I thought she did a great job on my lashes until I got pink eye from it. Dont know how else I could have randomly got pink eye. They definitely dont sterilize their tools in between clients. Would not recommend..

LOVE getting my eyebrows done here. The woman who did them was super friendly and didn’t over so them. Each time I’ve gone I’ve been very pleased but gave 4 star because of cleanliness. When I went in they sent me to the wax room but it’s always unclear where exactly to go (there are a few) and each time I’ve gone it’s been very messy. I will continue going back because I liked their service so much but I hope they can start cleaning up the wax rooms because it does feel uncomfortable each time.

They are not horrible, but they are definitely not the best. they are very quick, so that explains the cut i left with, and 2 of my nails being crooked. overall they took me in quickly and did the nails quickly. and the quality itself is good.

I went to get my acrylic nails taken off and a new set put on. When you have long acrylics you do not clip the nail directly in the middle you clip on the sides first. He clipped them down the middle and cracked my real nail underneath. Then he continues to try to cut my nail while it is still bleeding and I am telling him the real nail is cut in half. I kept asking for a minute because I felt like I was going to pass out and he got a bowl of acetone to dip my hand in while it is bleeding which then caused it to burn. I was then told that this happened because the acrylic was old and not because of the way he clipped my nails to begin with. I will not be going back and I will tell all of my friends to never go there. Unless you want to leave in pain.

Got a gel polish manicure 3 days ago. She filed my nails so much they are breaking because they are so thin. When she was cutting my cuticles it was painful. She squared off my nails with out asking and two of them were filed crooked. They do not care about quality at all. Every nail tech does nails completely different from one another so unless you ask for the same person everytime you will not get the same service.

While I was getting a pedicure she was rushing me, and me cut my toe. And tried to make me get something I ask for. Also when I was getting my nails done she was burning my actual nail and I told her she didn’t care. Their prices are way to high. I will never be coming back and I don’t think you should either.

This place is very unprofessional. Their pedicure machines ARE OLD AND BROKEN. They sit you down on the pedicure chair making you think they going to give you service but actually they just making you wait 20 plus minutes and then when they come don’t even say sorry or thanks for waiting and push you right away to get GEL if you say no THEY WILL CONTINUE TO ASK AND IF YOU SAY NO they will get mad and give you poor service. Because regular pedicure is 25 and gel is 40 so it’s better for them. the Asian lady was not friendly AT ALL did not spoke to me and she knew English. She was in a bad mood already arguing with the workers and she literally gave me A 9 minute pedicure. Didn’t even clean my toes WHICH ARE HURTING NOW with Ingrow nails she didn’t even clean out. Gave me taps instead of a massage. When I do pedicures in my state in orlando Florida my nail lady TAKES 40 minutes With me and I only pay 25 dollars as well and makes sure everything is good. DO NOT COME HERE !!! The place is old and raggedy too.

I have been going to Top Nails for 5 years and Helen does such a perfect job on my Manicure, Pedicure, and eyebrows. Salon is clean. Owner and all staff is very friendly. Tons of colors to choose from.

I was visiting from out of town when I stumbled upon this gem! My eyebrows came out perfect and I was very pleased with my pedicure. Will come again if ever in the area.

The owner is really friendly but they’re money hungry they will rush you in to try and keep your business but have you seated waiting over 10 minutes for anyone to even look your way. Scheduling an appointment makes no difference as they rarely abide by them. I’ve sat it cold water on multiple occasions for quite some time waiting for someone to be available even tho the lady insists everytime someone will come right over to me. And the work lately has not been worth it in the slightest. French tips are always crooked anymore. The gel has slid off of two toes 20 minutes after a pedicure, TWICE on two different occasions. They’re just unprofessional, and they need to update their inventory. And let me add I went TWO DAYS AGO & that very same day the gel polish on two of my toes peeled RIGHT OFF!!!

I went in looking to get a gel manicure. Instead they did one of their most expensive services on me and I ended up paying double what I wanted to. It did not even look good. I am disappointed and will not be going back.

Absolutely do not recommend! I would give a zero star rating if I could. First off I made an appointment and waited over 30 minutes after the time of my appointment and was moved around from chair to chair. Secondly they did not follow CDC guidelines one bit. The place was completely packed. Everything was not sanitized. They were very unorganized and even asked me if I payed or not. They werent able to even keep tracked of who payed. Everyone around me was complaining and having the same issues. There was others around who never got helped and walked out. Also I would like to mention that all the stations I was moved toy had food and drinks laying around everywhere. This is the worst nail salon experience. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Terrible! I made an appointment and got seated right away. I was moving from chair to chair like musical chairs. Not covid friendly at all. I was seated for about 30 minutes before anyone help me. Once they started on my nails everything was fine until nail tech got up and left me to go work on someone else feet mid way through. When he came back he didn’t even sanitize his hands until I made a complaint. Gross! After I was done, no one sanitized anything and someone was seated at the same seat right after me! I will never be going back to this place.

