Not much too report on this building. Its a building with several different occupants from lawyers too realtors. Its a nice building and a person that sits at reception so you dont have too get lost trying too find where your going if its your first time there. Lots of parking.

In the process of expanding our 15 year business to the palm beach area and choose this location. After signing a contract on a suite and being reassured with an email that if the carpet was not stain free it would be replaced I moved in and the room smelled like old stink carpet. There were gum stains and red stains on the carpet. After reminding the assistant manager Amanda Camacho of the agreement and the email that was sent she stated they will not change the carpet. Our company spent thousands of dollars on licensing that we can not get back and the solution that was given to me was to not move in. Horrible Business practice. I would not recommend to anyone.

Most horrified company in business. Nobody cares less about clients than these people. Should be out of business for good.
