This is a continuation of my wifes review.Even though Goners is very busy and fully booked, the service manager, Jason, made room for us and is now working on our vehicle.We want to thank both Jason and Levi for their dedication and professionalism and their efforts to get our vehicle back on the road safely and dependable.

We blew a high pressure injector line on my Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins on our way home while towing a camper. We were 500 miles from home and stranded on the side of the road on a Friday, I called Gomers for assistance and was told they were booked out for over 6 weeks. I was able to arrange to get my truck and trailer to Missoula about 15 minutes after they closed for the weekend. However, Mo Johnson was still in the building and helped us unload the truck off the flatbed. Mo also did a quick inspection and discovered the problem. Understanding the predicament we were in, Mo said he could probably get us back on the road on Monday morning. We stayed at a campground nearby and Mo had us back on the road by 9 oclock Monday morning! Customer service ranks at the top of my list for choosing who to do business with. Gomers has scored an A+ in my book and I highly recommend them. Thank you Mo for saving our trip!

Hot quoted 3 hours of labor to install a tuner. Took me 30 mins. Robbery.

My husband and I have been using the repair services at Gommers for a couple of years now and recently needed some minor work done on the steering column of our 2006 Chevrolet Duramax.During that repair, the mechanic doing the work; Levi; noticed a fluid leak under the truck. At turned out to be a crack in the transfer cast housing. After completing the steering column work, he brought the problem to our attention; made sure the transfer case had sufficien fluid to get us home until repairs could be completed.

Got an engine error, just the engine icon showing. Drove to their shop and they did an analysis. Emissions problem Found, but unit still driveable. Thank you for checking and no charge for doing it. If in need of a repair, this is the place to go. Very knowledgable.

Mo and Bryce were AWESOME to deal with. I called and said I had a noise just start. Mo said to bring it in right then. I got there and Mo devoted his time and skills to help me out! He drove it and then had his Duramax mechanic take it for a drive, all without an appointment to help me out and ease my mind before my road trip to WA! They figured out the issue and treated me with such respect and kindness without charging me a dime for 30 minutes of their time! I will not take my truck anywhere else for repairs!! Best diesel shop in town

I went in and bought some injectors. Super nice shop. Then today I called and talked to Tom. Super awesome customer service. And sent me my part to be shipped in the morning. Will do alot of business with Gomers because of how awesome they are.

Ordered a part off website listed to work for my vehicle, part did not work for my vehicle. Not a great experience

Bought a Transfer Flow fuel system for my F350. Gomer’s is an authorized installer for Transfer Flow. I contacted Gomer’s and spoke with Moe. He was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. He ordered the system I wanted and set up the appointment for installation. The work was done in a day and was very professional! Dustin did the work. Quality installation! I highly recommend Gomer’s for all things diesel truck.

These people were very accommodating to us despite the fact that we were just passing through. They explained things thoroughly, did the work within the time frame they estimated, did a couple of minor repairs for free, and on the bill was a list of upcoming repairs they had detected with numbers indicating priority.Would definitely return if I needed work done in Missoula.

I have had the folks at Gomers do quite a number of repairs and upgrades and the results have been nothing short of outstanding. I had a radiator replace and after a couple of months it began to leak, factory welding defect, the got in a new on replaced it and did not charge me a nickel as you would expect from a shop with their reputation for customer service. Great guys always helpful and willing to share their knowledge

I have overseen a fleet of company vehicles the last few years and Gomers has been our go to shop for any and all repairs including regular oil changes. Gomers has gone above and beyond to meet all of our needs and we have never had an issue with them and they have seriously done hundreds of maintenance/repairs for us. I highly recommend Gomers for the smallest repair all the way to complete engine rebuilds. Call them for any vehicle issues and you wont be disappointed.