The guy who seated me was rude because I wasnt sure what seat to sit in and I understand with the day after Christmas theyd be busy but for the money youre paying there is NO need to rush someone in and out of the chair that isnt how youre going to make business. Really wasnt satisfied with anything. I was rushed for my pedicure paid extra for the better pedicure and she definitely skipped steps. Sanitation wasnt appealing to me . I will not be returning here .... unfortunate

I had gone to this establishment for the first time like two weeks ago and got a gel manicure it was pretty decent so I decided to go back again today cause my nails needed to be done again and I just had a terrible experience. The woman just rushed through doing my nails so carelessly like she couldn’t wait to have me out of that seat, then I wanted the curved cat eye to which the lady told me she wasn’t able to do because my nails “weren’t long enough” so I decided to settle for the regular slant cat eye which is nice as well. After my nails were done there was polish all over my skin which I had to ask her to remove cause she wasn’t even going to then there was a problem with two of my nails that I wasn’t happy about and she just started rudely grabbing my hands and trying to fix it making me feel so uncomfortable and awkward, the woman was making faces and she just made me feel horrible about asking to have something small fixed. I definitely will never return to this salon.

Got gel nails and a pedicure for Mother’s Day the nails peeled within the same week and my toe nail polish did not last like it usually does.

I got a Brazilian wax, the lady was very unfriendly and continued to make unprofessional comments on the area. She left wax and a lot of places with hair on the area and didn’t do the butt part at all. She sighed a bunch of times as well. I will never go back there again!

I get my nails done here sometimes ... when I do my nails and they do a great job, but really this review is on the eyelash extensions. I’ve been getting my eyelashes done here for the last 6 months and it’s been a little hit or miss however I found Joy who does my extensions and she does a wonderful job. She takes her time and I would say is the best there is at top nail. I won’t let anyone else touch my eyelashes now.

I’ve tried many nail salons in the area and this is the best one. I have extremely long nails and i always get fancy designs and gems and they are amazing. The owner and all the staff are so friendly. Since i come regularly, they all know my name. I go to My, she is the BEST nail technician ever! She can do ANYTHING you want. On June 26, 2019 I went by appointment 2 have lashes put on by Nancy all went well. As I was driving home my eyes began to tear and burn. I proceed home teary eyes figuring my eyes were adjusting to the weight of the lashes? As the evening progressed my eyes felt worse. I flushed with cold water no relief. The following morning I had to go to work. My eyes crying swollen I barely could see while driving to work. I showed my coworkers all in disbelief. Both eyes flared itching I started to rub my eyes with coconut oil to weaken the adhesive a few came off. I proceed to call Top Nail I explained what happened to Jenny. She couldnt have cared less no compassion no concern nothing! I went ahead and said at least you can refund me my money. She bluntly said oh no we dont do that here. I was in shock wow. I then went in desparation to OK beauty brought a adhesive remover for lashes. Which didnt help made my eyes worst. Blurred red itching I looked up on Google to use more coconut, baby oil to remove the lashes. I took off from work came home and I did the treatment. Finally came off. Please use caution I spoke with my nephew stated a few ugly things about this establishment. Not sanitary. I am bald no lashes I pray they grow back. It may sound funny but it was a horrible experience. Never again. Top Nail for me is a total Fail! I have pictures to prove it all. I have more to say just to much to write. Please note its not about the money its about the principal as a paying customer.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. Most of the staff is rude, especially my most recent nail tech. She gave me an attitude because I wanted to do regular polish for my full set of acrylics, don’t offer it in the store if your workers have such a problem with it. As well as they have the worst selection of regular polish just so you spent the extra outrageous price of $10 extra dollars. Not once have I ever been satisfied here. Please I recommend any other place besides this rude, greedy place. I will be posting my experience on every single review site and social media that I can. They deserve to be shut down, such greed anymore. Try angel nails in pine bush, much better work for a better price.

Horrible. Nails lasted less than 24 hours. After complaining I was offered a discount on my next set. The fill in was so thin it was like nail polish. You could see old acrylic that he didnt pluck off with his nail under the thin layer of acrylic. 2 nails ripped my nail down below the nail bend. 5 nails were broken off within a week.I dont want a discount.

Been there twice for a gel set the first time and and have been back there for a pedicure and a fill. They did a great job each time. Would recommend.

They do a really good job, prices are a bit high but they do good work, only thing I didn’t like was one lady, named Kim or Kelly, didn’t like doing what was asked of her. She got upset because I asked her to please change a color on ONE nail & she told me “it would be a lot of work, if she was to redo it”. That’s poor customer service & needs to learn to do what is asked of her, especially if people are paying good money.

