I was really unhappy with the company cleaning my pool, i would do everything to the pool except for chemicals, went to see james he walked me thru it, now i go take my water sample, they give me my chemicals on my way in 5 minutes, highly recommend this store.

I have been to all pool supply locations in my area which are about five. This is the only pool supply store that I could say they are not out to sell you something you dont need. I have tested my pool water every time before going there and they have the same reading. Sometimes it could be a little off but its normal. All the other pool supplies including other pinch a penny are always off by a lot. Leads me to believe they are just out to sell you products. All the staff I mean all the staff are great people. You always feel welcome. Ive had issues with stains in my pool and Manager James has gone far and beyond my expectations helping me to finding what was causing it and how to remove the stains. Im not the type to right reviews but when is well deserved I do. All I could say if you need a pool supply store thats not out to take your money go to this pinch a penny. Believe me you wont regret it even if you have to drive a little more. Thank you very much because today is very hard to find honest people...

Family owned and above and beyond the absolute best customer service and friendly help offered to home owners whom manage their own pool. I know when I bought my first home the pool plumbing was a mess and a couple quick photos and they walked me through how to reconfigure it. Now on my current home I am going to upgrade to a Sand Filter and it’s the same deal, super helpful, tons of info and never once, not a single time in 6 years of going in here did anyone ever try to sell me on anything I didn’t absolutely need. I trust that I will always be given the best advice possible every time I walk through the door. I am grateful to them!Edit - I’d like to add that I had an issue with a leaking valve on my Sand Filter about 2 years after I installed it. James (owner) was fantastic. We tried a few things - seal, locking collar, etc before her got me a new valve. James even took the time on a Sunday to come to the house and we took it all apart together just to be sure I wasn’t overlooking something. In the end he ordered me a nee valve and that solved it.Again I say to anyone whom owns and maintains their own pool the entire staff here actually takes care of their customers. Great people and thank you to James for always going above and beyond. The kids thank you for bringing back the Popcorn post-COVID!

Ive been a customer for 5 plus years. This business is family owned and every single one of them wants to make sure youve been taken care of like you would hope to be taken care of. The term Always take care of the customer first and foremost must be at the heart of their mission statement. If your pool is perfect, they dont push unnecessary products. If your pool has a problem, they give you answers and what they recommend always works. There is no other place if you want good, knowledgable, honest people helping you with your pool needs.

After years to be a loyal customer, I decided to switch stores. I bought 2 jogs of chlorine during huracan Irma, week later, I try to return the empty jogs, as my pool is a salt and don’t need it. they told me they don’t accept it jogs return...That’s very tacky. As always in life, we have options, and another store in my area. What a different actitud of the franchise owner on SW8th store.

After hurricane Irma, I went to return the chlorine bottles (2) but I didnt have the receipt. Been a client there for 4 years, the older lady said that she wouldnt refund me without the receipt, saying that if I would go to Home Depot they wouldnt refund me without the receipt. Well, in Home Depot they do refund without the receipt, and you could see in the system when I purchased those two bottles. It was just plain tacky and she was very rude.
