Man oh man. After searching for a decent nail place in this town for years, I have finally hit the jackpot. Outstanding job. Will return time and time again. My nails look so beautiful, and I have gotten so many compliments. The lady that did my nails helped me pick out colors and made sure the design and everything was perfect. 10/10 recommend

I came in for them to shape my nails. I got my nails previously done elsewhere. When i came in they didn’t give me a price they just started shaping them!! And she did a terrible job because she rushed through it! While i was there i decided to get a full set on my feet by a different person. I wasn’t satisfied at all! I walked out paying 115!!!!! I was robbed! When i confronted them about it they say they don’t remember.

I’m not sure I would go back. I brought my 10 and 8 year olds with me, they had gel pedicure, gel manicure, and I had a full dip set. Walked in told to wash my hands, never been there before so had no idea where to go. There was zero conversation or interaction. The entire place was nearly dead silent. Then I was charged $190. Not a whole lot of customer service then she watched as I filled out my receipt. Not positive that their pricing is up to date.. but even at $30 for both kids plus $30 for gel, plus $50 for a full dip set… makes it $170. Not sure where the extra $20 went 🤷🏽‍♀️

I got a manicure and I love my nails. First time I got a pedicure and it was great. I recommend S&P. I went there to get my nails done and decided last minute to get the pedicure and I didnt have to make an appt. Great service, nice clean and airy place. I will definitely go there again.

6 weeks ago I made a Saturday afternoon appt for a set of nails. They were running a half hour behind. 2 weeks later I made a 10 am appt hoping I wouldn’t have to wait a half hour. The door says they open at 9:30. They were not open at 9:50 when I showed up. At 10:05 a van pulls up and several employees got out and opened the salon. I was seated at a station where I waited for 10 minutes while the manicurist was out side, in back on a break of some sort. Today, a Monday, I had an appointment and was taken promptly when I arrived. The manicurist had just begun my fill when a person came in and interrupted her to sell some jewelry for a “$30 dollar donation”. After being abandoned for 5 minutes while my manicurist shopped for jewelry, I asked if she could finish my nails and shop for jewelry later. The man who appears to run the salon told me that I should “wait nicely”. (Why the person who interrupted my appointment to solicit donations was not asked to “wait nicely” is a mystery to me.)They apparently do not value their customers’ time at this salon. I did not rebook and will not visit them again. What is sad, is that I have had no complaint about the quality of their work. It is just the disrespect for their customers.

I had an appointment. They sat me and forgot about me for 30 minutes until I spoke up. The woman the did my dip manicure used gel polish and uv light for the top coat. When I asked why she said she didn’t want to have to redo them totally if she messed up. 2 days later the top coat is coming off leaving the sandy dip texture showing.

I went to S & P for a pedicure. I paid for the hot stone and the pedicure itself was excellent. Unfortunately, the technician injured both of my big toes which was quite painful. Each one bled but she never said anything and continued with her work. Now 2 days later, each one is infected and quite painful.

Super happy employees because of super management. Great environment to be pampered!

I came here for a gel pedicure and a full set. The guy that did my gel pedicure was nice but the lady that did my full set was very disrespectful. You can still see the color of my actual nail through the light blue. She did not do enough coats. There is bubbles throughout my nails and they are not even. There is also dust particles under the gel polish.

This is one of the best nail places I have ever gone to. The owner and his wife are so sweet, and are patient with me bringing in crazy designs and being picky about my nails. I can bring them whatever crazy nail design I see on the internet, and they do their best to make it happen. I constantly get compliments on my nails. Definitely make an appointment, especially on the weekend.

I got my nails done the yesterday and theyre already chipping and I wanted checkers and they just dont look nice. Honestly disappointed.

I went in before Christmas to get my nails done. Overall look was nice. Matte red with snow flakes. After a week I noticed an area on the tip of my pointer finger getting red and tender. A few days later my finger was infected and is still getting over infection. The services were great but not to happy having an infection after good services.**update: had to take oral antibiotics, and apply fungal and bacterial cream on my finger. It took for ever to heal. Scared to get my nails done again. Anywhere...

Beautiful. This is cleanest most modern salon in town. I was given a snack tray, hooks so purses are not on floor, comfortable chair and everything makes you feel like you are in an expensive spa. friendly staff, everyone must check it out. Makes you feel important not like a bull in a chute!

I got my nails done about a week ago here and two days later my finger started getting infected.. a few more days later it got worse. i went back and asked them to take my nails off because of my finger hurting and i told them it was infected but they kept insisting i had hit my finger on something, after i left the salon i went to a clinic to get it checked out and they confirmed the infection.

Im very satisfied with my nails and would recommend this nail salon. Love my nails thanks Tom. Your very professional and do a awesome job. See you next time.

