Aaron is the bomb. And he knows his stuff. All u had to tell him was that I was new to the neighborhood. From there he took total control. He’s fast and accurate with his work. Thinking bout making this my home shop

I love this place, good customer service, professional, friendly, and make up feel at home.My guy Danny is a remarkable nail technician and owner of this establishment. I have been coming to him for over two years. However, I had moved away but whenever I will be near his location I make it a point to visit, cause nobody can style and profile my nails like he can. Just got them done on Saturday, it was a wait but very worth it

Im new to the area so Ive tried a few nail shops around, but by far Les Nails was the best. Great service, very friendly, clean and not a long wait. Sunny did my nails and i ❤ love them. Also Arron was there and he did very good work also. I will definitely be back!!! Ive been getting my nails done for over 10 yrs and they have great products as well.

Set up appointment, arived early, instantly to booked for the day. Make an appointment for tomorrow. Very rude. So I left, went to mu car and called let person answering phone i have an appointment for 5;45 and can I still come he said yes. Bad business practices and no maskDont waste your time

Terrible service. Waited over an hour to get a pedicure, with a toddler at that. Sit in the chair and I soak for over 20 mins and someone comes after me and sits down and ten minutes later someone starts on her feet. The excuse, the worker had eyebrows to do. Excuse me but someone waiting 5-10 minutes to get eyebrows done is not excessive. They could have at least taken my polish off or even communicated someone would be with me. I gladly exited stage left, my money spends just as well at another establishment that will provide some good customer service.

I just moved here & this place is very close to my house. I tried it & got mani/pedi & eyebrows. My eyebrows have never looked better. The employees were hilarious & very nice! I’ll definitely be coming back

As we all know, most businesses only care about money and in todays industries worldwide CUSTOMER SERVICE IS typically average and below standards,,,,, HOWEVER >> After switching salon to salon in Midlothian, due to bad customer service, I fell into this one....... MY NAIL TECH IS HILARIOUS, NICE, PROFESSIONAL, AND GREAT AT HIS JOB. All of the techs here are great! The price is always right, and they have UPDATED NAIL EQUIPMENT AND POLISH OPTIONS (GLITTER GALORE)! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I stopped coming to this place many many months ago but they do good nails but on Saturday an Fridays dont go when they are busy because they rush to get you done and if you are not getting ur nails done you cant use the bathroom unless you are getting them done.I came in that time and got a fill in and they popped up the next day then I called and talked to a lady and told her that my nails came up the next day an she said come in that day or come in the next day so i did and I told her that they are coming up the next day after getting them done I spent 30.00 then she said I have to pay 10.00 more for her to fix. I said no you fix them Im not paying you extra money to fix something that shouldnt have came up the next day. Then she got a attitude with me and my mom saying that im trying to get something done for free.So dont go on the weekends when they are busy they will rush. I will never return. Dont go in

The nail tech guys are nice but I was waiting for atleast an hour in a half and after he sat me down he’d keep on leaving and doing something else, also he left the acrylic really thick it wasn’t thin. Honestly it’s not worth the money or time. TKT In Midlothian does a MUCHHH better job and it’s quick service. The only reason I came here is because one of my friends recommended it to me.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Anyone that knows me, knows I’m BIG on that!!!! All I asked was, who is next, because my name was the next name on the sign in sheet. When they answered my English speaking ass in their language, I knew then to show myself the door!!!

Very disappointed. First time coming here I had gotten a no chip & the next day my nail was already chipped. I didn’t like how the young man did my pedicure either . I could have done it myself for the job they did. Very very disappointing 😡

Not a good job, my nails are uneven, lumpy and so terrible this is by far the worst nail salon I ever been too. Don’t recommend!

My nails look horrible. They are not properly sculpted. I gave this place two chances...I was disappointed both times. I only went back the second time because its on my route home. The nail shop itself isnt well lit. I dont believe everyone is licensed either. Dont waste your money.

I went to this place for the first time,and it will be my last. The lady that did ny nails was more interested on watching her show on her phone,and skyping than doing my nails,and the job that she did was horrible.
