Truly a great location! Great staff (managers and maintenance teams have been top notch)! Great floorplan/storage for an urban complex! This has been home for multiple years! Surprisingly quiet, even as the building shares a parking lot with the Mass Transit. However, in full disclosure be sure you understand the lease agreement about utilities and how theyre billed/pro-rated...it may be a common practice with other properties, but something to understand so youre not surprised in peak months.

The place is mostly great, the parking is a nightmare! Limited lot space which is usually taken (in spite of warning signs) by the Venn Brewing patrons, who apparently cant read. Have been on a waiting list for a full time garage space since 8/18, its now almost March 2019. Only 2 people with garage parking have moved out in that time. Seriously reconsider unless you dont have a car. Signs everywhere, no one has ever been towed. Recent changes to amenity policies allow community room and theater room reservations for the entire day (12-9 pm). The community room is the only access to the patio and grills. Who needs a room for 9 hours!? And the cops came this past weekend after another lengthy community room reservation. NO BUENO. Clientele has degraded. IDK what is happening.

Oaks Station Was a fantastic place to live. It was quiet, clean, and had a great community of people. It is incredibly pet friendly and dogs will have no shortage of friends. The amenities are very nice, particularly the community room and patio. It was my favorite place I have lived and I would not have left if work had not taken us away from Minneapolis.

After living here for 3 years I can 100% recommend this place to anyone I know. The staff was kind and welcoming, particularly Jennifer Hall, the Resident Manager.

I have lived in Oaks Station Place apartments for 3 years. The place is well managed by Calsey who is about the sweetest person youll meet. She has always been attentive to my needs whether it be from a maintenance issue or a question about my lease. The complex allows dog, which some people fine to be an issue, however, I have never heard a dog from inside my apartment and I know I have them living on 3 sides of me. The light-rail is an amazing feature to have so close. I rarely hear the train if ever. If I had to pick an issue, it would be parking. But, once you are settled with your parking it becomes a non-issue. I have also lived across the street in Oaks Hiawatha which is equally great. When they built the new complex I moved over to be even closer to the light-rail. I have been with Oaks Properties for 7 years and I can tell you that the apartments are well kept with new appliances and it is quiet and management is really attentive and communicative. Personally, I wouldnt live in another apartment complex.

If you don’t mind frequent break ins, shattered car windows, and other safety concerns—the manager/staff and the building itself are nice.

Perfect place to live if you work at the airport ! Very friendly staff ! Been here since it opened !Love it !!!

There’s never any parking if you decide to live here... other than long wait list for underground parking it’s ridiculous. Save yourself the headache.. don’t live here.
