Needs to replace some basketballs and footballs that have gone flat but otherwise a fun place to let my little guy run some energy out. Everyone we meet there is very nice.EDIT. With the new balls promised this place is definitely a 5. The sports area is definitely our favorite area. We just have so much fun every time we go!
Great spacious indoor play area. Easy to social distance while letting the kids burn some energy and limit screen time during frigid MN winters. Multiple surface wipe and hand sanitizer stations. Love that the day pass allows you to come and go multiple times in one day and parents are free with child’s pass.
Where was this place years ago?! If I had younger kids I would be here all the time. It is unstaffed, so o was worried it would be a mess and crazy, but I was happy to see clean tables, well maintained equipment, and generally a great space. My kids, 8 and 10 loved it, and I had to drag my 8 year old out of there. We will come back here, especially with the long MN winters. I do think 10 is topping out the age range, but ours still had fun.
This was a great place for my almost 3 year old to spend 2 hours playing on a rainy day! Everything was clean and it wasnt too crowded.
Such an awesome place to go during any time of the year! The price of passes are affordable (they have daily and monthly) and theres a lot for my daughter to do! She enjoyed every aspect and the other kids and parents that were there were friendly! A set of older boys were extremely friendly and welcoming of my toddler daughter. Kudos to their parents! As far as the safety concern comments, most of it could be avoided when watching children, its not a daycare. You do need to watch your children especially since there are no staff present. The place was as clean as I would have expected. If not more. There was also a gentleman there stocking, cleaning, and checking up on things. Very friendly guy, wasnt sure if it was the owner. Will definitely be going there more often!
One of the worst experience ever !They dont stand by the rules for payment. I had a monthly subscription which I cancelled by mid of March. According to their policy, after cancelling the membership, the entrance code has to be active untill the last day of the billable month. Here I am on 03/31 but my entrance code deactivated. I had to take a day pass unnecessarily as I didnt want to disappoint my kid. !This is my second such issue with billing. Earlier I had an issue in January which went unresolved as the owner didnt even care to send a reply to query.
Saying this place was a disappointment is an understatement. The floors were all dirty. A toilet had flooded leaving the entire hallway filled with toilet water. The vending machine ate the money I put in. The almost $25 I paid total for my 2 kids after the taxes and fees kept them busy for all of an hour. Much cleaner playplaces with more to do in the area for a lot cheaper. Dont waste your money here.
One thing good to say about COVID-19 is that it means no crowd at InnerActive. We had full reign of the facilities. Hopped from area to area without hassle. Truly loved it for my 18-month old and his classmate. Made for a fun, tiring outing. We will be back. Also, everything was clean, in working order and felt safe. All adults had masks. All the kids had fun.
The facility is just great. It will be much better if ALL visitors follow the rules accordingly, such as removing shoes and wearing masks during pandemics.
Awesome spot in the twin cities area! The ownership is awesome.
Good place to go with your children. Safe and wide.
Great facility and they do a great job! If you have kids youll want to visit this place!
My boys had lots of fun playing here!
Absolutely love this indoor playground. Heartbroken it is closing.
Spoke with one of the owners today, I believe Teddy was his name about a refund due to all the COVID restrictions. We had booked this for a family/friends Birthday party for my 3 and 6 year olds. ($175 in early March). He refused to work with me reasonably, even as I offered to split it with them which was denied. I then even asked for just $50 back, we wouldn’t even used the space and they could keep the $125. His response was, “if I give refunds I’ll go out of business for good”. So in turn, it’s better for them to just keep the deposit, let your customer base get really nothing in return (they’ll tell you can use the space 6 months after your initial booking and that’s their way of making it right). They’re many families out there that need that money back considering the circumstances, it’s not their responsibility to essentially donate to your business. Not the way it works. In 6 months my kids won’t have another birthday and the restrictions/lack of confidence of the virus will still exist. I never want to see a small business struggle but with their attitude towards customer service and what they feel the world owes them I’m afraid it’s going to be a big struggle. Wishing you all luck in these hard times but you’ve really taken the wrong advice on how to approach this. You’re not the only ones struggling. I’m all for patronizing small business (going out to eat at a local restaurant, buying from the small hardware store instead of big box etc but in all these cases it’s a two way street, both parties benefit. Seems like here all the new options benefit anybody but your most important asset.....your customer.
Love this place. Regular cleanings, lots of space. Amazing for getting out in the winter months.
My little girl loves it here! Could clean the equipment and bathrooms a little better but my girl loves it here.
