Place was well organized the product is pricey

Good customer service from the people working here. I came for silica sand which they dont carry but was given an alternative that worked in my pump. They also gave advice for all kinds of things I found useful. If you want knowledgeable staff this is your place.

Some employees get pushy into selling expensive chemicals which customers not necessarily need -specially when her/his pool water had not been even tested... I have shopped here for years and have seen a relatively high employee turnover which results on poor training... Not long ago I was waiting to purchase products, and the store attendant was teaching a POTENTIAL new customer who was not buying anything, but getting a free lesson on pool maintenance, for a LONG, unreasonable amount of TIME. Even when I politely interrupted to ask him to quickly check me out -he stubbornly continued his ego-filling teachings to the attractive young woman... I just left the products ($90+) and went to Pinch a Penny... Unfortunately didnt make it home on time to call corporate and complain about this non-sense...
