with all costs, which makes the process much more transparent.
Ron was the salesman we were blessed with. He truly went above and beyond to make the buying process comfortable and simple. Phenomenal salesman who’s part of a team that is a well oiled machine. Excellent customer service!

I will never spend a red cent here again. They had my car there for a month while I was working out of town to fix an issue that they were supposed to have already fixed. I called every week to check on it and all I got was the run-around. Even service manager did not seem to care about my business. What is the point of an appointment if its going to take a month before even looking at the vehicle, especially for an issue that you were supposed to have already fixed. I am extremely dissatisfied. This was their third and final chance with me as a customer.
Best buying experience ever. Im temporarily in a wheelchair and my salesman, Ron Childs, brought out two vehicles for me to choose from. The manager, Thomas Bethea, made a minor adjustment to the price of the vehicle I decided on so I could pay cash. Just wonderful people to deal with on all levels. I highly recommend AutoNation.

Michelle Bradford was my service rep and she was excellent. She worked very hard to keep me informed about the repair process (it took about a week for my 18 year old truck to be repaired) and to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I recommend her and AutoNation Ford Mobile very highly.
I bought my daughter a used Ford Escape from Auto Nation. 4 months later I replaced the transmission for $3,500. About 2months after that it went into Limp mode. She stopped by a mechanic and he pulled the codes and said it needed a Software update and the dealership would have the software. Made an appointment to get update on a Tuesday at 11:00am with AutoNation Ford and was told it would take a couple hours and cost around $150. Dropped it off and was told they would have to do their own diagnostic on it because their diagnostic machine would do a more thorough diagnostic.They didn’t even look at it for 2days and I was finally told on Thursday that a hose and sensor needed to be replaced. I approved it around 1:00pm and it was ready by 4pm and it cost $918. A couple weeks go by and I find out my daughter has been having to add coolant every couple of days, so we take it back to AutoNation Ford and tell them it’s not fixed. 2days later they call and tell me another hose is leaking and it’s been leaking for a while. They tried to charge me another $480 to replace this hose, I complained that if it’s been leaking for a while it should have been caught the first time, and I still ended up Paying another $368 to get it fixed. My daughter picked up the car and on her way home it started over heating, so she pulled over to checked and there was no coolant in the reservoir. It has never leaked that much, she has only had to add some every few days, it was never empty. We added some coolant on the side of the road and she was able to make it home. We checked coolant level the next morning and it was fine, so we took it back to AutoNation Ford and told them what happened. They looked at it again and I was told that it had a blown head gasket and for $6,000 they could get me a new engine. I told them if it did have a blown head gasket it was because they did not add coolant before we picked it up and their response was that it was probably blown the entire time. I told them to put it back together, I didn’t want it fixed.My daughter picked up the car and drove 1/2 mile to where she works and I told her to check coolant level and it was completely empty again. We added coolant and she was able to drive it home. I contacted the service Manager and he was unwilling to help with the problem, other than to say if I payed $6,000 for an engine they would install it for free. I told him they caused this problem by not adding coolant because it has never leaked that much and if it did leak it would have had a trail of fluid from the dealership to my daughter’s work a half mile away. They were unwilling to do anything to help. I have never written a bad review or given a company a bad rating until now. I am considering filing a complaint with the BBB, to see if there can be some sort of resolution. My daughter has been driving the car now for about a month or two since we took it to AutoNation Ford and has yet to have the reservoir go empty. I’m not sure what their game is, if their mechanics are so incompetent that they don’t inspect vehicles before they release them and management lies to cover it up, or if they purposely tried to damage my vehicle to get me to spend more money.
Ron, the sales consultant, was not only a phenomenal salesperson but a genuinely helpful guy. Went out of his way to make things happen and showed true empathy when my circumstances prevented me from closing the sale. Grateful for all of his help and will direct anyone I can to him in the future.
Ron Childs was my salesperson and he is a great guy to deal with. Friendly, courteous, and professional. He knows the product he is selling. Many salespeople don’t know the product but Ron does and he explains it very methodically and plainly. The general manager at Autonation is also friendly and helpful. They actually speak to you when you go in. When you go to this dealership I noticed that all of the people working up front are courteous and helpful. Big plus. Overall this was a good buying experience.
Sales staff was very helpful with helping me select and purchase my new truck. I highly recommend giving them a shot with your next vehicle.
Lester at AutoNation Ford went above and beyond for me. My car started making a noise coming from the tire. I took the car in and of course didnt have an appointment they told me that I would have to bring it back and make appointment. I explained to the service women that my spouse was out of town and I was scared to drive it. Lester overheard me and ask me to give him my keys. He drove it and had a tech look at it and explained to me it was nothing that would cause me to be unsafe. To bring it back on Monday and they would fix it.That right there is GREAT customer service!!!

