My first time getting a pedi at Coco2. Best pedicure I’ve had in a while. Very thorough, neat and clean. Great value.

Super picky customer here! Went to Coco 2 last night Yooni did my manicure and Diana my pedicure. The place is super clean and they took me right away at my scheduled appointment time. The pedicure was perfect! Polish looks great no smearing or bumps. Edges are perfect! Nice massage mini massage included. Mani was perfect too she cleaned my cuticles nicely without cutting me and my polish looks neat, even and clean. I highly recommend this place very satisfied with the work. Thank you! Finally found a reliable place with quality work in this area.

Dont bother going to any other salon in town (unless its CoCo Nails 1) the owner, staff are the absolute best, sweet and such a cleanly salon...even prior to COVID but now they are following every precaution to keep their staff and customers safe! Best gel mani and pedi in a relaxing clean environment!

So bad, I just was there one time, and had bad experience, paid almost 80$, and 3 of my nails come out in next few days...maybe I wasnt lucky with nail technician, but after one bad expirience I dont think Im going there again.

Expensive compared to other places nearby. They do not do acrylics; only gel. The salon itself is beautiful and very well kept. I just didnt think the end results warranted a $60 cost for a simple fill. Ive only had nails done here so that is what this review is based on.

Had a wonderful time here. The owner is very friendly, the location is awesome, and the decor and atmosphere make for a very relaxing experience. The girls that took care of my wife and I were excellent and did a great job. I use to go to their old location which should be reopening soon, but this location is better than the old one use to be. Highly recommend this place as its not much more expensive than any other pedicure Ive gotten and is well worth the price. They take great care of you and after I walked out I messed up a nail and they even did an great job fixing it when I went back in.

I love it here. I am a loyal customer i come every two weeks. This place is very clean and nice. You get a very nice treatment here. Chris Sandy and all the girls are so good to their customers.

I am very happy with Coco II in Hackettstown. I moved to Chester and I think I have tried all salons this is the best yet. Yoonie does a wonderful job.

Much better then the other location! Tanya and the woman at the front desk are so sweet and welcoming! Only thing is it’s hard to get in sometimes as a walk in. Otherwise great customer service also overpriced but when you have to go back for a nail fixed bc whatever they used never worked on me they did fit u in to fix it!

They do great work, but some of the nail techs are not the friendliest. The manager is great!

I do hair & nails for a living so Im always picky when I get my nails done somewhere. I have to say - this is the BEST experience I have ever had anywhere in the area. They are very clean, thorough, and they take their time (you dont feel rushed out). Lots of color selection too! Defineitly my new go to place! Thank you ladies!!💕

I called and requested an appointment at the original Coco Nails for two pedicures, since I would be meeting up with my friend after work. I was asked to go to Coco 2, which I agreed to begrudgingly because I hadnt had a great experience there yet, but thought maybe it would be different this time. Nope. My friend and I were seated apart even though there were chairs open on both sides of me. Our pedicures were rushed, despite it not being busy. We were charged $30 to basically have lotion rubbed on our legs and our nails painted.

I really like this Nail Salon. Its very clean and they have great pedicures. Yolanda is awesome she takes her time and does a really great job. The manager is nice but could be a little more friendly. Best place by far in Hackettstown.

My wife has been to MANY places that wax in Hackettstown! She has literally walked out of a couple of them. She was, at one point, completely distraught, not being able to find a quality establishment. There were times, she would come home so frustrated, I would just...go outside! Since the very first time Becky went to Luxury Nail & Spa, life has been bliss! She always comments on how wonderful her experience was. She comes right in the house and says, feel my legs Jack! My regular nail salon was closed and my backup didnt have any time. I called here and they said they could take me, and I went not waiting one more day because two of my acrylics had popped off. I was impressed when I walked in, but it all went downhill from there. Long story short it took an hour and a half to get a gel fill, when it normally takes 45 minutes anywhere else Ive ever gone. I was like alright whatever, I asked how much so I could tip the lady and she told me $50. FIFTY FOR A GEL FILL??? Insane. I smiled, said thank you and tipped her 20%..my nails looked mediocre so I wasnt about to stiff her. So I paid and left. Not one hour later a nail she had replaced popped off. I was planning on going back today but my cuticles are so open and sore that I wont be going back and when they heal Ill be paying another salon to fix them. So overall I will be paying over $80 for a crappy manicure.

They don’t know how to do dip nails. They charged me extra for already having tips on, they didn’t fully take off the previous dip, just filled it in and overfilled at that and they didn’t even put on a gelTop coat like I asked. They told me they would shape my nails after the dip which they didn’t do and when I said something so they wouldShape it before doing the top coat, the girl just put the top coat on and called it a day. Lesson learned. Don’t change your nail place, especially to here.

I really liked this place before they changed owners. They no longer have the gel colors on sample palettes . It is impossible to pick a gel color from its label. even tho i love the place, i dont think i can keep going there and guess at what i am picking.

The place is really pretty andthe manicure was okay unfortunately over clipped my cuticles which hurt for a couple of days.... The girls did not speak much English and we did ask for paraffin however that was never done because they didnt understand us

This place is horrible. One of the employees called my daughter a b**ch. Dont go here. I explained to them what we wanted and they had no idea what to do and messed everything up. The manager and employees are very rude. The place is way over priced. They just all around suck!!!

Will never go again. Went to have eyebrows done and the girl left 1 eyebrow missing hair in the middle of my eyebrow 2 days before vacation. She actually gave me the mirror and asked what I thought????? How do u do that to someone and not even apologize excessively??? I am now having to color my eyebrow in till it grows back. Horrific!!!!!!

I have been going to this place semi regularly since it opened. This past spring/summer, I was there every 2-3 weeks for gel mani, reg pedi and lip waxes. I was really happy with the salon, until tonight. I walked in at 625 and asked for a lip wax and regular manicure. I was told by the male manager that there was only time for the wax even though all of his employees were not with any other customers. My wax took less than 5 mins and so I asked again, can I get a manicure? It doesnt take 30 minutes for a regular. He said no, with my drying time they wouldnt be able to close on time. I told him I would dry on my own. Still nothing. I waited in the parking lot to write this - its now 635, and the salon is closed. You gave up a loyal/ paying customer so you could close 25 minutes earlier than advertised. So long luxury spa see ya never!

Not the best service or pedicure. Made an appt for mani pedi for 2, said same when we checked.in. shop was not busy. Left sitting after pedicure for 1/2 an hour. Shop began to get busy. Asked about manicures and was told she didnt have us booked for manicures and they were busy. Also, when I paid, she wanted to charge 5 dollars extra for plain color polish because it was LCN brand (regular color polish). I was not told this when I picked the polish. No attempt to reschedule or give a discount for another appt on another date. Pedicure was mediocre. This shop was under new ownership. While beautiful the service is not the same. I used to go all the time when previous owners managed the salon. Will not go back. Thumbs down.
