Every time I go they are so friendly! I even went right before they closed ( didnt realize it) and they were so friendly and let me know when the vacuum was going to shut off since they cant control that. Definitely recommend

Love the car wash but needs improvement with the vacuuming service. Love the idea of free vacuum after I get my truck washed but I cant finish a good vehicle cleaning if everyone from the streets just drive in and take up all the vacuums. Ive lost count how many times cars just pull right in and into the vacuum spots. Im not getting the full service of what yall advertise if I cant even vacuum my vehicle. Tried to be patient a couple ttimes but then I got a line of cars behind me who just got washed and have nowhere to go. Are people that dont get their cars washed there allowed to just pull right into the vacuum spots?

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The price for the monthly car wash is a bit high, but they did offer half off for military and my spouse is active duty so its a great deal. Especially with all this yellow pollen. Highly recommend and they have free vacuums too

Memberships are good, Vacuums could use some work

I went to this location for the first time the other day, the wash was good but I definitely think that the manager there was on something. She looked rough and was very out of place. She kept looking around like she had no idea what to do and kept staring off. It just made for a very you comfortable experience. Most definitely won’t be going back.

Beware, carwash took paint off my car. Proof is on their camera footage. I filed a claim, they sent me to get an estimate. I got an estimate. Then they wouldnt return my calls for over a week. Finally with persistence, I got a hold of Cory in claims just to tell me they are not paying for it to get fixed, because the Autobody shop has to paint the whole door.. They wont make it right. So if you take your vehicle here your taking chances. We canceled all our memberships.

My granddaughters love going through the car wash. Always a good car wash. I like the ceramic wax. It will help protect my Dodge Rams exterior from Missouris harsh weather changes. Any interaction with employees has always been pleasant. I do miss the coffee.

I do like the car wash but ever since it changed from Tiger to Club my car does not get as clean. It moves to fast and the dryer does not dry my car like before

I purchased the membership plan for my wife’s vehicle and had it for a few months. I sold her car and forget to cancel the membership until I saw the $40 charge hit my account 2 weeks later. I called customer service to explain to them what happened and asked if they could reverse the charge. They said they don’t offer refunds but could change the vehicle to her new one. I explained because of the vehicle shortage right now, we won’t get her vehicle for another 3 weeks. They stated again that they do not offer refunds. So I’m paying $40 in advance for a months Carwash that I can’t even use. I was so aggravated I told them to cancel the membership on my vehicle too and I will never go back. Poor customer service.

Good wash. Staff is ok. Wont listen when Ive asked to turn off tire shine. 30$ a month for washes, tire shine ruins it after a mile. No longer use tiger express.

I love this place I go there everyday and get my Lincoln a bath if it needs it the employees are friendly they work really hard to get your car clean you get a free towel to clean the inside of the outside and you get air fresheners its a deal that cant be beat.

Been a member since they came out always fast friendly and very helpful with all my questions.

Would be great if it cost about 20% less. If you plan on buying a membership youd have to go daily to justify it.Update, been going as needed and paying the going rate. Not sure Ill be going back just not doing the job I believe I should get with the price involved.

We are so thankful for this company!When machine is running at the Proper speed, not too fast, the wash we attain on our car is outstanding! When it runs too fast, there is still soap left that has not been rinsed off. The workers need more training to be more precise with the pre-spraying. Some of the youngerworkers need more training in customer service and how their work ethic shows (or does not), when there is attention to detail, now it seems like they are taking their jobs for granted. I would like to see the pride come back that was there when it opened. Youth is no reason to have no pride in your work. Thank you for this company and your service to our community! 😁

Horrible experience here. Cancelled my membership; then they kept CHARGING ME anyhow!!! I had to call back EVERY month and each month they had excuses and would not give me my money back for the previous month even though I had called. AVOID THIS PLACE!

Went in with a coworker to get his new car cleaned, and ho boy. The colors and smells of the car was were unlike any other I have ever been to! The flashing, colored lights were by far my favorite part. It was also nice that he got a receipt with gave a code for an additional car wash to use for free within two days. After the car wash, you can pull up to a cleaning station to detail up your car for free. Super convenient that they have a hose on each side of the car to vacuum so you dont have to run the hose over your vehicle.

Good car wash. Bought the 14.00 wash and they did a good job preparing the car before it went into the wash. Vacs are strong. Did a decent job.

I love this place overall! My only complaint is whoever is working in front not always sprays the front of the vehicle for bugs adequately and then others do. Highly recommend

Been to Festus, Eureka, Arnold, and Fenton location. Like them all except Arnold seems to be more rough on your vehicle than the others. Took my antenna off my truck. You can just feel the difference when going through. My vehicles shine and look good. Black and Gold all day.

I had always liked the car wash the very last time I went and I dont know what the car wash did but it rolled my car into the car behind me and then I was told I had to provide my insurance information even though it was the car washes fault.

I have a membership so as long as I go twice a month it pays for itself. Ive never had a problem going through it and thats something because I once had a car scratched up by an automatic wash so I was reluctant at first but my father-in-law and his buddies rave about this place so I tried it a few times before getting a membership.The attendants, though much younger than I (high school and 20 somethings) are detail oriented when pre-spraying and if ever I have a question or something like the gate isnt working, they are quick to fix it and friendly. Bonus: I can go to any of the washes, not just my hometowns. Ive used it in Arnold and Farmington with no issues.

The tire shine leaves a black mess on my white truck. My tire rims are black also. Had to go home and wash it by hand. Waste of money.

One of the best car wash experiences I have had in a while. The free vacuums definitely make the place more appealing. The staff is very nice. They also have a free car mat cleaner and I swear by it. They give you a complimentary towel before entering the wash to use to either detail the inside of your car or dry the outside. I always use the one located in Festus. They did however shut down their app which was a little upsetting but I still use Tiger Express regularly.

Decent car wash but a bunch of the vacuum stalls were broken so it took forever waiting for one to open.

They started out great in Festus. Then they went to thirty dollars a month per vehicle. Too expensive for retirees. I canceled. Ill just pay as I go.

I just love this place.

Just took my truck here for the first time and I guess I had some mud in the bed of my truck. I didnt look at it until I got home and the entire side of my truck is covered in the dirt from the bed.

Seems to be very rough on the vehicles... Pulled the antenna off one vehicle and really smacked the side mirror of another...

I like the monthly membership just wish it was a lil less expensive. Have to pay attention when vacuuming so you dont park next to someone else vacuuming bc then you dont get as much power. I like that they offer drying towels. The first time I went the ppl spraying or the washer thing itself took off the tape off the edge of my door so now my doors arent as protected if my kids swing open the door and it hits a pole or something so thats a bummer but other than that I would recommend this place.
