Store manager Eddy Torres and Staff are extremely knowledgeable of each customer cars. They provide helpful information when needed for next service. They have enough patience for each customer and they make everyone gets the complete satisfaction and service provided.

Horrible service! 2 hrs to repair a flat tire. Mechanics spend more time speaking and walking than working. They invoiced 1/4 hr labor and spent 2 labor hours. Definitely are losing money. Owner should work there to make this business profitable and create a client satisfaction culture.

Great experience! I stopped by to have air put in a tire and to my surprise I had a slow leak due to a nail in a spot not easily seen. Went in... was greeted very cordially. Had made an appointment for 2 p.m. They were able to help me earlier. The young man who attended me..who I believe is named Nicholas and is the manager ...sold me exactly what I was looking for and didnt try talking me into other upgrades that he and I both knew I wasnt interested in. He gave me a timeline of when my car would be ready. He did not disappoint! Would most definitely be back again!

The manager informed me I had a nail in my tire but because I bought my tires there (some time ago) they fixed it free of charge. SO thankful they caught that because I was going on a trip the next day. Will definitely come here from now on.

Horrible customer service. Sometimes the computers dont work but at least they finally fixed their light that was strobing for a while. I only went for oil changes because the location was convenient & a couple of their mechanics are good people. I dont go there at all anymore, not worth the hassel & so many othet options.

Went in today for tires advertised for the Labor Day Weekend. I checked several locations for my tire and this store showed them in stock and available for same day install. Gentleman at the counter informed me that the tire was discontinued and not available even though it was advertised. The best he could do for me was to upgrade me from the $524 price to the $772. I thanked him and left.

I always have such a great experience when taking my car in. The staff is very professional and friendly and also very knowledgeable about any questions I have. More then Professional And Way Too Fast. I could have used another 10-20 minutes to sit in the AC And Drink the cold water. They even went above and beyond I only can In because a valve stem Blow up. They replaced it made sure of how far I am going to drive on the now damaged tire. They made sure it would survive my 178 mile trip back home. Told me it will need to be replaced. Cleaned out the fix-it-Only-Dire-Need-ever-use-foam. Then check everything About the other three tires. And all at a can not be beaten price.

The guys at Tire Kingdom were very helpful today! My technician took me out to the floor to show me where the nail was in my tire and also showed me the bad wear patterns. He stated that due to the spot where the nail is, the company is not able to patch it. He was able to give me $30 off in coupons for a new tire as well as an alignment service. I highly recommend getting your tires and car serviced here!

This is a great store to have work done on your car. The staff and management are very courteous and helpful. I completely trust their work so much so that I drive 54 miles one way!

The guy that looked like is in charge is extremely rude and after three hours they call to say they couldnt do the job because they didnt have the tire. I lost all chance to go to anywhere else because by the time they let me know it was too late. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I rather walk home that setting foot in this place again. The mechanic that gave me my car back was very nice but the front desk attendant was the rudest person Ive ever come across as a customer.

I recently came to this shop due to my car issue. Lets just say big mistake. The first time they told me one thing was wrong, i got that fixed then it was still an issue a week later. As a result I had to take my car back for them to tell me it was something else. Money wasted & time. They are also SUPER expensive so if you want a reasonable price do not go here. They just want your money.

Be aware. These people are thieves. Went in to the shop for a tire problem, problem was fixed but notice my change in the cup holder was gone. This has happened to me before somewhere else so i always checked what I have in the car before having someone else drive away. Had quarters, dimes, nickels and left me with pennies and of course they would deny it. Take pictures before of what’s inside the cabin of your car or just remove any valuables or heck even put a camera inside the cabin just Incase. Won’t be coming back here again.

Had my company fleet-car service at this shop. The customer service was excellent.

If Tire Kingdom was the last mechanic shop left on Earth and my car was broken down and that was my only choice, I would ditch my car and walk. They have the worst customer service, period. And not just at this location. I have had other awful experiences throughout South Florida. Today I had a coupon and decided to give them one last try since I was passing by. Once again, their incompetent employees and terrible customer service had me walking right out the door in less than 7 minutes. Go to Jiffy lube right next door for an oil change. Save yourself the trouble.

When I got into my car I could smell a very strong cigar. They smoke within my car while servicing it. Never going back.

Got a wheel alignment back in June. Its now November and I found that all the shims fell out...I come back to the original location i got it done at and they cant do an alignment under my six month warranty because the guy who does it isnt there and doesnt come back until Wednesday. Its Sunday today....So what if i wanted to pay for an alignment? They just cant do any alignments until Wednesday of next week because the one guy who does it isnt there? I highly doubt no one else in that shop knows how to do an alignment or put in shims OR that they would risk losing money from that for so many days. Crappy service.
