My first experience was Awesome. Im from Florida and currently in town on business. There was a a significant wait however, I had no appointment. So I was okay waiting. Vivian was my nail technician for a gel pedicure and a powder dip manicure. I was so happy when I walked out. She did an outstanding job on my hands and feet.

Do not go here. I have gotten my eyebrows waxed many times here and it always looked great. This time they waxed a ripped off skin off of both of the skin under the eyebrows. Cindy did not do anything. They noticed at the front and said to get some cream. How irresponsible. I will never be going back.

My techs name was Tim and he did an amazing job on my nails!He worked quickly but extremely efficiently and was very kind when I asked all the questions I had.Im so in love with how my nails came out and I will for sure be back again and again.

This is the best Nail spa Ive been to for the service and atmosphere... I paid the$75 package for the pedicure plus 10 minute neck massage. Trish was awesome and has strong hands and actually gave a great leg, feet and neck massage. Ask for Trish when you go. My wife had a pedi and manicure with dip and was very pleased with Vivian and Marys work. This is the first time she hasnt had to go back for a touch up or redo, so that states a lot about the quality of the work here. They also offer various beverages including wine. Very relaxing experience! This is our new go to spa!

Friendly staff. Mens pedicure I highly recommend with the warm stones too. My feet are night and day better after just first time in a very long time. So relaxing didnt feel rushed. I think Thai is who took care of me. Will need to do this a little more often, your feet will thank you. Oh and the chairs with the massage during just about put me to sleep. Would have if my feet werent so ticklish.

Today was the 1st time coming to Diamond Nail spa All I can say was they was very professional so nice and did amazing job on nails and toenails 🤗 !! I most definitely will be returning here this will be my new nail salon!

Always a great job and Im in within minutes, relaxing! I didnt give 5 bc I think they need to work on that foot massage...needs to last a little longer and stop looking all over the room...pay attention to your customer.

I wanted my nails done so I checked this place out. Let me just say this place was amazing. As soon as I walked in the door they asked my name and greeted me so nicely. My appointment was at 1:30 and I got there 15 minutes early so they sat me down immediately. I have never been to a place that has done this well on my nails. I was called by my name and it just made the whole experience wonderful. I had a man named Derrick and he did such an amazing job. 10/10

Tommy and Becky are the owners and they are terrific! A few different friends have asked me to go to their place with them to get nails done over the past two months and then went with a group of friends again today, and my nails hurt and I hate them. Ill never leave you again Diamond!!!! Nobody is as good.

The place is beautiful. People were nice but they were too dang gentle. Me and the wife left feeling like we could have given ourselves pedicures. This place just isnt for us but it very nice.

Not only did she completely mess up my nails the first time and i my mom and i had to come back because she left my fingers with literal lemons drops on them but she made every single one of my fingers bleed. i wake up this morning and my finger is extremely infected and swollen and hurts. y’all need to do better because this is ridiculous.

I have been waiting here for thirty min after making an appointment. The workers just keep walking by me and not even looking at me. It really frustrates me when I make appointments and they don’t honor the time. Also the last time I was here I got the dip and my nails broke the next day. I went back and they fixed it and then they just broke again. I would recommend resort or villa over this place.

Ive had pedicures and my nails dipped so many times from here and they are just awesome. Susan is my favorite for pedicures and Becky is amazing doing the dipped nails with nail art. They always do a great job, are super friendly and and its always been clean when I go. I always make appointments instead of doing walk-ins for faster service. On occasion they have run behind and it has taken longer for them to get started, but its never bothered me. They always try to make sure youre comfortable and they ask if you need anything. We moved and I havent been to go as often, with the places around us not even comparing. When we go back to our home town to visit, I always make sure to set up an appointment to at least get my toes done.

Pedicures are always good. So far Elaine is the best for hands, whenever I dont go to Elaine I dont love my nails. Ive tried 2 other techs & nobody is as good as Elaine.

Love the atmosphere, love how my toes turn out when done with pedi, however, I paid $52 for a 55 min deluxe pedicure & they were done in 35 min. My attendant was wonderful, but began to rush once she realized that the guy doing my friend’s pedi was painting her toes at the 30 min mark. I don’t blame my attendant as she knew we came & were leaving together, but the male attendant rushed through my friend’s pedi. So, so disappointed. Didn’t get our $ worth.

My mother and I have been going for a while now and they do the best nails in Midlothian hands down! Becky is our preferred nail tech because she always does exactly what we want and knows how to do the most current techniques and styles. If you’re looking for someone who’s detailed and polished stop by, ask for Becky, and tell her Brooklyn and Keitha referred you!

