Did not get car very clean. Inside of car had areas missed. They need to use better towels to clean mats were still very wet. Cost over 20.00 down the drain.

Made an appointment to get a mini detail, have had done it before the last time they jacked the price up an extra $25 gave me the run around why, so I was already hesitant on coming in but I havent found another person to detail yet, so I go in for my appointment dude leave my door wide open comes to get me to tell me my car is too dirty cause I had a dog bed and blanket in the back there was also a harness in the back tha was it, I always have that in the car nothing has changed the way he went about it was so rude said I needed a different service so I said fine whatever Ill pay for the extra service dude said well we cant do that today it was a horrible experience they have zero professionalism

Started off great with them. But had a couple “flukes” or one offs, with dirt and haze still left on my vehicle. Paying $30 for a hand wash, you’d expect it to be clean. Well, 3rd times a charm, I got home and had to go over the vehicle and wipe it down. Handles, panels, dash screen, rims, rear end... never paying for anything past basic wash ever again.

Not a detailing service but a little more than a car wash done in a quick way. Certainly better than just using the automated washes that don’t clear / dry your car completely. Good overall.

My truck still had dirt on it and the back window, door jams, floor mats. Paid for deluxe service. No vacuum completed, no wipes used on dash or interior doors, fingerprints still on inside doors, tires were dull, no special shine to my truck. Had to clean inside myself! Disappointed!!!

Excellent attention to detail and overall the fairest price car wash in the area. It’s worth the extra drive to come to this business because they are consistently providing good service to their customers. Very friendly and approachable staff, especially the lovely lady at the cashier! The only thing I wish was different is the business hours. They close by 5:30 on weekdays and I usually just miss them being open after commuting from work. Half the time, I end up going to a less favorable car wash that stays open until 6pm.

You would think a professional business would let you know if they plan on closing early after telling you that services would be completed that day. Nope. No call or heads up what so ever. And by the way, and interior detail shouldnt take 2 days. This place has some serious opportunities that they need to work on.

Hit or miss service everytime I go. They seem to do a better job when busier. This time was actually slow and the vac and wipe job internally was not up to par. Its funny when I ask specifically for a whole car vac they tell me its standard, when I dont ask its missed. The wipe down externally and wash were excellent.

The folks at this place was very nice and even helped me get gum off my seat at no extra cost. Thanks you guy!! I will be back again

I was disappointed this time. I have not had a car was at this business in a couple years.I was very excited to get all of the salt finally washed off of my vehicle.I paid for the regular car wash which included the services I wanted.I gave a $5 tip and got in my vehicle and drove home.Once I got home, I noticed they did not wipe down my back floor mats and they also did not vacuum the only exposed carpet in the back tailgate area.I called to ask if these 2 were included in my regular car wash package. I was told, only if you ask for it.Had I know, I would have asked. I was so disappointed.She did offer if I would come back, they would vacuum it.I ended up going to one of the car wash locations that has free vacuums Instead.

They did a good job cleaning the outside of my car and then the inside it was alright they didn’t vacuum the back carpets. I liked how the car smelled and that it was hand dried but definitely wouldn’t pay $16 for a regular car wash again.

For the past 30 years Ive been loyal to this car wash service. I believe in local business and supporting them. Even the few times when my windows were streaked I called, gave them the benefit of the doubt and still went back. Recently, my left windshield wiper came off in the car wash. I thought perhaps it was my end so replaced it. I mentioned it to the receptionist and the owner and they offered no apology or anything. Then, it happened again. I spoke with the owner and receptionist again (both of whom Ive known and supported forever), and they offered no replacement for the 2nd time not even a free wash or an apology and of course, I still supported them. The owner said if I tell the guys at the beginning of the wash to lift the brush when they wash my vehicle they would do that and that should help the blade not brake off. Well, I went today and after 30 years of not having to remember this, I forgot to mention it and for a THIRD TIME MY WIPER CAME OFF IN THE WASH!! I wasnt happy, I talked the owner and asked if he would just give me the credit for a windshield vs having to go the dealer, get the replacement, and come all the way back with a receipt. He refused unless I produced a receipt! I showed him the missing blade. I told him that I obviously need to replace it.I reminded him Ive been loyal for 30 years. He knew I wasnt trying to rip him off. After all, this is the THIRD ONE THAT FELL OFF IN WEST ALLIS CAR WASH in the past couple of months and he knew this. You cant tell me that Im the ONLY vehicle this is happening to. AND....this is a problem so why should the customer have to remember to tell them to life a brush??? There was no apology. No offer for a free wash. Nothing for my inconvenience for $30 worth of replacement blades. No anything for my 30 years of loyalty!! The ONLY response was: I told you to tell them to lift the brush to do your vehicle. I reminded him that I have been a 30 YEAR LOYAL CUSTOMER! STILL NOTHING. You know the old saying: First time shame on YOU, 2nd time shame on me!! Well, this was the 3rd time, a 30 year loyal customer, and he could have cared less! GOOD BYE WEST ALLIS CAR WASH. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They do not have great attention to details however the car is a little cleaner than when I brought it in. I think the suction from the vacuum must be broken because it took me a few minutes to get into the crevices of my leather seat which still had dirt and debris build up. The carpet, Im not sure if they even vacuumed it, however they did rinse down the car mats. Not the best, not the worst.