The place is really fun. This was my second time bringing kids, because they loved it so much the first time.HOWEVER, a large group (about 100 kids) came rushing in all at once and overwhelmed all of the moms with little kids. If I had known they were coming we would have chosen a different time to visit. Ugh!
This place is UNSAFE! I would not be surprised to hear many kids have been hurt here. I would call instead of post but there is no number and I think parents should know as soon as possible. Make this place safe for kids and I will gladly update my post. There are bolts sticking out of the overhead door in the soccer area that could really mess a kid up.Exposed metal of the door tracks are not covered.Concrete floor under the bounce area with no pad at least in the corners. We found out how much that hurts the hard way. If the air compressor had a issue a kid could get really hurt.No padding on the concrete walls around the bounce pad soccer area or basketball area. One bad bounce and a kid could get paralyzed. No pads on the concrete corners in play areas. No child safety plugs or tamper resistant outlets in the little child area or other spots in the building. The fake rock over the air compressor just lifts up. Probably not the thing little kids should have access to or if the rock was removed someone could hit it next to the bounce pad.Overhead doors are not locked at the slide lock with no auto reverse child safety laser system and no employee supervisionThe smoke detector is about 10 feet below the ceiling. Useless! The ramps up to the slides and play area are as slippery as the slides. This is just what I noticed while grabbing my kids to leave.I am interested in talking to the owner and the city safety inspector who passed this place.
Awesome indoor play place. Tons of equipment and open space to play. My 2 yr old loved the playground, open turf, and giant bouncing pillow. The place is very clean because no shoes are allowed. Highly recommend when you need an indoor play place to visit. We will be back!
Booked the party room for my daughters 4th birthday, kids had a blast. Our rental was for a 2 hour slot with a 15 min cushion of set up & clean up. The party ahead of us didnt seemed too rushed to get out so we could get set up, which caused a mad dash to set up our party before the rest of the guests arrived. Overall the activity level and options were great for our ages, 1-11. A nice addition for indoor opportunities during not so great weather.
Very open and clean, not something you always find with an indoor playground. It is a great place for a birthday party. It can get busy and wild, but its so large that there seems to be enough room for everyone!
Great place to take preschool aged kids for a party or just to get out of the house in less than ideal weather. Lots of options to burn off energy which is what were usually looking for for our youngest.
Great indoor playground that combines regular playground structures, one for toddlers and another for kindergartners and older, separate basketball and soccer/football areas, and an awesome bouncy pillow. They also have a foam block construction section and a cafeteria style area (bring your own food, though). Its in the price side, though, unless you get a monthly membership. They used to have a quarterly membership that was awesome, but it seems to have gone away... Only caveat is that your really gotta watch your kids as there is no staff to supervise kids and fellow parents can sometimes have behavior standards different from your own.
I am so impressed with this place! I brought my 21 month old and my 7 month old. The baby is to small to play on anything but they did have a few toys he could play with on the floor while his older brother got to run around. The place is huge and my son loved being able to just explore freely. The floors are padded in areas where kids could fall. The whole place was really clean. The hours are great too. We have a hard time finding things we can do with our late schedule.I cant wait to take my family back!
My kids love the jumping pillow! It is also really nice that it has something for everyone, all ages of kids. There is a basketball court and a soccer field with soccer and footballs to toss around. There is also a jungle gym for big and a separate one for little kids. There is also a place to build with blocks and an area to eat food that is brought.
The playground equipment is fine and the bouncing thing is fun but the lack of staff, self clean up policy and charging just about $10 a kid is too much. There are several other indoor playgrounds that arent hands off operations that are much better value. They also control the crowds much better.
We go there almost every weekend this winter. The place is very spacious. Its divided into six play areas that meet the needs of children from toddler to teenager. There is also a rest area in the middle of the place where you can sit down enjoying snacks. Nursery room is provided for comfort and privacy. My toddler boy always has a blast with his friends. The price is reasonable. Great indoor activity place!
This place is awesome for birthday parties! We have had two parties there now - one last June for our daughter who turned 8, and again last night for our other daughter who turned 7. It is super affordable, the kids have a blast, and the time goes by fast. Love the whole concept of being able to have a fun birthday party without a giant expense. And there is plenty to do to keep the kids busy. The owners are really great to work with as well!
