Probably the shadiest auto tag agency. Waited for 1 hour in the dealer section to obtain a fast title. Some other lady walks in with the same transaction that I want to do & is helped IMMEDIATELY.Those ladies working there just want tip $$$ & to be called names by the men that walk in there.The lack of professionalism at its worst is at this place.

The lady was in a rush to get rid of us, every question we had she didnt know about. And at the end of paying she never gave our change back she took the rest of money as Tip. Very bad services

Definitely dont go on a Saturday. Not enough parking. No established line outside. Everyone just stands around trying to figure out whats happening. Waited for about 30 minutes in the cold and went to another tag agency and was in a short line with a decent parking lot.

Anurca is an asset to this agency. I had a imported car that needed to do the title and registration and she knew exactly what to do. Thank you!

My experience was very long wait times, needing to rewrite certain documents and being sent to the end of the line because of that several times. But once at the window with everything in order, the service is fast and efficient.

I just called to see how long the wait was to see an agent and the person said, I do not know. I do not see outside. I asked it she would not mind checking and she, I cannot. So I guess based on that conversation over the phone with this business I can only rate them a 1 star.

Do not go to this Auto Tag agency, safe your money and your time, go to another one even if it is far away.I went to this place to get a Plate from Florida because I came from another state and the agent which I talked to said that I had to go to the DMV for a vehicle inspection,I spent two weeks waiting for such vehicle inspection for which I had to pay $40.Then I went to the same Auto Tag and they told me that the vehicle inspection wasn’t necessary because my Title was ok.They didn’t realize about that the first time and they made me waste money and time for nothing.When I told them that it was their fault they laughed at me in my face, even the manager was laughing at that like if the fact that I wasted my time and money were something funny, the agent that i was talking to in that moment said “ just don’t say nothing about it” like no one cares about customers’s money or time.I just don’t get how people so unprofessional get a job in this country, these are the real parasites who are destroying the economy of these great country.

Best one I’ve been to since I started driving. They do a quick job, are friendly, and make something that sucks a pleasant experience. I thought I didn’t need the car in person when transferring from out of state but they actually need to inspect the VIN on-site. Also need to help you fax in the lien holders title, which took about two weeks, and they called the day it got there. All in all, I came here three times and they did a good job.

Most unhelpful staff. Aside from the long wait time. Lixa finds the most mundane things to refuse any type of help or get anything done. Surprised they have her there as all she does is turn away people.Save yourself the frustrations, go somewhere else!

If you are accustomed to Third World situations then this is the place for you. It kind of reminded me of NYC public assistance office in the 80’s way before the welfare reform. The workers are miserable because of the lack of organization and dealing with upset people. No one really knows where to go, you’re waiting 2 hours on one line only for them to tell you you’re on the wrong line. The parking lot is insane and there is no space for the amount of people they serve, needless to say, You will get trapped in the parking lot. Then again I went on a Saturday because we work 5 days a week and we can’t afford to take a day.