Wont go into details at this time as they still have my vehicle after WEEKS for the 4th time in a year for the same issue. But whatever you do DO NOT BUY OR GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! The purchase is smooth ... but search elsewhere for service of any kind... CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!
I always go here. The technicians are great and a while ago I had a recall on a door that mullinax ford messed up and auto nation fixed their mess up. I go to AutoNation for everything now. Knowledgeable technicians, they actually are honest and do work hard. While Ill never buy another Ford again, the service department here is outstanding.

My experience was awful, I made an appointment two weeks in advance to have my vehicle serviced for an oil change and a recall. When I arrived there I was asked if I was waiting or dropping off, I chose to drop off. After several hours of waiting, I called and was told it would be the next day around noon before I could pick up, however the next morning at 7:37 I received a text informing me that I could pick up. Mind you they open at 7:30. The service person had the worst attitude and as a matter of fact I will be contacting the corporate office!
The guys at AutoNation Ford in Mobile have gone above and beyond with my new vehicle purchase. I primarily worked with Walter and Jim and they were excellent! Very personable and helped me get the exact vehicle I was looking for. I would definitely recommend these guys!
I have bought 3 Ford F150 4 wheel drive trucks from that dealership in the last 15 years. I really like the sales department and the way they treated me. The service department through needs some help. The service writers have been the issue the last 5 times I called and tried to get my truck serviced there. I had left multiple messages because the service writer I had been using does not answer the phone and he does not call you back. I called and talked to the service manager and explained what I had been going through. I changed my service writer thinking that would fix the problem. Sorry to say that was a bad assumption. My new service writer either did not hear me say even though I said it several times on the phone. Or was not listening to what I was saying or forgot what I said to him after I told him. That I had to be back to Fort Walton Beach by 6:00 pm that day for an appointment. I even told him that again when I showed up at 8:00 am that morning. The service writers either need to be trained better or they are over worked and cant keep up with there job or just dont care one way or another. My truck did not get done in time for me to drive it back to Fort Walton Beach FL. due to the service writer as the service manager explained. He forgot to write I was waiting for my truck on the paper work. That then resulted in my truck not brought in earlier for the service it needed. The service manager felt my pain again and by the Grace of God gave me a Ford Bronco to drive home so I could make my appointment. They also filled my truck up with gas but that was due to the fact that I had to come back for an incomplete service from several months before. Plus I had another recall I could get done while I was there. This left me with having to drive back to Mobile for a third time and wasting 6 hours of my time to return there SUV and pick up my truck. Thats why I could not give you any more than 2 stars and I think I was generous. Im going to buy another truck in a year or so and will give Auto Nation a chance but I think Im going to try my service in Pensacola next time. The service department over here is worse then what I justice talked about over there in Mobile.

I purchased a 2016 Malibu had some minor problems they are fixing everything for me to keep me happy. Am super excited to be a car owner and the. Salesman and manger is the bomb they great and very helpful they provide great customer service. I will definitely recommend my family and friends here