My 2 year old son loves this place! He cries every time its time to leave. I work a lot of hours during the day, so the late hours of operation are perfect for us. We always have such a fun time here. Ive been recommending to people I know. The only suggestion I would make is to ensure detailed cleaning during the colder months. Weve been here a total of 3 times on a monthly basis since September. And after each visit, we would end up sick. I know its inevitable during this time of year, but on our most recent visit this 3rd time around, I was paying attention to how many kids I heard sneezing/coughing/runny noses while playing with the blocks/on the kangaroo bounce, etc. And was curious how often they are cleaned since there isnt regular staff.Otherwise, my husband and I really do enjoy taking our kiddo here. It really is a great place for him to burn off some energy.
Inexpensive with a variety of physical activities for ages 1-100. Parents dont pay admission, and there lots of space with tables, chairs, vending machines, and clean bathrooms. Bring your own snack or meal, and make sure to clean up after yourself. This place isnt manned with staff and theres an honor system that youll treat the place right. Perfect for mid winter!
Great place for the kids during winter
Wonderful indoor play area for toddlers and young children. Lots of activities to choose from with plenty of slides, climbing equipment and kangaroo trampoline our Granddaughter calls the jumpy jump...her MOST favorite activity! If you want a quiet moment with baby, there is a reading room with plenty of books, activity toys and comfy rocking chair and changing table. You can bring a snack or purchase as vending machines are available with plenty of seating to sit and relax! A definite place to visit if you live in Mn. or visiting as we were! Well definitely be back!
Very clean great place for kids to play. Reasonable prices. Great atmosphere. My Daughter had a blast I highly recommend taking a day trip with your kids.
Such and easy place to take the kids. Lots and lots for them to do. All ages can easily play there. Jumping pillow, large playground, basketball, turf field, small playground, foam building blocks. Clean restrooms and get this... You can bring in your own lunch! Lots of tables and plenty of clean up supplies so you can wipe down or sweep up. Definitely worth the admission fee. We stay for hours!
Great place for kids. Awesome facility. A variety of different activities for kids of different ages.
Great place for families and groups. Brought my Girl Scout Troop and all had a great time. The girl’s loved the jumping pillow and basketball courts. There was lots of space to sit down and have a snack. Plus the vending machine is stocked with awesome goodies.Ca t wait to come back again.
This place is absolutely fantastic. My son loves it here. Have a membership and the cost is WELL worth it.
Great fun. Clean, bright, plenty of room. I really like the big cafeteria area and that you can bring in your own food. Great exercise on a cold day. And locally owned.
This is a great place to take your younger kids to burn off some energy during the winter months. They have a nice cafeteria area where you are allowed to bring your own food and beverages. I saw the kids having a good time and even some adukts.
This is an awesome place to take children. They will be busy for hours and protected from the elements. The place is clean and there are wipes available and antibacterial lotion. You can bring in your own snacks and lunch or come and go during the day. Loved this place!
I reserved a room for my sons birthday there. Since covid-19 had happened the business was closed that day and they wont refund my money. Spent $175 for the room for 2hr rental and they want me to reschedule. I want a refund. His golden birthday has came and gone and people are still scared to meet in large groups. What a rip off. Wouldnt suggest doing business with a company that isnt understanding during a time of a pandemic. An edit to your response:In your response you are only looking out for yourself. What about the people that helped you get to where you are now. Being a business for the community and for kids i thought you would be little bit more understanding. I dont agree with your business practices. So for that I wouldnt suggest your business to anyone.
My kids (6 & 4yr olds) absolutely loved playing here! They had so much fun running, jumping, and climbing! Beautiful facility- very well laid out. Extremely clean too! This place is perfect for MN winters for kids if any age! We will definitely be getting a yearly pass!
Kids love it! Everything is pretty clean and orderly. Lots of space and fairly priced.
I started bringing my grand kids, 2 and 4 here in Nov of last year. They love it so much that we purchased a month membership. A lot of room to run around, a lot of cool areas to play and most of all this is a safe, clean and great place for little ones. I highly recommend it.
Im a stay at home dad and InnerActive is an invaluable location to have in the rotation. Especially when its too hot out, or too cold out, or too buggy out. Fun for all ages. Its just the best!
We adore it here. So much so we held a second birthday prty here. It was perfect, great for such a wide range of ages. My nephew (6) keeps asking to go back. Its very clean. My only tip is to buy your pass before entering & the monthly pass is a great deal.
Second time here in two weeks and we will be making this a regular stop! We really appreciate the owner making it super easy to clean up after ourselves. We were able to go and get lunch and then play right after. Thanks so much for this amazing place. Our daughter loves it and so do we!
