This apartment complex is a great place to be in. Quiet, airy, great views, friendly and unobtrusive neighbors, super friendly and responsive front office/management/maintenance, wonderful gym/lounge and a very happening neighborhood. Allison at the front desk and Sofia, Manager of the complex do a splendid job of keeping residents happy.
I lived there for four years and Lincoln managed it the best. It is a privileged location, close to everything. Youll really like the staff. Allison is very attentive, and so is the manager, as well as the handsome maintenance guys. I was very sad to leave.

My husband and I recently made a huge transition from Minnesota to Miami. We are so very thankful that we found The Mile. Alisson (our AMAZING leasing agent) was a treat to work with. She was understanding and went above and beyond to make sure we were able to settle in to our place easily. The property is lovely and very secure and just feels right. We are so grateful and are looking forward to enjoying our time at The Mile.
We absolutely love living here at The Mile. The building is super well maintained, the maintenance staff (Luis and Santiago are exceptional, and the management has been fantastic too. We have lived here for about 6 months and are looking to upgrade to a bigger unit because we’re so happy here. Sofia and Allison have been amazing with us throughout that process. Part of why we love living here is that we walk everywhere. Miracle Mile is literally just steps away and there are tons of bars and restaurants scattered throughout that we now frequent. The staff are super dog friendly and everyone knows PorkChop’s name by heart and gives her some love every time they see her. Would give 6 stars if I could.
Worst place to live. Amenities are always broken and management truly does not care. They also bribe you to give them 5 star google reviews to be qualified to win a gift card, absolute joke!
As a Coral Gables realtor point of view, I highly recommend this Condo, It is well maintained, anything you ask or need a service for it gets done right away, reliable and honest people work at this place, their customer relations and service has been above and beyond my expectations. So far, The Mile at Coral Gables is one of the best places to live in the area.

Lived here for a few years and highly recommend it. Before 2020 it was run by a different (worse) company and it changed for the better. Alisson, Santiago, and Luis were great and made my last year in the building drastically different experience.The location was perfect for someone like me who doesnt have a car with a Walgreens, Publix, and restaurants nearby. I worked from home so the location was nice and quiet. The internet provider for the building is Hotwire, which is ok for lots of video and streaming, but not the best.x
Best management
So I have mixed reviews. My apartment was nice---nothing really broke, and my 2 year stay was pleasant. They were great with move out and getting my security deposit back. However, the walls are super thin, so neighbors can be a definite issue. Also, between the city and the complex, guest parking has been severely restricted. Finally, and this was the biggest issue, the rent increases are really steep. Over the course of 2 years, they attempted to raise my rent over $200, introducing a parking fee, etc. I was essentially priced out. But, overall, this place is ok for short-time living and the location is great.
Been living here for about 5 months and absolutely love it. Great location, friendly residents and beautiful building. Kaytlen, the building manager, is very helpful and responds quickly to emails. Maintenance staff is great. Thalia is always smiling at the front desk and willing to help with anything Ive needed. Couldnt be happier with my decision to rent here.
Truly love living at The Mile. The building itself is beautiful and centrally located. The units are very well constructed with the highest quality furnishing, comparable to any ultra-luxury alternative. Having said this, what truly sets this community apart is the Management staff.Wether you’re casually shopping for a new apartment or become a permanent member of this community, you should expect service to be nothing short from exceptional!
I love it at the Mile. Ricky goes out of his way to help you. The place was tastefully done. The apartments are awesome. Easiest move in process. Gym is great. Amenities and walking distance to it all. The staff is amazing, honest, and they have the best attitude!!!

The Mile is truly a gem! My boyfriend and I have been searching for awhile for a new home, and nothing seemed quite right until we found this building! Thalia Fernandez has been the most helpful! She’s really made the whole application process quick and easy! And not to mention has had such patience with us. I’am looking forward to moving in this beautiful building :)
Nice building, close to coral gables but definitely not Coral Gables. Not to confuse the people, Coral gables have names as their streets and not numbers and it’s a city within Miami dade

I moved here when large parts of the building, including the amenities, were still under construction. Despite delays in completing the amenities, this is a great community with state of the art facilities and a very friendly staff. The location is unbeatable. The only thing I would change are the floors, which are a very pretty white but hard to keep clean.
Pay attention to the final print. They charge extra $75.00 for parking (most people have cars), $25.00 for trash (really?) and $5.00 for pest control.

Toured this property about a week ago and both my boyfriend and I loved it. The rent its a little expensive although its totally worth it. I hope you have move in specials soon we would love to live there.

Rent is too HIGH for this location. Also, a resident shared information about recent thefts encountered due to lack of security. Im very lucky she told me to read the reviews after touring the building. My family and I would like an environment which fosters safety. Thank-you for those who posted honest reviews.

