They are over price they done a lot of work to the truck they didn’t check their work they also overcharged us for stuff that they should’ve checked to begin with and they didn’t they were just coming up with random stuff to charge us and my truck again is broke down and it is technically their fault just to do with our Tober turbo almost caught on fire in our cabin and they didn’t want to fix it they said they couldn’t get it until next week they’re just not putting their customers that pay up the Ying Yang for them to fix on the rigs and they’re just not very goodI would not recommend them to anybody

They didnt fix everything that was wrong with my dodge drango!! So ihave to go some where else to get the rest fixed and pay for it out of our own pocket!!! So Im very disappointed in qhat they didnt fix and u could tell it need fixed !! I would not request them to anyone!!

Contacted Brian because I had an exhaust leak in my 05 Ford Escape. Basically, it needed 2 of the catalytic converters replaced. After asking me to order parts myself, we scheduled a time to do the work. After I picked it up, I noted that the problem didnt seem to be solved, and Brian implied he had done the job he was hired to do, and it was what it was. Fast forward to a year later where the exhaust leak created by Brian and Cos sloppy work has melted my alternator and a bunch of sensors, resulting in a cascade of problems.All because a mechanic didnt want to check his work.

Brian has been in the business for 30+ years and knows how to service many makes and models of cars. He has fixed transmissions as well as engine replacements for me and I have never had to get them re-done. Also, when something has happened to one of my cars out of town, he has made sure that I dont get ripped off and lets me know the amount I should be charged. Both Ernie and Brian are excellent car repairman, I would recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a car care card for many free and reduced price services at Brians Auto. When I called to make an appointment to get my oil changed I was told they couldnt get it in for three and a half months. I called back later that day to ask if they could replace an alternator (not a service on that card) I was told they could get it in that day! I WOULD NOT recommend Brians Sketchy Auto Repair to anyone.

Prices are fair. The work done is awesome. And Ernie is damn well the best mechanic around!

We were stranded in Missoula with a bad power steering pulley the day before a holiday weekend, all the Ford dealers were booked solid. Brian was able to get the van fixed while we went to breakfast. Great service from an honest guy. If I lived in Missoula he would be my mechanic. Thank you Brian!

As we were looking for another option, with no notice, no call, no letter he had the vehicle towed and charged us extensively for storage. It ended up costing us well over a thousand.
