Never forget the little things they were able to check my windshield wipers I got new windshield wipers I got a oil check done Steve was awesome I got a oil leak going on he said to check the oil pan might need to be replaced check my oil as often as possible he didnt see a lot but it is a oil leak they did my tire pressure so I think that it should be a survey inside the store a paper survey so that seniors who do not do online can do it there Im one thats kind of behind on technology but I do see the services so they did a very awesome job we laugh we joke we told a few jokes between the time so I really appreciate their service all of them as a team

Not only were these guys extremely fast, there was no wait, they were incredibly nice and chill, and definitely went above and beyond to make sure they were the best. One of the best businesses in Waukegan. Thanks guys, I’ll definitely be back and absolutely will recommend you to my circle and others. I have been here three times and am so impressed. Initially, I was hesitant to go to a quick oil change place and usually go to the dealer. However, they are really great! While I have had two oil changes here and enjoyed it, most recently my turn signal burned out and I was leaving for a road trip. Jesús had me in and out in five minutes and on with the road trip. I enjoy interacting with the staff. They are a lot of fun and really know what they are doing. Finally, my kids love the hot, fresh popcorn. Thanks for all you do!

They offer quick service but I prefer to go to the dealership because no oil change places off my engine air filter for my 2018 GMC Terrain which is a popular car these days. No wait time for an oil change! I came here for an oil change after reading good reviews. After witnessing that every single employee was NOT wearing masks, including the guy that came right up to my car window. I decided to get oil changed somewhere else that actually follows covid guidelines and respects their customers safety and health.

Do to my not paying attention I allowed the snake I assumed was the manager charge me for a package I didn’t agree to, I came for a simple oil change he said was about $25, my final bill was $92.99 🤷‍♀️ FYI, stay focused and don’t get caught up in his complements and distractions which he used to throw me off, don’t allow him to work on your vehicle until you get a price or you’ll end up like me 😡 I wish I could give 0 stars.