Great kids birthday party venue! This place offers a DIY party setting ...and it worked out very well for my sons 5th birthday party. You bring everything, have the private room for 1.5 hours and additional set up and clean up time. The room already comes partially decorated with colorful walls, happy birthday sign and other hangings on walls and ceiling that would go with any theme. There is a NO BALLOON policy. The play areas are enjoyable for a large age range. Soccer area, basketball area, small rock climbing, 2 different play structures, foam blocks ...and the SUPER fun trampoline!
Awesome place for the wintertime and rainy days for big and little kids! Our first visit was for a birthday party. It was a great spot for everyone to enjoy!
Living in the north metro, weve struggled to find a place that caters to both our children, who are at different places in their play careers. The older one loves to do large motor activities, while our youngest is still a bit tentative. InnerActive fits the mold for both!! Though InnerActive isnt quite north metro, its worth the extra miles for us. There are 6 main play areas - each focusing on a different type of play. Theres soccer and basketball areas, a large air bouncer, a big playground and little playground, and a huge life-size block area. The tables and chairs are setup so that you can see the entire space, too, which is huge since your kids will run around this place like crazy!! Additionally, the owners are extremely accommodating and friendly. Youre free to bring in your own food & drink, too (as long as you clean up after yourself!) which is incredible. Id recommend checking it out today!
Great and most importantly, clean, indoor park for kids. My son is almost 5 and loves this place. We purchased a membership and definitely take advantage of it. His favorite part is the inflated pillow jump.
Good and nice places
Great for kids. They never want to leave. Tons to do. Bouncy floor balloon, big play set with slides and monkey bars etc. Basketball hoops, netted area with soccer net, climbing wall, smaller play set, foam blocks area, party room you can rent out, tables for adults to sit and watch
My kid went with a friend’s family. Said the place was dirty and unwelcoming.
They have a lot of fun things for all ages, even adults! There are tables and chairs for parties, you can bring your own food, our theres a private party room. I like the safety they provide when you enter. There are two computers for you to pay for the 9.00 all day pass, or other options. They give you an entry code that you entry into the key pad by the door. Once the door shuts, you can not open that door. No one can sneak in & kids cant sneak out.
InnerActive was the perfect place for our recent Cub Scout den meetings! We reserved the party room, which provided a great space for the scout meeting. After the den meetings, the Scouts explored the remainder of InnerActive. I would highly recommend InnerActive for similar types of gatherings!
My kids ranging in ages 3-10 all had a great time. Looking forward to our next visit. Also was pleased how clean it was. There were maybe 20 kids there while we played and it never felt crowded, enough room for everyone.
My kids and I will make sure to have our passes all winter long!!! Tons of stuff to do, and the kids all love it! ages 3-6
This is a fun place to go on a cold or rainy day. Plenty of activities to keep your kids busy. Lots of seating for parents who want to chat with their friends rather than climb and play with their kids. There are so vending machines if you want a snack, but you can also bring your own lunch, etc. The price ($9/child) is a bit steep for what it is, but not too bad every once in a while. I like that the option is there for birthday parties and that there are things for different age and motor skill levels.
Great place for the kids to play inside.
This is a great indoor playground for all ages. There is a jumping pillow, small and large jungle gym, soccer balls, basketballs and a foam block area. There is space to eat snacks. There is a family bathroom and a nursing room. We spent 2 hours there. E easy access one you buy online and get a code good forv all day so you can come and go.
This place is one of my favorites. I cant wait to bring my kiddos again. If you havent been to the place yet, make it a priority! Its a must!
Awesome place for kids! Our 1 year old loved it and my nieces and nephews 3-8 had a blast and were in bed very early that night! Was clean and well maintained
This place was so fun! We celebrated my nieces birthday party here! Guests of all ages had a blast and the facilities were clean! We will definitely be back!
We are so excited for an indoor play area near Plymouth! There are great activities for kids of all ages. We met the owner and he was very personable and excited to be open. I cant wait to book my daughters birthday party.
Easy location to get to and really convenient self serve kiosk for access. My kid loved it!
Lots of things to play on, we will come back. Its a big place and it took my daughter hours to get board. I think our next birthday party will be here.Only negative things was its not easy to see from the road, not hard to get too but I did have to make a lap around the building and had to park far away because it is a shared building with other business.
An indoor playground with actual playground equipment inside, along with a basketball court and a big bouncy thing. Best for kids who are stable in their feet, since everyone wants to bounce but its easy for kids to get frustrated with the experience.
Need a place for kids to get there energy out? This is the place to come! Fun things to do for all ages.