So upset with my experience, I have been coming here for just about three years now since moving to ND. I loved coming here for outstanding quality pedicures.Unfortunately today was not acceptable, I went in after calling in advance with appt. They stated they had time and I could come in. Upon arriving same routine as usual, except once I was placed in a chair I waited over 20mins while my water got cold for someone to begin my pedicure. No one told me how long I’d be waiting or they’re busy to come back. Nope instead I sat there until roughly 30mins without any pedicure started and made the decision to leave when no one addressed me. So sad! I’ve gotten my nails done here so many times even bring friends and family but after this experience I won’t trust their time management.

Even though it was a little bit of a wait it was really worth it and they were really nice about me having to wait too and made sure I was still happy😊 I would really recommend theyre super professional and so quick everything came out perfect!!

Every time I’ve been here, they do an amazing job. I’m always very impressed with my pedi and dip powder nails. I’m treated very well by my nail tech and they get me done in a timely manner while still spending enough time to make the experience feel luxurious. This is now my go to nail salon in Minot.

They seem like they rush and no opinion is given when asked..

So I went in yesterday for cute nails. I notice that a couple of the nails had bubbles in them after I left. But I thought it would go down. I had showered and the nails with the bubbles start to peel and the nail underneath is still wet. And a couple of the nails have bumps on the side.

Tom did a fantastic job and gave me a cute baby shark nail!

I made an appointment for 3pm and arrive around 250pm I walked in they asked me to wash my hands and then I stood there for 35 minutes with no communication from the staff at all! I would not recommend this place

Went to have a manicure. They never cleaned up my cuticles or trimmed hang nails, etc. Lady didn’t know how to remove glue on nails, so I had to do myself while I sat there. I said I wanted dip powder, and the lady didn’t know what I was talking about until she asked someone else. She then caked on 6-7 layers of dip powder, then filed it all down for almost an hour. Still had a “bubble” nail look, and the powder didn’t merge to the cuticle where the lunulae is still visible. 10/10 would not recommend manicure services from here.

I think they are high quality, but i appreciate those in the beauty industry who keep up with the current beauty trends, if i come in and ask for something that is trending you should be able to do it, not everyone wants basic french tips and beginner designs anymore.

My Mom and I received a manicure and a pedicure with no added nails. We did get the “cat eye” treatment on both our hands and feet and were informed that it was $10 extra. My mother received the wrong color on her feet although the pedicure itself was exquisite. My gripe is most salons offer a “bundle” price when you receive multiple services. I still have callouses on the sides of my big toes as well as dry skin on the bottom of my feet. For a whopping $210.00! Will not be returning.

I just got a pedicure from Ivy and my cousin got one from Sandy. They did amazing. Ivy did Hawaiian flowers on our toes and put so much more detail in them than any other place. Shes super sweet. Definitely my new nail place!

I went in asked for MATTE black nails with design. The guy told me it’s hard and it’s expensive and said he wasn’t going to do it.He painted them black (not matte) and only did one design.When I tried to show him what I wanted he ripped my hand from my phone and told me no and messed up my design. He messed up my cousin nails after she told him that that wasn’t the right color and completely ignored her. He was so rude and we won’t be returning.

Everytime I come here with my daughter we get the best friendly service . The place is clean and they even practice social distancing so we feel safe . I was visiting a friend in Minot, ND and went here for a basic pedicure. The staff are alert and friendly, the place is BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, And SMELLS AMAZING. They have beverages and snacks, Its spacious and comfy, and Im glad I chose S & P while I was here in North Dakota! Definitely will come back the next time I visit! Loved It! 💝

I have been going to another place for awhile and after having a bad experience, I decided to try a new place! My friend and I came in today, it was clean and they were so friendly and understanding of what I wanted. They spoke English and actually carried on conversations with my friend and I. Very clean with fresh liners in the foot basins for pedicures with sealed instruments. Cleaned everything after use. Super friendly bunch of people but if your not in the mood to talk a bunch theyre OK with that too.

I love the quality of work I get here and this is the only place I normally go, but we made an appointment and we still waited almost an hour. I feel like the appointment was pointless.

Awesome experience and close to base! I went with a friend and two little girls (ages 4 & 5) and can not rave enough about how we were treated. They have special chairs for children plus snacks, drinks and tablets to keep them occupied. They also have snacks and drinks for the adults. Their prices are extremely reasonable for Minot plus they offer a military discount. This will be our go to from now on.

