The guys that work there are awesome! They along with myself saw an accident and helped the person. As a result of all of us helping out they gave me two free washes!

This was a good location, I just wish the airhose had more pressure.

How can you not fix the potholes in the front of the carwash exit.. I mean its been months and months now. When its fix. Ill update my review. I rather drive to the one at cudahy

We have the unlimited and the washer is usually good but sometimes the machine is fully operational and doesnt full clean the vehicle. So indo run it through a couple of times but for those that dont have unlimited. The vacuums have always worked really well. The only thing I wish they had was a mat cleaning machine. 😕

I do not think I have been to this location yet where everything is working.... When you go through the wash, half of the pieces of equiptment are not functioning.... This has been going on almost since this location opened....Great franchise.... This is the only location I am disappointed with

The car washes are great no complaints. They sometimes put the cars too close together and that gets scary but otherwise great job. Staff has always been friendly!

Over four months and not all of the automatic brushes work properly. When the brushes were operational, they didnt always touch the car. This situation has been the same for over four months.. This seems like an easy fix. People should get a refund because only the left side of your vehicle is getting cleaned thoroughly. And as you exit the car wash there are several GIANT potholes that you should avoid

Very convenient place to get your car cleaned ASAP

I am in the unlimited was club. Its a good deal if you plan on needing a wash more than weekly or even once a week. The only complaint I have is that at this location the last few washes not everything was running in the wash properly so soap and residue was left on the left side of my truck. There is also a massive pothole at the end of the car wash so beware. But overall I like this service

Your service was excellent but with time it gets bad. The machine is not running well. Do not clean the vehicle completely. I have unlimited with you and I will cancel it tomorrow. Thank you and I hope to see you better

Friendly staff. Laytons wash needs a tech upgrade. Rawsons wash s the best though.

Fix your business since I been coming here one or two of the brushes is always out, management should go to the one on W Layton in Greenfield and copy them.

Nothing like Miller Pkwy service. Vaccuums have no power tried 5! Right side brushes in carwash not even working.

It messed up my car an put circles on top of my hood an put a cut in my roof. They said it wasnt there fault not happy with them at all wont go back

My wife and I were very excited when this car wash opened. We immediately signed up for the monthly wash plan (Deluxe) which when purchased included the high pressure spray prior to entering the wash (what would be a $9.00 car wash). Under new ownership (Mister Car Wash) this is no longer the case. I’ve even asked the employee to spray off the car. First it was “we have discretion to spray or not”, then tonight it was “we can no longer spray, our manager will not let us”. Explain to me how Customer Service turns backwards not forwards.Perhaps Mister Car Wash should have consider what the customer would like AND what they have paid for. We will be seeking a BETTER customer service which will not take much based on what is going on at Mister Car Wash... Nice work guys...

Typical car was nothing special here. Not overly crowded.

For $11 Id at least hope that a touch carwash would get the bugs off the front of my car. That IS why I went there after all. Also, there must be something wrong with their water softener or something because the water left a residue anywhere it dried up after I went through. It wipes off fairly easily, but if I have to wash my car AFTER I wash my car, why not save the $11? It would be worth the money if they had people at the end who wipe down your car like the old days, but its 2020, who can be bothered to actually do anything anymore.. am I right?

Being not responsible for doing damage to a vehicle because you have a sign posted will not help with the customers you have or the potential customers you would have when the word gets out that your policy is NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. Word is out

I had one side of my car washed, 2 brushes on the right side didn’t work they were not spinning, don’t go there waste on money

I do not support cashless business but I went in and since they didnt take my cash i got to vacuum my car for free but wont be back anyway.

This car wash was great until it changed ownership and is now becoming a Mister Car Wash. They always gave out a dash wipe with your wash. That stopped. They used to spray your car down before going through the wash. That stopped. And the employees they hire now are more interested in smoking on the side of the building than actually caring about the customers.

1st time there and loved it. Got their best wash and was very pleased. Very clean establishment. There also have an air nozzle by there vacuums which was great for getting water out in door jams and the dirt in the tight places. Definitely will be going back!

Very disappointing that I havent received an email on my door getting scratched yet and the potholes as you come out of the wash are very bad for anyones suspension

Vacuum is too strong. If you have a fiat or smart car it will suck the whole thing up into the hose.