Dropped my car off for the first time for scheduled service, and Laura was amazing! She walked me thru the process, made sure to go over any potential issues and concerns I might have, and took care of my baby and brought her back to me all shiny-clean and putting like a kitten. Love this place!!
Sorry guys, the worst certified car buying experience ever, gift for wife. Short test drive had pause with brakes, dealer inspected and approved, rubbing @ 150mi. now shakes. No reslove from dealer, should of returned it. As we pay to get the car fixed we can use it.
I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I bought a used vehicle with a 90 day 4,000 mile warranty. Tried to have issues fixed before warranty expired but they couldnt get me in for service. When I finally got in for service, my warranty had expired and they wouldnt fix the issues. Even though they were aware of the issues well before my warranty ran out.
Had a great experience here with William Vinson and really the whole crew. Cant complain about anything at all they just treated me and my wife like normal human beings. Never felt stressed or pushed and they MORE than accommodated us by holding the vehicle a couple days so we could make the trip over from a few hours away and then filled the tank up without even asking. Communication and responsiveness from Will was awesome, Hed call, text, email etc. anything we needed. Highly recommend them and William Vinson expecially.
Our van broke down in Mobile on a family vacation driving back to Texas. Having 5 kids, my wife, and our only vehicle out of commission in an unfamiliar city is pretty overwhelming.Jennifer made the entire ordeal painless. She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of and understood next steps. I am thankful to have found Autonation Mobile and Jennifer.If my car ever breaks down in Mobile again. Moe can really hook it up. Very professional and very friendly. He knows a lot about cars and what it takes to satisfy the customer! Highly recommend him as a representative. Also, management is amazing. Answered all the questions and concerns I had about certain vehicles.
If you bought a car or truck at this dealership you will be treated better than someone who did not, I know because I took my Mercury in for a safety recall on May 3. I was told by Jennifer it would take all day was not offered a ride or loaner car to get home. I did not hear a word until 2 days later when I text Jennifer said parts were on order. I am thinking a week at least and nothing but same words waiting on parts. I decided to get my car on 27th and they could not find the keys at first. When I spoke to Michelle said looks like no one worked on car. Mystery solved not sure I was told correct information or they just did not want to work on my car. I know they are a busy place every rack in service dept. had a car up in theair. Customer service is not for anyone who did not buy their car here I am still waiting for two keys which they lost that was on my key chain.
Had a great experience. Mr. Terry took care of me as quickly as possible. He and Ralph got me out with in a 2 hr window as I was in a hurry that day. Glad a took a chance and stopped by.
Lester was a very patient person as he dealt with my repair. He was understanding and tried his best to resolve any issues that arose. I feel comfortable taking my vehicle to him.
I was extremely happy with this place! I saw their add originally for a 2015 Ford Focus hatchback. I called to have someone who would be available and ready to show us. I was really lucky getting Steven Adams. He was able to show us a new 2017 Focus hatchback with only 10 miles on it! Best part was that we were able to get it for almost the same price. We did the test drive and everything went smoothly! We were about to start finalizing the paperwork and my two year old son was acting up Steven babysat him. I was even more surprised how he warmed up to him. Autonation Ford of Mobile is probably the best dealership in the region. They didnt try to sneak any charges at the end and thinking back from my experience I cant think of one negative issue! We werent pressured at all. Thank yall again!

My service agent, Mr. William Vinson, Was very personable, patient, and eager to help in anyway that I needed and was straightforward. Lester did a great job informing me about my vehicle. The only thing I wish Ford would have available was possibly a loaner car. I had an appointment and myCar was in for repairs the entire day. I couldn’t get much done. Otherwise I am greatly pleased! Again Lester was great.

Had some work performed on my 2018 Silverado at first it was a bad experience. 3 weeks to get me my truck back. And then had to return it because the work was missed diagnosed but had a much better experience the second time after they diagnosed the correct problem. Thanks

I made an appointment to drop off my car on a Friday morning. After this is the 4th time of me taking my car since October 2020. I just took my car to them in March and they were supposed to do my engine light and a oil change. So I took it back for the same thing engine light on and oil change light on again. So Monday rolls around and I haven’t heard anything about my car. So I decide to call and he tells me that they haven’t even looked at my car yet. So I’m thinking why not just call and give me a customer service call and just let me know you haven’t gotten to my car yet… nope no phone call at all. So then 2 days passed by and I still haven’t heard anything so I call again and I can’t get a real solution to what’s wrong with my car they tell me they need to look at it again. So then Saturday rolls around still nothing so I just go there and tell them I would like to get my car. When I get there he tells me they’ve had people waiting on their cars for the weeks now and I politely told him that that’s none of my business the least he could’ve done was let me know what was going on but I haven’t received one phone call and they had my car for over a week. Then they lost my car keys. So I do not recommend anyone to go here. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
Mr Willie is a very great salesman to work with. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Mr Jimmy the sales manager is amazing.

