I usually don’t care about the personalities as long as they do a good job but these guys are RUDE and do a poor job. I went in there with an open mind asking for their opinion on what they thought I should do for my nails and the Technician (i think owner) started getting rude and loud to the point where the other customers started looking at us concerned. I get it was almost closing time but if your going to offer your services in that manner just don’t take up another client. In the end he kept repeating that he’s just trying to be nice and not take advantage of me and take my money so he would just do a simple clear manicure.... I go to pay and it’s 50$ Which is literally what I usually pay for my dip powder. Awful, this is the second time I went to see if they could do a better job than the first time but for sure will not be visiting again. Wish they get better for the new people who don’t know what their in for ...👎

I got my nails and brows done here. Nails so not worth the money. All were uneven and the paint on them were done rushed and uneven. Had to get my nails fixed by someone else. My brows were rushed and not done well hairs still everywhere after.

I was happy for a year I had been going but the guy that was running it is leaving and two rude guys are taking over. Their credit card machine was messed up and one of them had the nerve to say that I had no money I have more money than they have I had to go over to the movie theater next door use the ATM which my card works fine and get money and come back. I was so embarrassed of him saying this stuff so loudly while I kept reassuring him it was his machine. Even after using an ATM in other stores I called my bank and they assured me it was their machine that he should not have been rude to me

I have been coming to Nails 1st for 5 years now. I always feel welcome and they do a fantastic job. I would never think of going anywhere else. They always greet me with smile.

I love the personal attention. They did great with my three grandchildren. It is a nice place to come and relax.

They are very good and friendly. They do excellent work. My favorite one is Annie, she does the best cheetah design.

I call, and I asked them ONE question about their nails, and I wasn’t finished talking and they just hang up on me! So rude! I call back, trying to be polite and tell them I wasn’t finished talking. They say, “oh okay, bye” hanging up, and before he hung the phone up, and after he said bye, he giggled! Ugh, so rude it’s unbelievable! Guess what!? Look who isn’t going to this nail salon! If they are rude in the phone, their probably rude in person too! R-U-D-E! I’m not very happy about my call right now. It’s so crazy how a business building can be so rude in phone calls wth patients. I still just can’t believe how he acted. Yes, it was a guy who answered. Either he hates his job, is having a bad day, or just doesn’t like answering phone calls, either way, YOU PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE CRABBY OR SNOTTY OVER THE DAMN PHONE! Gosh!

Went in as a walk-in and started right away, they did a nice quick job but the lady kept pushing gel nail polish and I kept saying no. It seems a tad dirty and not very sterile. So all in all they did a good first nail job but wouldnt go there again.

I went in as a walk in and was seated right away. I picked out my color and she started the pedicure. Through out the whole pedicure, she kept asking me if I wanted a design and I kept telling her no. The chairs need to be replaced, the prices need to be adjusted, and the staff need not be so pushy. No means no. And no, I will not be returning.

I made a nail appointment with them 4 days in advance but still had to wait a half hour when I got there. That wouldnt have been that big of a deal but the guy that did my nails rushed and did a really shitty job. I showed him what I wanted and the only thing he did was use the two colors I wanted. One of my nails he rounded and the others are uneven but suppose to be squared. Over all I would never go back here. They need to stop over booking and actually spend time on the customers they are helping.

Nails turning yellow after first day. Went in to get it fixed and they were super rude. And burned me with file three times and are lifting. Unsanitary products as well

Im from out of town Im a young blk lady& I came in n the guy doing my nails was rude n he was doing my nails very rough n I told him I dont like the way hes treating me n he said Im mean all I was doing was handling business on my phone but on the other hand a young lady doing my feet was very nice to me so I tipped her ☺️