AWESOME!! Very friendly, helpful and respectful staff. I was greeted as soon as I walked thru the door n received help choosing a good color with the design I wanted..I got a pedicure ( which was so relaxing) n then had Mr. Tom to do my nails.. He did an amazing job n I was very pleased..I have received a numerous amount of compliments!! Brought in a reference photo for shape.(She) Still managed to mess it up. Asked for rhinestones, and they were placed on like a child had done it, then left visible soft gel on my nails and told me it would “go away” under the light. Which it obviously didn’t, just got hard. So I then asked for them to take the rhinestones off completely. Not only was it rushed but like I said visible hardened soft gel was on my nails so they looked lumpy. So this man told me I should have said something. Which I thought was weird because that’s what I HAD done and WAS DOING. He then tried to yell at me about how I wanted it exactly like the picture, which wasn’t the issue, it was my sloppy nails. In the end I got the stones taken off and nails reshaped but after a literal argument. I wouldn’t even have minded the confrontation if my nails looked good but yeah. I would honestly not spend money here unless I literally just wanted my nails painted. I’m not sure they have “real nail techs”. Just people who know how to glue and paint. No creativity or artistry of their own.

I came here for the first time today and received a full set. And honestly, I’m very underwhelmed. I asked for coffin shaped ombré faded nails and while the ombré looks spectacular it isn’t the color I asked for (asked for pink received tan) and the shapes of my nails vary. Once looking over my nails I asked the guy to fix the shape of one and he barely did. Also, there was no cuticle oil or hand massage with lotion (mind you this was a $60 full set). Overall I give the experience a 2/5 as I really don’t like my nails and wasn’t offered anything to drink but others were.

The people here are rude. They aren’t nice and gentle like most places. They don’t ask for exact details on what you want. They charge more than most places. They cut your fingers and make you bleed. I do NOT recommend them

While the people working here are beyond nice, customer service is a bit hit and miss depending on the time you go. They dont seem to turn anyone away so many times I would arrive for an appointment and have to wait for a while. Ultimately, I kept returning because I liked the people there but I finally stopped going when I switched to gel manicures and discovered that they dont really do a proper full soak-off removal. Instead they grind away the majority of the polish, then soak off the remains, and then scrape way too hard to get it off. The paint on my toes was ground off completely, no soaking at all. I would recommend this place if you are not doing gel and are not in a hurry.

Love the job they did! I showed them a picture and they copied it to a T! I asked for stiletto nails and they have been the only people in Minot that can do it. Very happy with my nails and I will for sure being going back and getting a fill.

Went here recently and adore this place it will definitely be my new go to the staff is very welcoming and kind and definitely aren’t afraid of a little challenge I walked in with a design definitely having a backup option not expecting anyone to be able to do it but they killed it I’m so so in love with my nails

Made an appointment for 330 and its now 416 and Im stIll sitting in the chair waiting to have the water turned on. There are 18 customers here and 4 people working.Its a nice place and clean but they shouldnt say they have available time and then make people wait for over an hour.I would not recommend this place unless you have no life and can wait for hours.

People pleasant and seem well trained or very experienced. No one introduces themselves so I rarely am able to ask for same person. That said Ive had them done maybe 4-5 times in last 9 months and never had a lift problem.

Ive been to S&PNails least every 6 weeks since Jan. Loved the fellow who did my nails everytime except this last visit. He was not there so I was given to this man who was also doing a Pedi on another lady and he attempted to go back and forth between her feet and my nails. Then when that was NOT going to happen I was given a lady who did not know how to do french dip nails..so I chose another color and she couldnt find the color I wanted so I settled on a 3rd color. She did a good job but I was there with my daughter who got a dip also and was done 45 minutes before I was. We spend 2 hours there and wasted a lot of my time...no I wouldnt recommend this place to any more of my friends. Sorry.. Service was a lot better before Danny left.

RACIST!My wife and I went in for mani- peti. I had to wait an hour past our appointment time before they started. The man working on my wifes nails in the next chair started complaining about Black people. Im pasty-white but even after I told him my [adopted] mother is Black, he kept bad-mouthing Black people.Also, the manager had offered me a 20% discount for waiting so long. However, he tried to back out of it when I went to pay.So, this is a racist, dishonest business. I encourage people of color--especially those bravely serving our country in the military--to not use S & P Nails. Why give your money to people who hate you?

They are extremely customer service oriented! More often than not my appointment has been pushed back or delayed but they usually always do a great job at pedicures!

Nice facility, HORRIBLE service. My pedicure looks horrible, they got the polish on my skin around my toe nails and didn’t clean it off, the polish on my nails is clumpy and the half the nails are crooked. I asked the lady twice to fix my nails and she got an attitude with me and left them the way they are. Sent me to wash my hands and when I can back she had moved all my stuff somewhere and was already working on the next person and didn’t acknowledge me anymore after that.

Friendly staff, very clean, great atmosphere. Had the paraffin pedi and my husband had the basic and our feet felt great afterwards. Very reasonable prices and short wait time. Will go again.
