There is an actual gym there. It seems like the parking lot could get overcrowded and you could get stuck there for a period of time.

A decent 24 hour self service gym. They have most of the equipment youd want for strength training & plenty of cardio machines. Im not sure if the manager was new, but she was unable to set up the 7 day trial pass thats advertised on the website. Thankfully she let me train & by the time I was done she had come up with an alternative way to make it work.

Clean. Never too busy. Good amount of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. 24/7.

Aaron Callister is great. He is my personal trainer and bodybuilding coach. Great place, clean and well run Snap Fitness compared to other locations.

I only gave one star because I couldnt submit a review with zero stars. The current Minnetonka Snap Fitness used to be located on Excelsior Blvd. The previous location closed and transferred client contracts to another franchise--in my case, to St. Boni.The problem was that the Excelsior Blvd Snap Fitness owner neglected to cancel my contract upon written request. I have been charged for a number of years.I received no help from the corporate office in Chanhassen. I received no help once I tracked down the owner. In fact, they felt they were doing me a favor canceling my contract now. No entity was able to produce my contract, my written request to end my membership. Meanwhile, theyve stolen in excess of $2000 from me.