My nails fell off in a week I go to see Johnny on North Street at Fancy Nails him and his wife do a great job and they dont charge if you want half nail paint... Probably $10 at top nail... I went there today and paid 160 dollars for my nails feet and eyebrows. I also took my 6 yr old daughter and just for her they charged me 55..i have never in my life paid 160 bucks for any service..i didnt ask for gel tip.i asked for fill set acrylic..And cause I really didnt understand them I didnt know just for that was 60.. I was more upset that I paid 55 for my daughters nails and she had 2 colors and a simple flower on her 1 finger..i will never do this again..

I love KK. She does an excellent job. The shop boasts several top technicians for nails and pedicure. It is very fast paced and often crowded which speaks to the great work they do. If you have a fav tech, call for an appt but in a pinch you can usually get in the same day. I will likely stick to this nail salon for a long time.

I didn’t even want to give this place 1 star. I’ve never been soo unhappy with customer service as I was here. I was charged the full price for a pedicure with less then half the work. Soaked my feet in cold water and when I told her she added a little warm water which did nothing. Then had the audacity to tell me my feet were to ticklish and that’s why she did less then half the job but charged me full price. My feet were dry, worse honestly then when I went in. DEFINITELY DO NOT recommend this place!!

0 stars if possible. This place robbed me practically. They only want your money. I asked for a set of regular acrylics and they put gel on after I asked not too. TWICE. They charged me double that I was expecting to pay. DO NOT GO HERE! After all this it came out horribly. Never again will I come here I want a refund.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Got my eyelash extensions done here and it was awful. My eyes were burning throughout the whole process. They didn’t look good, and fell off within 3 days of getting them. When I went back the staff was rude and the lady pulled off my real lashes when pulling off what was left of the fake ones. Will never go here again nor recommend to anyone.

Prices are low, but you can tell why with their service. I was a walk in on the Saturday before Christmas, they were all rushing around trying to get people in and out. If they didn’t have time for me I would have been fine, but they took me and literally TORE my acrylics off after me asking if they could soak them. So now my nail beds are ruined. They kept trying to sell me different services, and making comments about my now extremely thin and short nails!

Most unprofessional salon I have ever been to. I am appalled with my experience today. After getting a pedi yesterday that was applied too thick I needed to come back to the salon and have the whole thing fixed due to smudging. I sat there for 30 minutes and watched countless walk ins be taken before me. Finally I interjected and asked if I could be helped first, being that I’ve been waiting. The owner told me “no one wants to help me” because the person who made the mistake was not here. WHAT.

My daughter just had a gel manicure and it looks like a child did it. The person didn’t even cut away the skin around her cuticles.

I am a first time customer and I got ripped off for a full set and Spa pedicure I was charged $110.00!!I posted a picture of my nails on the orange county moms group everyone said it looks like something a toddler would’ve had done horrible job & full set of gel nails should only go for $35-$40 !! I was hoping to find a new place but not now this is not a good way to conduct business I am truly upset and will be going back on Monday to complain !

I went not too long ago and one of the ladies working their ended up hitting me in front of my mother and saying that i was being disrespectful towards her . she saw that at first i was on my own and tried to charge me 70 dollars for a 45 dollar full set gel acrylic smh.

This was the worst place. No customer service and my nails were done in half hour tops for a full gel fill. He didnt even wash my nails to remove extra powder.no hand massage or lotion. The bulbs on the dryer were broken and they didnt even notice until I mentioned it . Strong Pass on this place. They should be called Economy Nails instead.

Went for a gel filler and left most unhappy. Fingers were not soaked nor cuticles cleaned properly. Left with stuff under and around my nails. Market atmosphere ☹

I walked in for the first time for a fill and cut down .. the fill was $20, I paid $25 because I also prefer gel over my acrylic.. I saw Lu, he didnt over charge me or try to convince me into getting extra stuff done .. I also had to take two of my children with me due to school vaca and they were super nice to them and made sure my youngest had a charger for my phone so he could continue playing his games ... my nails are so perfect and I was out of there in 20 minutes ... I always have a permanent French which also saves a lot of time .. I will go back to see Lu for removal and fresh full set of permanent French

I used to love this nail place. This was my go to and before I found a closer salon, I regularly went. But then I researched the difference between MMA acrylic liquid and EMA acrylic liquid. Do yourself a favor and look up the difference. You’ll soon see that they likely use MMA. MMA is very harmful for your health and leaves your nails ruined. It’s gooey when it comes off with acetone, it makes your fingers hurt after a full set, and it smells terrible. Just be careful and know what they’re using on you, because I didn’t. I won’t go back because I genuinely don’t think it’s safe and that’s so sad because I loved it here.
