Cheated on price and tried to oversell: Initial quote for changing oil was 95 including everything but they billed for 125 saying that they added additional quarts. They wanted to change air filters, engine filter when it is not required. Will never go here

I came in for a simple oil change and although it was pretty quick at the end they told me that my car had as an assortment of problems including changing my power steering fluid, transmission fluid, and a leaking brake fluid!! They even suggested changing my transfer case fluid even though I rarely use my 4WD. The workers also came off rude

I love this place. They service my car very well and staff is friendly.

Came for a brake fluid change. Stood and watched as only one brake caliper was drained and flushed. Tech attempted to explain that the other lines were cleaned out by pumping pedal (it only changes out the fluid in the lines close to the reservoir, no further, and it doesnt change the fluid in the calipers themselves. Standard procedure is to flush all 4 brake lines, ask any other mechanic)Was then directed to manager, who resolved issue by flushing the other three brake calipers himself.For $140 (after tax) you should expect all 4 brakes to be drained. For the rear ones, this requires taking the wheels off. If they dont take the wheels off and only stand by one corner, they only flushed one of the brakes out.One star for original service, and the fact that many other people have likely been shortchanged, 3 stars for manager stepping in and fixing it, and because cashier is very helpful and kind.

They quoted me at $84, I made sure to note that I am trying to save money and then they added a $25 labor total and said they would “give me that “ without explaining what it was. I thought I was still paying $84. I never said yes to anything else. After my effort to try to get the best deal, they tacked on this charge and said it was for an oil pan. I’ve never had to pay over $100 for a basic oil change. If you want loyal customers, don’t do anything to their car without express permission. That’s a cheap attempt to make a little extra cash.

I know this is a family run business but seriously, over $100 for an oil change that I could get for $50 at Big o Tires. And they try to push this fluid exchange on you every time. They dont see to do any of the things listed on the services sheet such as refilling wiper fluid, topping off power steering etc. Wont come here again.

Excellent work. Customer for 20 yrs. They keep you informed on every stage of the process. Prices are highly competitive. The staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. They keep in touch during the repair process. I would not use any other company for my car repairs and smog tests, the works.

The staff is wonderful. I gave it a 3 stars because they are so busy and packed all the time they forgot to fill up my fluids. Also ever since the change my back wipers it makes a noise. They suggested I come back for them to fix the errors but who has time for that?

Even when things where thought to be difficult. He searched to find the proper tools to get things done right. Here is a place I recommend to all those drivers that love their vehicles to run right. I thought it was pricey but I really like the improvement of my Chevy Silverado. If I hadnt googled for oil change near me, I wouldnt have found Speedee on Tradezone Blvd. My go to place was busy and would have been done 2 days later for a better price. BUT, Speedee tech suggested the correct oil for my high mileage truck...and, she runs better and my gas mileage has improved. BTW, they are a full service shop. Watch out for the attempted up-sell, I chose to buy the oil additive at my Milpitas parts store for 1/2 their price.

No upsell nonsense. They just changed my oil to mfg specs, did over all inspection and advised. I was out of there in 15 minutes

They told you a cheaper price, but then when you came, they raised price. For my case, the price changed from $39.99 to $79.99. They had already drained the oil, before telling me the price change, so that I was trapped into paying high price. Fraud. Ended up paying around $30 extra for oil change, comparing to other places nearby. Worst experience ever.

I went in for an oil change and they added on all kinds of other things to my bill. They made it seem as if I needed all kinds extra stuff. What happened to good old fashioned customer service where I can simply go in for an oil change without being upsold. If all you have is enough for oil change dont go here they will always try their hardest to upsell you. I ended up leaving with a $250 Bill and all I wanted was an oil change.

They put on a bad oil filter and all my oil leaked out over the weekend while I was on a family trip for my daughters birthday. They fixed it on Monday but have no idea if driving with no oil did any permeant damage to my vehicle yet.

Got my oil/filter/cabin air filter changed in less than 30 minutes! Generally good service, and a short walk from my work, so its super convenient. At my dealer on weekends, I had to wait 30 mins in line before the service guys even came to my car lol.

Absolutely terrible service. In addition to upselling unnecessary fixes, their labor cost doubled the original price. I ended up paying $500. RIDICULOUS. What is worse is after driving from the shop, a day later, I found out that the leak they were supposed to fix was still there, even though I told them where the leak was coming from!!! They couldve caused at least $2000 worth of damage to my engine!!! Avoid this place at all cost. Save your time, money, and sanity.

I don’t usually write a review, the old man with disgusting attitude at the store messed up my car- beetle transmission and left me helpless with his rude behavior. I tried calling cops to report this incident but it was inappropriate. I left with the only choice of leaving a review. Kindly think twice before you visit this place. 😞

I am unsure what others complain about unless they are from competitors. On states Double Bayshore Autmotives price, yet when I called they are $5 more, which you can get a coupon for on their web site.Another says they wanted to change his brakes after 3 months. Ive taken my truck there for 2 years and the brakes have 70K miles on them. Never said I need to change them. Maybe the last place did not do them and said they did or he too is a competitor.For me I have had nothing but excellent service. I have never had them try to sell me something that was not on Toyotas maintenance list. When they show me fluid that needs replacing, they always show it to me again after they are done. I did have them replace a built and it was not tight enough. When I went back, they jumped me to the front of the line and fixed it right away.

Avoid at all costs!! This place is the biggest scam ever. Dont even waste your time going there. Believe me and all the other 1 star angry reviews, steer clear or this place. Worst of all the guy sounded so proud that he was ripping me off, couldnt have left that place faster!

I just went for a simple oil change. Put aside they added several hundred bucks of all kinds of oil. One week later, my transmission oil plug dropped off when driving, oil leaked out and transmission was totally ruined. It costed me $2000+ to replace the transmission box. Conclusion, they are dishonest and unprofessional.

Just went there to get my oil change and a worker told me that i need it gas for my air conditioning wich i knew it did in the future but it was working properly when i took it there then he told me they could fix that problem for a few hundred bucks i said no thank you cents it was working good for me and as soon as i left that place my car was with absolutety 0 airconditining gas !!! Ive came here 3 times and always had my car runing great after my last owner didnt take care of it, and had to change my brattery, water pump, and gas pump and my car is runing better and back to its speed it use to go.

I came by with my 370z for an oil change. I am pretty frustrated that when I received my receipt they completely got the miles wrong. My fault for not looking at the invoice before I left. My current miles 12k and the worker put down 45k.

Becareful if you get services here sometimes they forget things under the hood. Becareful and check you car before you leave this place. I have a negative experience here.
