Florida Pool Patio Corporation has been servicing our pool for the past 3 years. Through all of the issues that can occur with pools from black algae, broken machinery, to totally green pools, the service and response from the company has maintained professional and personal. After recognizing that the pool pump was not functioning, the first response was to verify where the issue was located. For this diagnostic measure, they immediately responded, resulting in a need for a new pump, as the present pump was 5 years old. They ordered this pump at the best price and within 3 days it was installed. The very next day, the timer was malfunctioning and the company came within a half an hour to check and reset with no additional cost.After having 3 other companies servicing the pool and this being the 4th company, we have continued as faithful clients due their knowledge of the business, excellent response and attention to detail. When you call, your call is always answered and attention is given to your account. They really treat you as though you are the only customer they have and personalize your needs with superior attention to detail which makes them one if not the only pool company on the endangered pool company species list! Florida Pool Patio show up on time, do what they say they will do in a timely manner for the price agreed upon. Work is good quality and Claudio took the time to explain that due to the fact that a couple chlorine tablets had come into contact with the bottom of the pool the resultant stains were burned into the surface, they could not be removed. Overall, very happy. Would recommend them.
