We bought a car from them and we could not believe the price and the mint condition of the car, we are greatful we found this hidden jewel of a dealer to purchase our car. NBS Auto is scam and is not even a licensed dealer because they have had their license taken from for continuous fraudulent activity and theft. Its all on public record online or call the Milpitas police. Look up the owner Bryan Shisler and his father Dee Shisler in Santa Clara County Criminal Courts and you will see the long list of criminal charges for theft. You will see that Bryan currently has a felony criminal arraignment date set for next week for multiple Grand Theft Auto charges that he was arrested for just this year. I was told that it currently more than 20 counts of it pending just in Santa Clara County alone. He has been in prison multiple times for Felony convictions and the California DMV took NBS Autos dealership license away, so they dont even have a license to be a dealer at all. This isnt a first time for Bryan either, so his dad Dee Shisler, has helped Bryan continue this fraudulent path until the DMV fraud investigation unit finally seized their showroom the week before Thanksgiving of this year. The reason that I know all of this is that the Milpitas Police let me know that the DMV had arrested Bryan and shut NBS Auto down the week before Thanksgiving. The DAs office then had the detective with DMV fraud contact me because Bryan tried to steal money from us for a deposit and then not deliver title papers or registration papers for an a 1967 FJ40 that would have never received from him. We were very lucky to finally have received our money back on our credit card for disputing it. However, many other people have not been so lucky and have had a ton of money stolen from these crooks. Definitely call the Milpitas police where they are located and the California DMV fraud investigation unit right away if he has stolen from you. They can help.

Drove 3hrs to see a vehicle I was just highly interested. Fact being I had one in previously.... same year. I was told it was road worthy and runs great. When I got there I realized it had some ignition problems. Danny their technician was great he had that thing running in less than an hour and it ran good too. Just wasnt for me, Dan had offered to take care of any services or repairs that the truck needed. I just didnt want to deal with it. But thanks Danny for your efforts, its not often you come across a mechanic that know what hes doing nowadays.

Great mechanics shop: honest, fast, and thorough.They are known for being a hybrid and Toyota shop. I brought my 2007 Lexus GS350 in that had had problems with its belt and a headlight. They were done within the day and the cost was way less than I thought itd be. They also did a full check of my fluids.I will definitely be back (although hopefully not soon!)

I bought my car over a year and a half ago and Im still dealing with issues with NBS. Im currently working with DMV Investigations against them, and my investigator told me they currently have over ten complaints with this dealership alone, and that they are currently on probation. My investigator said these guys have been screwing countless people over for years and are on their way to going out of business. Im currently out over $1,000 that Im not sure Ill be getting back, and theyve tried to screw me over for so much more. No matter how bad you want the car, avoid NBS at all costs.

Guys in the office are a joke I took my car in to sale it and they and up selling my car for Half price of what the car was posted for and they charged me extra for things that they said they did to the car put that was bull s—t don’t trust NBS Auto Brian said he will call me back to see if I can get money back and he never did I don’t know how he still in Business they are scammers don’t get fooled like I did.

Biggest scam ever. Beware of the scam artist Bryan Schisler. He took me for about 5k. My car was easily worth 22k and he sold it without my consent for 7500. PROCEED AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will be suing Bryan and I know there are a ton of others with similar experiences.

Regret bringing my business to this guys/company or whoever is behind. Its been over 5-6 months that my vehicle ( 2001 911 ) got sold and theyre just giving BS about it and no payment has been issued to me. I dont dictate how to run or how they have to run their company, but this is been out of control now. I have a lawyer involved now and this is costing me headaches and stress now. Theres so much I found out about this company and their practitioners, that now makes me realized that I could of saved a lot more by investing on a high end camera and a $200.00 detail and post it myself. I donate my time and money to charities, I do not need a car dealership to do it for me!As far as being off the market you knew 3 days after the deposit we were not going to buy, so dont give me that nonsense about off the market. It also took you over a year to sell the car. So why did you feel it was necessary to keep over 80% of our deposit? I originally put my hotrod up for consignment and NBS picked my car up, gave it a detail thatd cost me hundreds elsewhere and then took the best pictures Ive seen of it.Then I saw a car they had that I wanted for myself. The process was very streamlined by their professionalism and they take care to make the buyer feel comfortable at all times.

