Drove down from CT and chose this place over any other Ford dealer based on the reviews - they matter more than you think.Great service and great people. It was a little confusing as to when and where to pay while driving through the hand wash. A few Spanish only speaking employees there and my Spanish is not that great however we managed to understand each other.The oil change was a similar experience.. The ramp is not set up for lower cars so be weary of that going in. I mentioned my car is lowered and they assured me it would be fine. Thinking they do this every day, they should know if the car would go on the ramp or not. Going on the ramp was not problem however coming off was another story. My car was practically stuck halfway, and it took some seesawing and wooden planks (after it became stuck) to free the car. Still not sure what damage has been done to the undercarriage yet as I havent had a chance to bring it to my local shop here in CT. I was just relieved it was free.Aside from that, everyone was really friendly and the entire operation seemed like it was running very smoothly.

Good service, you have everything in one place. Sometimes you have to be on top of the guys at the carwash so they don’t miss on cleaning some parts but other wise is my favorite place to do service on my car. I’ve been going there for 10 years.

If you want your car or truck cleaned dont come here I have tried them 2 or 3 times always the same results left dirty inside and out always have to point out things they miss. Now will never go back there are plenty of car washes to go to. If you do go please check inside and out you will find dirty or not vacuumed good.

Whenever I can I wash my car Pro Oil and Wash for many yearsBut in this pandemic moment, many of the employees, mainly those who work inside the car, use the mask inappropriately, leaving the nose unprotected, causing the risk of infecting the interior of the vehicle.

I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and car washed. They have an efficient system and large staff that keeps cars moving through quickly and delivers great quality. The price for the oil change was a fraction of the big chain stores like Pep Boys which was going to charge $90 me for a synthetic oil change. Hand car wash is the BEST IN TOWN.

SIGNS with prices ARE NOT in affect = SIGNS are misleading! BEWARE how you enter! ☆Dont enter through the carwash lane rather than the oil change lane. ☆You will be made to pay for a carwash you didnt want & made to wait double. Not a reliable place to get an oil change.

They need to improve with cleaning the inside of vehicle this makes two of my vehicles bought there for cleaning and I was VERY DISSATISFIED Both Times. Looks Like I Need To Find A New Spot Within The Next Week.

They didnt change the oil filter from my wife car, thats the problem when you go inside the waiting room for your car, that was so low from their staff, and they put it a wrong cabin filter as well, in my experience I have no intention to come back to this place never in my life

This is my fourth visit and I would go back again. The attention, the prices and the professionalism in this place are superfluous. I would recommend it 100% !!!!! The guys are very nice ... Cuban and American coffee for waiting ... I give them 5 stars because I cant give them 10. By the way, fast service and in front of the client without hesitation .. I am super grateful !!!

I actually like this shop. I went here for an oil change for my Audi and they took care of everything. I was even able to get $5 off the car wash service which was really good. They speak English and Spanish which was good for me.

That was a first class service. Very fast, people are amazing here, theyre enjoying what they are doing.

They have so many people washing your car that all of them spend more time talking to each other than paying attention to the vehicle, at the end you have to be pointing out where is dirty..an on top of that they charge tax on everything, which I think that is illegal the only tax they should be charging is state but not for adding additional item everything has to be included with the state tax.. I recommen to look for other options than this one it has not be one time that I have been satisfied with the results..

According phone call, representative tell me what mechanics do change rear axel transmission oil on my commercial box truck Ford Transit 350HD.When I come to the shop, driving 5miles, I was surprised. Mechanic tell me what shop service not doing nothing for Axel change oil . I was upset it’s was terrible for me. I need go to Atlanta GA with out service axel.

I called 1 hour in advance to see at what time they close and they said 6pm. I drove an hour away to arrive before 6pm got there 10 min before and they had closed. False information on the phone. If a business closes 15-30 min before advertised time they should let callers know to avoid a trip in rush hour for nothing. Super upsetting!

Looking for a quick car wash for $20? This is the place to go in Pro Oil & Carwash. I always hesitate to go through the car washes that have brushes etc, I prefer the touchless car washes. But Pro Oil & Carwash does a pretty good wash overall. I was in and out of there in less that 10 minutes.

Oil change and detailed car wash. One of the 4 men working had a soft brush that he used in the crevices! I never saw this unless they were detailing. Fast and thorough reasonable. .

Just left this place. It will be the last time i wash my car here. They rushed through the car wash and left dirty spots around my car. My seat(leather)still had crumbs and rugs needed more vacuum. I ask one of the guys to wipe off some dirty spots and another guy yelled at him to stop so I can leave. When I got home, I noticed a scratch on my door. Not sure if it happened there but I’m not going to take anymore chances. This place used to be a good place to get a good,cheap and quick car wash but now it’s just not what it used to be..

Its been good but recently they up the price from $10 to $15 while their quality remained the same. They’re fast but they do not vacuum the inside very good nor do they dry the car well. The last 3 times Ive gone my car is still dirty inside. I’m going to start going somewhere else. Its a shame really.

Second time there bill was 72.00 when I ask why the woman say you ask for synthetic I said no I asked for high milage.....she charges me less. I ask the guy that gives me my car what oil did you put in my car he says synthetic I said I didnt ask for syntetic then the other one comes no we gave you high mileage longer story short never again.....

From the wash (fastest hand wash in/out) to the pro sounds garage where they go the extra mile. Ive taken my cars there over the years. Never had a problem.

Fast, good price. As you drive up they ask you to go to the cashier where you pay and in about 3 minutes the car pool is changed. If you also order a full wash in and out, give it another 5 minutes and its done.

I have an SUV and they charge too much to wash my vehicle which I dont mind to pay but when I checked the car is always dirty still. I always comeback to give them a chance but the result is always the same. As for the oil change. The guys there arent really mechanics. They seem like people that just needed a job and they just hired them. One time they overscrew the bolt for oil pan and my car began to leak oil. I had to fix it myself and spent money on a damage they did not cover.

I went to this place to get an oil change and get my car washed. They give you a discount for the carwash if you get an oil change and thats what I did. So instead of paying $12 for the car wash I just paid $8. The oil change was $75 because I got synthetic oil which is way better for my car. The wait time is pretty long because a lot of people go there but when theyre actually doing the oil change to your car is pretty fast. I give it a 4-star because I think the car wash can be a little better. They really dont care much to vacuum your car well enough.

I just did my oil change. It was quick! Great little place, not trying to rip you off. They even have a quick car wash, but is done right. I will be back on Monday for the car wash. They even have services for car tinting. I found my NEW place for my car oil and wash. Thank you!

Unprofessional. I just called & a woman answered/ greeted me speaking spanish. I responded in english asking for price of oil change & she clicked on me. I called back 2 more times after & no one answered. I guess if you speak english they don’t want your business.

Horrible been several times. they say they close at 6pm and you get there at 530 and they tell you they close they cant take more cars. the worst part is the rudeness in which they tell you.
