So I walked next door to Florida Premium Rentacar and gave them my business instead.Florida Premium was cheaper than what NU wanted to charge me for 4 day rental (subcompact), but at least Florida Premium was upfront about their contract.The car was excellent. The service was great. The price was ok.

Absolutely outstanding. Dollar rental did not have car for me although had a reservation. I am in Army and needed vehicle for weekend, was in total jam. A cab driver brought over. There were NO cars available anywhere. It was like 10 pm. These guys were able to get me a car and guess what their rates way better than any around. These guys cared. I went on a business trip to the U.S. in June 2021. I had two reservations in Miami with a company I wont name here. My experience there was terrible. Poor customer service and a bad car, old and smeally. I then flew to New York and came back to Miami.I had a bad experience with my first reservation, so I canceled my second reservation. I had to take a taxi to my hotel. A friend of mine who knew about my situation gave me the number for Florida Premium Rentacar.At first I was exceptic because its a small company. I called them and made a reservation. They picked me up at my hotel and drove me to their office located next to the Miami airport. The customer service was excellent. They gave me A brand new Nissan Altima at a better price I paid with the other company.This was a totally different experience, the car was great, Upon return they drove me To the airport. thank you Anthony and Juan. I will certainly rent with you again.

This is not a car rental but a fraudulent enterprise. I booked a car with them and when I arrived in Miami they just informed me they dont have a car for me. Any car. They should be investigated by authorities.The car rental response to my review is a lie. I have a booked reservation and gave them my credit card. This is not a real car rental agency, do not rent a car from them. I had to hire a taxi to drive me to Orlando and pay 500 dollars, because of their breach of a rental contract. I am considering a legal action against them.

Wow! I was extremely impressed with this company! Honestly! Upon landing, I called and was immediately picked up by the company in the car that I was going to be renting. The location is just about 7 minutes from the airport. The car was basically brand new with all the latest and greatest features. I had a Toyota Corolla. Drop-off was also very easy and the company takes you right back to the airport. My friends rented from a different company and had a very bad experience. I highly recommend this rental car agency. They are awesome!!!!

WoW. wow. WoW. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER FOR CAR RENTALS!!! To make a long story short, Jose saved the day with his stellar service! The car was a Corolla, which I NEVER rent such a small car, but Jose made up for all that! He advised us in what areas to avoid and which ones to stay in... he advised us on how to utilize the toll pass efficiently (and charges a nominal fee for the use and whatever the tolls are. Other places charge a daily rate of $15+ for unlimited, but u will not use $8 per day!!!) Our flight scheduled changed and Jose PICKED UP OUR CAR AT HOTEL! Mainline car rentals would never do that (except Enterprise, but they still do not compare to FP). MAHALO, Jose! I will always rent from him if in Miami or FLL.

Its cheap for a reason!! Theyll rob you in ungodly Sunpass charges (extra $80 ???), that theyll try and explain. Youll NEVER get your deposit back. You are just better off paying the money for a legit car rental place.

What can I say about these guys? Well, they literally saved my vacations. As a foreigner, barely speaking english, they picked me at the airport, explained everything to me, very, very patiently. I had problems with my mobile phone service, and lost contact with the rest of my family (almost mad!), so they provided me a solution immediately. My wife had a risk of miscarriage and so we had to anticipate the return to our country. They didnt hesitate to serve our best interests. I love these guys. Their patience and sympathy are amazing.The car was barely brand new, with all security itens. They use a state of art technology to speed up all the process.I recommend them. And assure you that they are honest. You only must inform yourself about the fee and taxes policy. The rest is enjoy your trip.

It sucked what these guys did. A trip is something to be quiet, but it started with deception. A filthy car inside, it was disgusting to enter. Rearview mirror did not work setting down, I rode 15 days on roads without being able to adjust rear view mirror, basic security item. Bearing making too much noise, car delivered without spare tire. They gave me the car with less than 1/4 of fuel and said they were delivering with half a tank and I should return with half tank.