We recently held my sons birthday party here, and while we love Inneractive as a resource and outlet during long, cold winters, we were turned off by the customer service we received with our booking. I was charged for nearly twice the amount of kids that we had on our final waiver (which is required with your final numbers 24 hours in advance). When I reached out to customer service/who I believe is the owner, Stacy, I was told that they had no record of my final numbers. When I sent a copy of the waiver I had sent, I have been met with no reply and no refund. Really disappointed in the way they choose to run their business and will not return.
What a great space to let the little ones blow off some steam! Been here a bunch of times since it opened and always found it well worth the time and money. The kids run around in a clean and safe environment with a bunch of different play areas. There is a playground type structure, an air bubble, building blocks, soccer, basketball, football, a toddler area as well as tables to have lunch or a snack. There are vending machines for small things but you can also bring food. They also have memberships available along with the daily rate.
My kids love this place! Great way for them to burn off all that energy.
Cool place to take the kiddos. Reasonable pricing. Relatively clean, despite the fact that it is not regularly staffed. Plenty of options to run some energy out of the kids. :)
My kids had a great time! They were passed out and snoring on the ride home. I have felt so bad that they have been cooped up because of the weather so I am so glad we found this place. They just absolutely loved it. My heart was full watching them run around and having such a great time. We plan to be back next week!
I have a 7 year old and 9 month old and both loved it. There is a nursery/nursing room with toys and books for my youngest and my oldest enjoyed everything. We went during unstaffed hours so my only question would be if shoes are allowed on the playground or is everything no shoes? We all liked the giant air bouncer and that of course is no shoes. I wished there was something like this by us. We would go all the time. Fun place...and thankful to all the other parents for keeping the place tidy and clean as well! Everyone did a good job supervising their kids too. Extra bonus!
Went here for my nephews birthday party. Seems like a fun place but there were some bigger kids inadvertently hurting the smaller kids, there was a big kid that injured my little cousin on the bouncy thing.
The facility is pretty nice. It is one of the more expensive indoor playgrounds in the area, so I tend to expect more for the money. During busy times like weekends, it would be nice to have some more hands on management. There is no expectation of employees and you are expected to clean up after yourself and play by the rules. Unfortunately, there are always a few people who do not play by the rules and it would be nice to have at least one employee around to enforce the rules if need be. If we ever go back, it will not be during the weekend. Hopefully during school, it will be less busy.
This place is an excellent outlet for kids and their boundless energy. Economical, and the layout is logical and easy to navigate. I recommend it highly.
This place was badly needed on the west part of town. Its just like Good Time Park in Eagan. The sports field is much smaller but it is easier to keep your eyes on almost all of the sections.
We took our daughter up recently and were amazed by how many things there were to do that appeal to a wide variety of age groups. From full size basketball to smaller play areas with styrofoam blocks for younger kids, there was plenty to do. I can absolutely see this being the place to bring kids during the tougher weather days (though fun year round as well). I also know the owners take a lot of pride and go to great lengths to meet requests and listen to feedback.
InnerActive gets really busy and is very dirty. Considering the price, I would expect someone to be working to make sure it’s clean and taken care of but that was not the case. The bathrooms are terrible and there were no more cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself. Most likely won’t go back.
This place is awesome! Living in Minnesota, there are not a lot of options for our young kids (6 yrs, 4 yrs and 4 yrs) but this indoor playground has something for all of them. The big kids can play basketball while the younger kids are playing with giant foam building blocks. Best part - as a parent, you can see them all at the same time (aka none of that omg, where IS HE? feeling). The monthly pricing makes a ton of sense too, so if you think youll be there more than once a month you should do it. Oh, and the big inflatable bouncy blob....all you grown ups should give it a try too (but careful, those kiddos out there way less than you!)
The kids had a blast. They have a great indoor playground, giant blocks and a giant air bounce pad. This is a great place to get some energy out of the kids.
Took my daughter here while visiting from out of town, was a really nice and fun place. Only cost $10 for her, adults are free. The kangaroo bounce was very fun, she cried when we left.
My 8, 6, and 2 year old absolutely loved this place. The 2 year old enjoyed the playground while the 2 older boys loved having a place to throw a football, play soccer, or play basketball. Will definitely be back!!
As long as this place continues to be safe and not too crowded I will continue telling my friends about it. Its been a fun place for my little ones to play and burn energy.
Great for older kids a little run down and dirty
We had a great time! They have every activity a young person could want to be fit. The door lock took 3 tries with the code before it opened. Also its very difficult to find you on google. Maybe more reviews will help.
Good 👍