I have been to this place twice. They do great on pedicures but nails are horrible. The first time my nails lifted after a week and the polish job was so raggedy. Second time my nails were super thin, gel polish started peeling off the next day and my nails were all shaped wrong. I have given them twice but I’m not going back

My mother referred this place to me because I was visiting from out of town. She set my appointment and was told they did solar powder sets. I show up for my appointment only to be told they only do SNS. I decided to stick with it because I needed my nails done for an event I was going to that day. After all was said and done my nails weren’t the shape I asked for, they were crooked and were different lengths! I had my mom call after I left because she gets her nails done by the owner and actually has a relationship with them.... just for them to tell her they will refund $25 out of the $60 I PAID!!!! Their reasoning for this is that I didn’t ask for Becky (the owner). Not even sure how I would of known to ask for Becky when they made my appointment with MARY to begin with. This whole experience is was horrible all around! I would never recommend this place to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Honestly it started out ok and ended horribleThere was no attention to detail nor listening on their behalf. My nails were crooked and looked like I already needed a fill when I just walked out. 🥺 3 hrs. I wont be back

My husband and I came in for pedicures and by far the most relaxing pedicure Ive had thus far! High quality products, friendly service and relaxing atmosphere. Spent a little extra and upgraded to their Organic Diamond Pedicure, money well spent! Will definitely be returning!

Trish takes care of me; I absolutely LOVE her! Most places try and squeeze my shins and calves too hard, feels like I’m being bruised, even when I tell them don’t deep massage my legs! Trish did my pedicure and leg message perfectly; I was actually able to relax and doze off. 😲🙌❤️

I went and got dip on my nails and got a basic pedicure. I had Becky as my nail technician and I have to say this is probably the best my nails have ever been done!!! (Especially in Midlothian) Salon is beautiful and the workers are nice. Will happily offer you a drink and, for my of age girls, they have a nice alcohol selection. I did not get the name of the older lady who did my toes but she was amazing as well! They also have a great color selection.

Made appt a week in advance. We arrived on time and had to wait a hour after appt time. Over priced pedicure for services received. No apologize for having to wait a hour.

Elaine always does a great job! Its always best to schedule a appt so you can get in and out. I come every few weeks for dip and a pedi. I have never had a issue here.

Tried this place for the first time today. Great experience. Everyone was nice and helpful. I got dipped nails and a pedicure. My nails are great, exactly how I wanted with length and color. They found a pefect match for my toes. I am super happy with how both look. I will definately be going back.

I just got my brows done by Cindy and they look amazing for a good price!

Went to get mani and pedi... well my nails cracked (I got dip) they all were cracked. They told me it was the top coat when I went back to get them fixed. All they did was sand them down. A lot and now they are super thin and still didn’t fix them. Tried to tell me to go back during happy hour for a discount . Nah, I’ll pass and never going back. Have them a second chance and they still did a horrible job. 🤦‍♀️

Diamond Nailspa is the place to go to if you want long lasting beautiful nails. Tommy and Derek are amazing and the only reason why I continue to go to them. They are so sweet They truely make you feel like you are family.. They sincerly care about their customers. They greet everyone who walks in and thanks them as they walk out. I will never go anywhere else as long as Tommy and Derek are there. They are perfect!!

Worst nails I’ve had to date. I went there two weeks ago to get my nails done. I met up with a friend & her mom after work and they were already being helped when I arrived at 5:30. They weren’t that busy but I’m assuming not enough staffed. I chatted with my friend while waiting over half an hour before someone even came to start the process of removing the nails I had on already. I had to sit with the foil on my nails for over half an hour after that, which made my nails/fingers really sensitive & achy from the acetone sitting on my nails for so long. It was almost 7 before they even started working on my nails and the salon closed at 7:30, so I already knew I was going to be rushed even though it’s not fair nor my fault I had to wait almost an hour & a half to be seen. I would have gone somewhere else if I had known. When the lady started working on my nails, without asking she clipped my real/natural nails to be coffin shape. She had already began clipping them all...which I was confused but I figured it may come together in the end...she had put some dip powder/color on, then asked me what shape I wanted after she had 2 nails shaped into coffin. I wanted square but she must have assumed I wanted coffin shape bc that is what my friend got.I said I wanted square but she had already started doing coffin so I had to deal with it. She would have t start over and I was already annoyed from waiting as long as I did.The final outcome of my nails I was iffy about. I love their color choices but bc of the off shapes it threw the look off for me. Some were coffin and some were square, then some were oddly in between, but it was already so late (it was 7:40 at this point) and they had rushed I just wanted to leave.I’m writing this two weeks later because I wanted to see how the nails would hold up. They cracked within the first week and I had lifting going on week 2. Three of my nails have gotten caught in my hair.I just started week 3 and I’m ready to take these off and get a new set how I want them and to be asked.The place I normally go to I can get by for 4 weeks. So I’m gonna stick with my usual place. These nails were not worth it for me plus I can’t afford to go every week to get my nails done. I need them to last. I give the salon credit it is a gorgeous space. The manager did apologize for my wait and gave me coupons to come back, but overall it turned out to be a bad experience for my first time at that salon, and I don’t see myself going back regardless of the coupons.

The service was good but, all of my nails (I got a new set and got them dipped) fell off in a week. Walmart nail salon lasted 2 almost 3 weeks. I probably wont be back.