I moved out June 7, 2019. I was released from my lease upon the Mile finding a replacement tenant per our agreement and their disallowance of sublease/assignment. On that date, my lease was cancelled. I paid all of my rent due to them to my online account until I was locked out of it upon move out. I was expecting a move out summary, per Florida statue within 30 days to the new address I provided upon move out, especially since I had agreed to pay a dump charge for a couch I had no choice but to leave. It has been over 70 days since I’ve moved out. I have called the property, as well as corporate, and emailed the manager for a total of around 10 times as of July 7. They have now surrendered the entirety of my deposit by law and REFUSE TO RETURN ANY TYPE OF COMMUNICATION. No matter who I call, or write to, there is no response at all. It is so unprofessional to treat a former tenant this way.The management is extremely unprofessional. One time, they did NOT provide me with a notice that Id accidentally paid my rent late and SWORE they did despite me being home all day that day. The three day notice to cure the $1000 deficiency was never placed on my door. They filed action in court, and this is how I learned of the problem, coming home from law school to an eviction notice and a formal complaint. As a law student, I would NEVER have let this happen because it would be REQUIRED to have been reported to the Colorado Bar Examiners when I applied this past April. It is part of my character and fitness review! This could have destroyed my chances of being an attorney!! I quickly settled that and the case was dropped immediately after calling my bosses friend for help! I was notified and immediately paid them what was due because of my mistake (which I accepted responsibility for!!), and yet, they refuse to do the same! The management has NOT returned a SINGLE EMAIL OR PHONE CALL. Corporate says EVERYTIME well tell them to call you and put it as urgent! Never get a call back. I finally get someone in the office today, WARREN, he was extremely dismissive, rude, and told me to continue to wait despite me telling him that Florida statute is AGAINST THEM. It was honestly so disheartening! I get you may not know what to do because you can’t do anything personally, but you work in customer service. You know how to at least be kind in a bad spot, but you did not deliver.Honestly, the place is nice, but its overpriced and the management makes it just not worth it. I did love my 10th floor apartment, my view, and my space. The amenities were nice, but I didn’t use them much as a student. Kaitlyn and Talia used to be super helpful, so I’ll definitely give them a nod of respect.I have no choice but to look into legal action at this point! Im honestly disgusted with this place.

The worst experience ever, they made me go around to applied, when I got approved and went there to finally move-in, they didnt let me, because I didnt sing the contract which I did... online.. I had the truck with all my stuff waiting and charging by the hour... I told her I would signt it there, but she said that until my husband sign she wouldnt let me in... knowing that I had everything outside waiting...the kept the application money... were not helpful at all..i lost a lot of money but seeing this, chose to put everything in an storage, and look for something else, if that was the welcoming, I cant imagine the rest...stay away from this place!!! The WORST

Do not waste your time because the property is still under MAJOR construction.The pictures listed here has to be from a different location because NOTHINGs ready for use and its over priced. The gyms small and not completed nor is the common areas / pool. Rat traps were all over the place which indicated a rodent problem. Again, the prices were too high for this location. UPDATE!!!! since posting this review Ive noticed others have had the same issues or worst. I have a friend living in the building and she said someone broke into her apartment. She stated that management wouldnt release the video footage to her so she could get her things back.
Avoid this place at all cost. Dont bother wasting your time even touring the site.Between that property manager and one of the sales ladies, they couldnt figure out between themselves if earning well over 100k being self employed added up to 7.5k per month.They were incredulous and completely dismissive of having multiple bulk earnings made during specific times of the year. As a veteran with a service connected disability that was recently honorably discharged from the service, I have never been so insulted or discarded. Not even by the VA!Youre better off looking inside of Coral Gables considering this place isnt even within the limit of the Gables and is severely over priced. The parking is very limited (Good luck having guests over). The gym is very small and borderline useless, and the building lacks most of the basic amenities that every other building in the area has.
So far, Im very disappointed that for the dollar amount paid as a resident Im still waiting on the amenities to open up for usage. Please be ware the staff doesnt disclose the hidden details.

Very bad attention: I can not even talk about the building because I had no chance to meet him, due to the bad management of Thalia, who is in reception. First because the day I visited the place for the first time, according to your iPad you never read my ID (which did not happen anywhere else) it was simply recited to schedule an appointment 3 days later. On the day of the appointment I unfortunately had a problem, I was delayed 15 minutes, and he said he could not help me. The bad thing is that my realtor was in the place and realized that she was busy with other clients (she was late) and YES she could attend to me.sad way to drive away a potential client. fortunately his bad attitude led me to investigate more and find a good place to reside in the sector.