Worked there for 4 years,when it was Neptune car wash,it had a vw orange bug,on top of tall pole.hand dry.

Be aware of the 5 finger theives when there cleaning your interior! I had Money stolen from my car$24.I only noticed when I got home 230 miles away.Management said I should have reported it right away.l did several hours later.This place hires shady employees!Be aware of this place.

Where I normally get my car washed They charged me $25 And when they are done My truck is Spotless. I took everything out of the truck so they could clean and vacuum the cup holders the Side storage Areas And wipe everything down. I had to come home and vacuum and wipe the truck down because of this Spots, The wheels werent clean well at all, The so called wheel bright Was gone when I got home. The dashboard had dust on it. I was not happy at all. It was like going and getting a badd haircut and having another Barber of fix it.

The most useless and cheat I have ever seen, I paid $26 for just vacuum and drive-through wash. The most unprofessional, they rendered the same service for $16 and $26. Please avoid this people.

The staff is friendly and they do a really nice job cleaning the car. Price is fair. I wish they did a 5 day re-wash like another company in town but they do a better job cleaning vehicle! When I want a full service wash this is where l go.

I typically don’t share negative reviews publicly, but have to this time. I went to Royal Car Wash on 20th and Oklahoma for years before they eliminated the full service option and was always very pleased with the quality of service. Been to this location on HWY 100 4 times now and have had the same result every single time. Outside was done well, but inside cleaning and vacuuming was done very poorly. After the first time, I specifically asked every time that the back gets vacuumed. Each time, it was not done at all and the front console wasn’t even touched. This time, all the crumbs were left and nothing was cleaned or vacuumed other than mats. Talked to staff and the reason I’m always given is that they’re busy and must have missed it. Sorry, but the reason is lack of quality control by owners and management. I see similar posts to this one by others. Sorry, never again after this has repeated over and over again.

Took me awhile to post this review. It happened last year. Cleaner had plastic hair comb in back pocket and scratched my new cars leather seats. I knew this because it all unfolded in front of me and I told management and the car wash management denied everything. They did not even know what car I was talking about. This place sucks and I will never come back.

If they already going to wash my front floor mats why not do the back? I keep my car clean so the guy figure he didn’t need to vacuum the back as well. I purposely went to this car wash instead of my regular self drive through because I needed the floor mats clean from winter salt etc. totally could of use that $16. + $5.tip to pay my monthly car wash fees at my regular place and just wash the mats myself!!!

I used to love to go there not anymore cuz they do bad job I bay 23 for nothing. They make me feel I’m throwing my money away. Even they charge me for cleaning my floor mate and guess what they didn’t clean it .i know the owner he’s nice guy.and when I talk to the manager he told me we r busy so what the mean 😡😡😡