Hello I just need to say that every one that works in the shop takes in consideration there Job professionally but the people up in the office just dont care they can be so nice and say good about there different inventory of nice vehicles for you to pick and choose. I took a nice 1970 Teal blue Cadillac convertible that I really cant use Brian and Sergio have made me numerous times go back and forth to look for my paperwork and license plate for this car and the only thing they can say is they dont got nothing to do with it as soon as you take it off from their warehouse they say its the DMVs problem not their fault I dont have my registration or license plate do not buy frm NBS sh room.

Sunny called me about consigning my Mustang at NBS. Him and Bryan came to pick it up a few months down the road when I was ready. I was moving and needed money so they ended up buying my Mustang for a fair amount. I had no issues with Sunny or Bryan they were punctual and gave me my check on time.

Danni the mechanic is great he came to my house and fix the brakes on my 2014 mercedes two other mechanics could not fix thank you Danny

Finally!! I got my dream car but, it wouldve never happened if it wasnt for Danny the shop foreman. My car would have never left there. Im not going to lie my first impression of Danny was this guy is to young to be the shop foreman and does he have enough experience to work on my car. But like the saying goes; Never judge a book by its cover. He kept me updated, answered all my questions, and emailed me all my request. And at the end of the road my car runs like a champ. And i have a keyless entry. THIS GUY NEEDS A RAISE, DANNY DESERVES IT.

Told me one thing and they took months, damaged the car then tried to charge us for repairs. Custom vehicle left with everything working, that they picked up from shop that built car but didnt even tell anyone it had an issue (caused by them, I believe ) till they tore apart and scratched it. Over 12 months later we got it sold for almost half of what was agreed and then had to ask for that money and stop by shop to find out it was even sold. Unfortunately not a place I can refer anyone, 2 other friends had similar bad experiences.

Danny the technician was able to help me immensely, through explaining what work was going to be performed and the cost, it was hassle free. I got my exhaust welded and my expectations were heavily exceeded at the quality of work.

Sunny reached out to me a few years ago about getting my 67 Camaro sold. These guys did great work selling my Camaro and even bothered to clean the under carriage and snap a few pictures. NBS sold my car in a matter of 2 months and I picked up my check a day after the car sold. They delivered what they promised and I would be glad to do business with them again.

Sunny did an amazing job selling my SLK320 Mercedez Benz. I also have 5 others cars consigned here and NBS did a good job detailing my cars and getting them up for sale

I hope you read this before you decide to do any business with NBS AUTO SHOWROOM crooks. I was told if I let them sell my Harley that it would sell within one month because it was prime to sell a custom Harley. After six moth of them taking my Harley they would keep telling me to lower the price so I did but they never lowered the price on their end. Long story short is they wanted to charge me over $3,000 to have my Harley removed and break the contract. BEWARE THESE PEOLPLE ARE NOT HONEST AND WILL TRY AND SELL YOU A BRIDGE.

One of the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I have sent an email to NBS for Challenger Demon ( I have looked for this car over two months). I have received another email with a phone number so I called them immediately, but the voice over phone wasnt really good, and when I kindly mentioned that, Robert William said I have iPhone that costs 800 dollar, so I am lying the phone connection. He was so impatient and I have to look for the car somewhere else now!

Just to be clear, I blame myself for this mess. I bought a classic Chevy by only viewing deceptive fotos. Never again.I waited six months for the paperwork only to discover that a lot of work was incorrectly done, and will cost plenty to correct.As I said, I blame myself for this harsh lesson. I should have done more research on the ethics of this business.Since the exhaust system needs to be re-done properly to accommodate the stock tires, its currently inoperable. They did offer to finish the job for an additional charge.Gee, thanx guys. But it looks so pretty just sitting there, I couldnt bear the thought of driving it.Lesson learned.

It took 7 months to get my registration/pink slip from them and that was after I couldnt take their lies anymore and filed a complaint with the DMV fraud investigation unit. The owner/representative of this establishment was very offensive. Upon walking to see a car, my wife and I was greeted coldly. I asked questions about a BMW they had and the rep didnt have any information. I actually knew more about this car thann the rep. He then mocked the down payment I was willing to put till he found out it was for my bank and not his loaners. Lastly the price he mentioned wasnt what was advertised the car had an open recall and wasnt loan ready. This place just gave a very unprofessional vibe and seemed to not like a minority that has knowledge of what they are buying.

They advertise junk as if it were ready to be driven. Pictures wont do you any good. For some of their cars, its obvious why they dont show or have any descriptions online once you go there.
