Where do I Start… Run while you can! This place is a total Ripoff! I booked with Priceline and the cost of the rental was to be included in the total price. I was told I would be getting a rental from the airport and the company would be Thrifty Car rental. I arrived at 9:30 am and waited in line for a car, only to be told that I don’t have a reservation with them and I need to contact Green motion rental. First thing I realize is it says location airport… they are not located in the airport, I waited over 30min for a shuttle to come and take me there, when I get there the lady’s said “Oh your late we may not be able to get you a rental” I’m immediately frustrated! Then she’s like “ but hold on let me see what I can do“ This is where the Scam begins. We can get you into a car but we need $500 for a deposit, $120 for the car insurance and $28 and some change a day for tolls. Me..:. $500 deposit for a deposit??? and as for the insurance I have my own and I don’t need the toll coverage because I’m going to set my directions to avoid tolls. Her..: okay well we would need the declaration page from your insurance company, 150 for hold and you to sign this paper saying you don’t agree for toll coverage. So I have them fax over the info from the insurance company and the she’s like…. Well we have to place a hold because your deductible is a 1000… say what!!!! Me… what do y’all have to do with my deductible ???? Long story short I ended up paying $150 for a hold and $120 for insurance. Because I have 4 people with me and at this point I’m over it and desperate. I have the car from 6/25/2021 til 6/28/2021. As soon as I arrive to drop the car off they are smiling lol and I already kinda know why and the guy runs up to me “Oh you owe us 295 “ SO THE SCAM STARTS IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU DRIVE OFF!!! So as soon as you leave off the parking lot there is a toll that you cannot avoid!!! So at this point there laughing at you🤪 and if I would haven’t have my gps to avoid tolls I would have hit many more! And they know this but fail to tell there Customers that are so Loyal to lol at least that’s what the sign said” Loyalty starts here or Something like that. So I told they lady you knew this when I signed the paper and she started Laughing and said well… I think her name is like L iris’s only lady I think that works there…. So I’m like where did the other 260 come from he hands me this paper with charges from 6/25 starting at like 7am lol I didn’t even leave with the car til like 230pm… and I avoid all tolls after that! didn’t arrive to Fort Lauderdale until like 9 AM🤣🤣🤣 they tried to take the paper from with the time on it back. I will be reaching out to the FCA and the BBB of Miami. I’m a frequent traveler and this is unacceptable and should not be tolerated! They are charging 28 and some change a day for tolls that are like $1 or 28 cents come on… this is something they have as a bill every month and they already pay for in Fl and want to quadruple the price to their customers!!!

I rent exotic cars often and by far just the phone conversation itself made me not want to rent here. I guess I was getting on the guy nerves asking a few question. My opinion enterprise has better customer service than this.