I went here late on a Sunday morning and got the $25 wash, which includes floor mat cleaning. Upon leaving the car wash I went to run an errand. When I got out of my vehicle at my next stop I noticed that when taking my floor mats out the employees ripped a grommet off of the mat that holds the mat in place and also put about a half inch tear in the mat itself where the grommet was attached. I called the car wash to see if they could find the grommet and was told to call back in 10 minutes while they looked for it. When I called back I was told that they found the grommet and was then also scolded for not telling them I had weathertech/husky liner type floor mats. Additionally, the older woman I spoke with on the phone told me how difficult it was for her employees to remove the drain cover of the drain that they found the grommet in. When going to retrieve the grommet 2 days later, I arrived to find this was a grommet for a different vehicle. I explained that I was frustrated not only because it wasnt the grommet for my vehicle, but rather that of another vehicle which just goes to show that they are doing this to other peoples vehicles as well. Upon letting them know that my wife and I would be looking for another car wash some random employee standing near the desk asked if that is how I wanted to resolve things. After explaining to him I had already been scolded by another worker for what was essentially their carelessness, he then said that their car wash would no longer be removing the type of floor mats I have to clean them (keep in mind the manufacturers floor mats use the same system so secure the mats into place). He finally suggested I call the manufacturer and they would provide a new one for free. Well I did call the manufacturer, and its $10.95 for another grommet and $5.95 for shipping. The problem I have here is how I was treated as a customer. Car washes provide a ubiquitous service that is not special or unique. You probably drive past 10 of these on your way to work every day. I wouldnt normally care about a floor mat, but as anyone who has weathertech or husky liners know, these mats run about $140 for the front mats alone. If you care about your vehicle and anything additional you have added to your vehicle, I would consider another wash. The process of notifying them of a problem and getting it rectified was unacceptable and did not end in a reasonable resolution.

Great people great car wash

I’ve taken my new car here four times since I purchased it and every time they either forget to wipe something, vacuum a seat/section of my car. If I’m paying $25-30, I expect everything to be done properly. Today’s wash was the worst I’ve had there. The cleaners fingerprints all over inside the door which wasn’t wiped down, a seat that wasn’t vacuumed it all. The outside looks decent but that part was washed by machines. This place is only worth having the exterior of your car washed.

Very fast way to clean car inside and out. They also offer detailing service Id you leave your car over night. Very nice staff!

Had detailed interior cleaning of older Ford focus that was deep down dirty inside. Came out looking like a new car, trunk, glove compartment, and inside consul included. It was like magic.

Just had a Regular Car wash that allows for inside vacuuming. They did not vacuum the trunk area or dust/wipe down the doors. Can still see the dust. Payed $15. Not sure it was worth it.

Our SUV had so many obvious scratches and I made the mistake of trying to get rid of some of them with rubbing compound until I had some good lighting and saw that I made matters worse. I made little circles all over my SUV and wax didnt fix it. I have never had any vehicle professionally buffed and waxed before. What a difference!!! All the scratches I made, and the original ones, are gone except for the ones they told me they wouldnt be able to remove because they were deep. They were prompt and polite and I would definitely recommend.

Up until today they did a decent job. But my rear view mirror was knocked off by the guy who moves the car and wipes the inside. The manager took about 15 minutes or more to reattach it let me know it was snapped back into place and let me know I could go I would only need to adjust it. No sorry for any inconvenience or any thing for my time waiting and my car never did get dried the way it should have. I will never go back!

Great full service car wash. Nice options of how much/little you want for reasonable prices. Its one of those where you get out of your car and it is pulled through the car wash without any passengers. Nice set of windows to watch the cards go through.They hand dry at the end and theres also good vacuuming at the beginning. A convenient dumpster where you get out of your car to dispose of any trash.

Love the way they clean my car thoroughly and for $15! And if you go early in the morning they take a couple dollars off! Definitely going to keep coming here to get my car clean!

Some staff are friendly. Others dont care theyll steal from car. Owner is wishy washy. Patty in office is awesome and so is the woman in detail.

Great place to get your car washed. I went here after the full service place on Bluemound did a terrible job on my car the prior day. This place has friendly staff, as well. They do a ton for the community with charity donations. Dont go anywhere else for a quick wash!

Had my truck washed yesterday, nice job on the outside. Inside a complete failure. Didnt vacuum the seats or the floor in back and never cleaned the front windshield. Outside nice and clean! Very disappointed with the service. Will not recommend to anybody.

2016 Ford Fusion. The exterior was okay. But the interior was still dirty even though 4 people were in the car. The inside windows had streaks, the door sills and bottom of the trunk lid were still dirty. No effort was given to vacuum the leather seats. Will not be returning.

They charged too much for what they clean. I paid $20 to clean my car but only half the car was cleaned. They cleaned my front rims but not my back rims. They only cleaned half of my dashboard and only vacuumed the front. I advise people to not get their car cleaned from here.

While I paid for the tire dressing, they didnt do it.