Define elite. It is not 1 thing, it is everything. Attitude, attention to detail, understanding of the situation. My truck had a glitch and I still have 1000 miles to drive. 2 dealerships and 1 shop did not have the desire to serve. Gooooolllllyy! For those who get the reference. I pull into the lot, explain the situation, a guy comes out with diagnostic equipment. Found a problem, fixed it. Test again, another glitch. This too was fixed. 90 minutes in the shop and on the road. All the issues were fixed the truck is running normally. Mileage is back to where it should be. All it took was 1 person with a desire to do the work and do it right. Save time and frustration of the other shops and see Gomer.

If I could give 5 stars I would .You won’t find better customer service in the auto part industry. Moe and his team were on top of my order. They went above and beyond to have my backordered kit out to me quickly as possible. Even found missing parts from another supplier. Can’t say enough good things.

I have bought multiple parts from u.s. diesel. Always fast shipping and accurate orders! I recently bought a faulty fuel pump fass would not stand behind. Mo had no problem switching me out with a new air dog and dealing with fass himself. He made the process fast and painless after the headache fass left me. I would highly recommend these guys! They truly care about the customer.

I live out of state and had planned to have my truck worked on for 3 weeks in advance. Upon getting my truck to the shop they had still not ordered the right exhaust and I had to pay for two separate exhausts so I could make it home. I also paid for about $4400 worth of work and parts and not only did the owner of the shop give me a bill for half while still charging me for the full amount, he never installed a down pipe I paid for, did my install a Sump for my fuel pump, and FASS let me know that this shop sold and installed a fuel pump that was failing and sent me home with it. The shop owner hung up the phone when I called for answers.

Used their Dyno for my car. I will say the staff was great, friendly and possitive. HadHto bookb2.5 weekswout tho. On the flip side their Dyno needs some help. Its a Mustang dyno but its not able to do AFR readings or let you know your RPMs. It gives you horsepower and that about it. Knowing that price seems to be a bit high. But its the only Dyno in town. Overall ill be back people there were good.

Needed new injectors for my lb7 duramax and searched around everywhere online finally gave a call down to moe and he explained everything to me and made sure I was happy with my decision will definitely be a returning customer

I’m gonna go ahead and say how happy I am with the work that gomers has done to my truck so far I’ve dealt with other mechanics and I’ve never had the same service or speed that these guys did for me!, I had the trucked dropped off after hours and Moe was there to pull it I’m the shop right away and right away the next morning he went thru the entire thing front to back paying attention to details as small as the windshield washer nozzles, they had it done in very good time!, I will 100% go back there every time not only because of the work they do but the great customer service and the tremendous amount of honesty, thanks again to Moe and everyone on the shop!!

Took my 1 ton Dualy Type 6 Wildfire Engine there a few years ago. I had invested a bunch of money with another shop in Bonners Ferry Idaho and my truck never ran right again. It would smoke and run hot, the truck even caught on fire. After asking around and hearing good things, I gave Gomers a try.I called and made an appointment, I was able to get in the next day. When I arrived I was promptly received, I explained my issues, the mechanics had a pow wow than took my truck for a test drive, then put it on the Dyno. They allowed me to be apart of what was going on and explained everything that was happening. They removed the pump and some other things and went into a back room where Gomer works magic, I was told what mods could and should be made and what the results of each would be in terms of improvement on the Dyno. I was told I would only pay for results, they put the truck together and we went for another test drive, remarkable difference, no smoke.They hooked the truck up on the Dyno again and made the first run, now the Pryo would not go over 600 degrees, instead of the 1400 before. The mechanics made a few adjustments, then made another run. Next they turned on the propane and made another run. For the last run they fine tuned the propane injection system to give me optimal performance. The parts from US Diesel were top quality at a fair price. Best of all they know what they are doing. I received more results for just a couple hundred for tuning, as I did with all the bolt on high performance parts I bought. We discovered a leaking heat exchanger in the process. I was put in touch with their neighbors Rocky Mountain Diesel Repair who was able to get me in a couple days later and remove my dashboard to change the heat exchanger in the heater. Its now been about 5 yrs, my truck still runs strong, but I am thinking of bringing it back again for some more magic.
