They over charged me when I came. I wanted acrylic and on the board it was $30 but she charged me $45. They were nice,clean and efficient but too expensive for the plain acrylic I got. I will not coming back

This place is HORRIBLE, I would only go here if EVERYONE else in the town is unavailable.. the work I’ve had done MULTIPLE times from this place is just disgusting and not worth the time or money. They refuse to fix your nails and one time I had my nails done n they looked like chiclet gum pieces. DONT DO IT!!!

Unfortunately I have to give a poor review. I went in for a dip manicure and a regular pedicure and came out with poorly shaped nails and 2nd degree chemical burns on my feet. Do not let them use the skin softening gel on your feet it will send you to the hospital.

Never again lady was a rude. I was there for a hour and a half getting a pedi and she still didn’t do it right to the point i got up and left never again

Over-priced and bad quality. I asked for round nails and one hand was square while the other was round. Pedicure was done way to quick. Never again.

I got my nails done, I showed them what I wanted and got something different and they charged double. Any where else gel with tips generally is $35 to 40 depending on design and they charged $70.Too bad I cant show the disaster they did.He ruined my nails for My Sweet 16!

It seems like a nice place but I have never been in that personally except maybe to buy a gift card for somebodys birthday or Christmas gift but they do a good job from what Ive seen

The place was pretty empty on a Sunday afternoon. The guy did a great job on cleaning my feet and nail filing. I did not get polish. Place is clean. Massage chairs work. Theyre a bit pricey.

It took me months to grow my nails healthy and long. I had gone there previously and Kelly did a great job. I went again expecting everyone to do the same quality but I was horribly mistaken!! I had another female do my nails (her name was bahran or something that begins with a B, it was hard to hear when she told me) and she was beyond a nightmare and on top of that ruined my nails!!! Not just the quality of the manicure, actually ruined my nails!!! A couple have gouges in them!! They are now paper thin too. All after I asked her to stop scraping them. She just laughed and gave me an attitude. Eventually she put her headphones in her ear and talked on the phone the entire rest of the time she did my nails!! Besides her ruining my nails she did a horrible job. A waste of money! There are bumps, chips (literally that night), some of the old color on the sides, bottom was so uneven it was like a child did them!!! It is dark in there so I didnt even notice the extent until I left. Do not go there!!! Just on the slight chance you get her!! I cant tell you how upset I am.

This establishment is ok. They have decent prices and plenty of staff. The pedicure area was like none Ive ever seen really different in a good way. I got a gel fill with design and I was pleased with the ladys work. I would return again.

Excellent nail salon to go to. Ive been going to this nail salon since the summertime. After re locating from Newburgh to Middletown it was hard for me to find a good nail salon to get my nails done. After I started searching on google, I found elite nails and been happy ever since. I love how my nails turn out after its done. Thanks elite nails! Youre the best!

This place is so over priced and the job they did was horrendous!! Not one nail is even with the next, my nails are now PAPER thin, and the over all experience was the worst I ever experienced. Never going back there again!!

Ive been going to them for a long time! They do really nice manicures! And my 6 year old LOVES getting pedis! Prices are average. Service is good.

Went you go there make sure you leave with allYour nails being the same size. I will go back and give them another try but right now my left nails are longer then my right.And the nail tech left for about 15 minutes to take a phone call. Which I normally don’t mind but at least make my nails nice then

The lady CHOPPED my REAL nails down to nothing! Not only was every nail a different length, they didnt even clean the polish off my fingers! Absolutely the worst job Ive ever had done, then tried to over charge me for it! Unless you want crooked nails at uneven lengths, I would NEVER recommend this place!! I pay $28 at my normal place and they charged $40+ and was nowhere as good of a job. Very disappointed.

I love their service. The prices are really great. For my mother and I to get Mani Pedis and our eyebrows waxed it was only 60 dollars. Cant beat that.

It started by them telling me they could take me over the phone. I walked in and they were packed. Finally they got me in, the girl ran the water and told me that they only had cold water. She puts my feet in and the proceeds to get up 5 times in the beginning of the Soa Pedicure ( to run credit cards, touch up other peoples feet, top coat etc). She put no effort into the pedicure at all, I recieved more of a message from the stubborn massage chair :( my nail chipped the very next day. Mind you this was not their regular pedicure, it was the spa so I paid extra money for what seemed like no reason. Very frustrating.

This is the worst nail salon I have every went to. They basically use the most basic products like dish detergent and water to soak your nails in. My polish was so bad that it started bubbling up and peeling before the day was done. I would never go back.

Ouch!!Talk about the most painful wax ive gotten as far as eyebrows go. Not only did she use her body weight to press the frabic to adhere to the wax, I told her several times that it she was being way too rough and her response is, its fine. After she was done not only did my skin feel extremely irritated, my eyebrows are uneven!!! I told her she took WAY too much hair off. She shrugged it off and said she barely took off any hair. When I took a one of her tools (wooden stick to apply the wax) I put it side-by-side comparison to the eyebrow that was fine and to the other that clearly had a gap of hair gone. She apparently was also the owner. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, EYEBROW WAX SKILL & LACK OF THE ABILITY TO APOLOGIZE TO A MISTAKE. SHE COULDNT EVEN OWN UP TO IT!!STAY AWAY!!!!

Owner charged me 50 for a pedi and I had to ask about a massage. For 50 dollars it should be done.
