Everything was clean and everyone was nice . Love my Halloween inspired manicure. I will come again

I love my nails!! The only downside was I had to wait over an hour, but definitely worth the wait, they’re so cute!!

This place is fairly new. I went on a recommendation from a friend and was very pleased. Asia, the manager, takes her time to figure out exactly what you want. She explains her suggestions and is extremely knowledgeable of her trade. I had a terrible first experience with SNS and gave it another try with her and I love my nails. She takes extra time to santitize the pedicure baths between customers and everything is clean. I also got an eyebrow wax and she didnt go overboard. I will be going back!!

My first time coming here was amazing. Good atmosphere. Very friendly.. My fiancé and I got a pedicure they took there time even though it was past they’re closing time. I love everything about Polish nails. We even left a $5 tip!

Don’t get me wrong, Polish Nails does great work. But it’s unreasonable to have customers wait 1-2 hours when there’s barely anyone in the salon.. Polish is definitely understaffed and they definitely need to add more people to their staff crew.. I’d love to come here more often but I don’t have 1-2 hours to waste to just sit and wait..

Wanted to try the place. Paid $50 for a full set that didn’t even last a week! The organic acrylic started rising and coming off and just overall terrible job on them. Not worth the money and won’t be back.

This is the only place I go. During this pandemic it has been almost 2 months and all my nails look as good as they can with the growth. My polish is still on and no chops

I’ve been to this place a couple of times but only tolerated it because of how nice it “looks”. Most of the time their service is TERRIBLE. There is always a long wait at this place. I’m usually always waiting for about an hour or two just to get my nails done. The last time that I went there almost every single one of nails chipped within a couple hours of me getting them done. I went back the next day and told them I would like a refund and she looked at me rudely and said “we don’t do that”. Terrible service and communication skills. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here to get their nails done here.

Any negative comments about this place are unheard of! This is by far the best nail salon in a 200 mile radius! Trust me I go all over traveling and will wait from now on regardless of their availability!! BEST EVER!!

This was my first time trying out Polish Nail Salon. Might I say, I was impressed. It is still the first day, but I’m very happy with the experience. The ambiance, customer service, professionalism, quality of work met my needs. I was greeted immediately after entering. I really like how the gel lamps are at your seat! That was really convenient and room saving. I would recommend the salon to anyone. Honestly, I don’t go to nail salons in Milledgeville anymore because of location, but I would come here if I need to!

Could definitely use a couple more workers at the store. If there are 5 or more people there getting their nails done, expect to wait to get yours done anywhere from an hour to 2 hours.

Absolutely awful. I have gone here twice, and each time I have been treated with disrespect and totally unprofessional actions, even illegal. DO NOT GO TO POLISH.1st visit: got my nails done for a formal event and the next day I woke up with a swollen and red thumb & green pus coming out of it. So I went back and was very respectful and just said that I would like my money and that I’m sure it was just a freak accident. The owner yelled at me claiming “it was the shape of my thumb that caused infection” as I have gotten my nails done many times and this has never happened, saying if I wanted my money back she would have to take the nails off and I said no I do not want your tools touching me, and then proceeded to TAKE A PICTURE ON HER CELL PHONE OF MY DEBIT CARD. Which is so out of line, and then threw me only 40 dollars as I paid 60.2nd visit: my friends wanted to go there so I decided to give it a second chance, waited for an hour and the owner took a photo of me, without consent. Once I was seated another employee kept staring at me and continued to walk in past me and (attempted to) discretely take pictures of me 4 times and the last one I started freaking out and I told the owner what was happening, she blew me off and denied it as me and my friends saw them from the other side of the camera taking pictures of me. Not only is it illegal to take photos of someone without consent, but it’s also unprofessional and so creepy. I will never be going back and I honestly hope those sick people’s business shuts down.If you read all of this, please never go there. A lot of people love the place, but don’t support a unethical business that has repetitively acted so disgusting.

Awesome place to go. I only had one problem the cut my toe

I have been going here since the first week they opened and will never go anywhere else! The workers are very personable and do whatever they can to make your nails perfect. Their nails last a month, longer than any salon I have ever been to. Their attention to detail is awesome and they are extremely sanitary. The one time I had a nail break a few days after I got them done (a result of me being too hard on them), I went back and they fixed it free of charge. The only downside may be the wait times if you don’t go at just the right time, but the quality of their services are worth the wait.

Excellent quality nails. Ive been going since they opened. They give student discounts, and the nails last for a month or more, no breaks or anything. If you dont call ahead to see how busy they are, or go at just the right time, you could end up waiting a while. But the wait is absolutely worth it. Will go back again and again.

Great nail salon. Always busy

My sister and I visited for Pedicures. We inquired about a wait time and was never responded to, nor were we greeted. Waited 35 minutes, water was cold. Did warm up after hot water added but lasted about 3 minutes. We were never asked what kind of pedicure we wanted. Massage was quick and products were scarcely used. Wrong color and type of polish was placed on our nails. Once went went to dry our toes, no one came to check on us. after 40 minutes had to ask for a check.

I got a gel manicure done yesterday and this morning I had chipped nails after just washing my hands a few times. My experience was horrible — the nail tech was rushing the entire time, he filed and grinned my nails down until they were paper thin, and did not properly trim my cuticles etc. The manicure itself was somewhat painful and unpleasant. I called the salon today and told them about how my nails were chipping after less than 24 hours after getting them done and the lady was rude and told me that it was my fault that they were chipping and that I shouldn’t have gotten gel with such thin nails (that were not very thin to begin with). I am extremely disappointed with Polish and I will never give them my business ever again. Next time, I’ll be going back to My Nails & Spa!