Great service, fast appointment time. When I dropped off the truck and picked it up they were fast and extremely friendly. Very nice, kind staff. Service area was also very clean!
Chris and the entire service team are awesome - they have taken care of me and my car over the past 5 years, and they always do a thorough and excellent job!
They did a great job fixing the problems I was having and the recall. Fixed my Sync in my car when it was not connecting anymore or responding, and the fixed it without charging me anything, which was unexpected. They used text messages to communicate which was ideal for me since I cant have my phone at work. My only gripe was the communication could have been slightly improved, it took 4 days to get my car back and they never communicated to me how long it would take or why it would take that long. Even after asking.

Auto Nation experience was pleasant. The lady that handled my request was very friendly and helpful. Auto Nation seemed to have the best prices of any dealership in this area and I will be back to do business with them as needed. And, I usually hate dealing with dealerships in general.
Very disappointed with Ford Autonation Service center!! I had a scheduled appointment for my 2017 mustang only to be told that I had to drop my car off and wait a week before they can look at it because they were so busy. I took off work just for them to tell me that and also given a diagnosis that the problem is my window so how is that when no one looked at my car all within the 3 mins that I was there. I was advised to take it to a glass shop because that is what they were going to do was send it off. Thanks for wasting my time but not my money I will not be recommending.

I have a fully warrantied F-150 and was left with no vehicle for 3 days no loaner! no updates! no progress!I was 1,000+ miles from home just about 15 hours & my air conditioning went out. As soon as my family (5 ppl total including one under 2) made it to our destination I found the local Ford dealer (this location ) and figured I would be helped and at least given a loner to get around while away from home well I was incorrect. I made it to the dealership by the open on Monday morning explained my issue and was promised that they would look at it and call me with updates by close on Monday no update so I headed up there Tuesday afternoon and found my car sitting in the same place no update available went on and spoke with someone and was told they would call me with an update that evening no surprise no call I wasnt contacted till Wednesday after 5 and told it was just a computer update and I could come to pick it up. Needless to say, this was the worse experience and limited my whole trip I should have at least been offered a loaner and if nothing was knowingly available they could have at least offered updates unprovoked

Do not do business with this place. My experience with ford around the country is mostly positive. This location has extremely poor customer service. They fail to act in a timely manner fail to return phone calls and sometimes will hang up on you. Take your business to a dealership that will respect you as a potential customer.

I recently purchased a new truck, and the Sales Manager, Roger (I am sorry I dont know his last name ☹️) was very nice, and made the entire process enjoyable! Any time I have service needs or any type of maintenance requirements, Lester Calhoun is absolutely awesome! He has never failed us, and is a pleasure to work with. In todays world where good service is so hard to come by - Lester continues to be very kind, patient, and truly wants to satisfy his customers. That is such a refreshing attitude, and my family really appreciates everything he has done for us!
We were excited in searching for inventory across the country for our new F250 as we have only purchased Ford in the past 20+ years and this was our first visit to AutoNation in Mobile. They had the exact model and trim were looking for and worth the hour and forty-five minute drive, because they had what we wanted. The experience did not start off well, but I can tell you from personal experience you wont leave disappointed or have bad feelings as they take customer service with the upmost care. I cant say enough about Ralph and Mayer throughout the process and their actions have grown from customer to friendship. We couldnt be happier with our decision to stay with the deal and give the opportunity for them to serve us. Zero stars. What a bunch of crooks and liars. They will send you price on a trade and then not honor it. They will send you a price on a new vehicle and then not honor it. Sales manager James wont even have the decency to call you back. I have texts and emails to prove it if they wish to deny it. I wouldnt by an oil filter from these clowns.
