Walls are paper thin. You can hear the neighbor snore. Literally. You can hear the people upstairs using the bathroom. If theres maintenance done upstairs you will hear that so loud and theres no warning about it. Definitely have lost so much sleep in these bug infected apartments. Even when they come and spray their anti bug sprays you still got them as if nothing. If you are looking to move in I suggest you find anywhere but here.

October will be my second year living in the studio apartment at The Villa and it has been a joy living here. The landscape is tended to every 2 weeks, the management it nice, location is in the heart of South Miami, and the laundry facility is clean throughout the day. The building is secured with a code box and fob key for residents to access. So far so good. Looking forward to another lease renewal.

Lived at Mayan Towers for a 1.5 years. It was a great experience, quiet neighbors, clean apartments and the property manager is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Miami.

I have lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed it. Stephanie, who is the property manager, is awesome. She will answer all of your questions. Maintenance staff is very friendly and extremely quick to respond to any problems that may occur. If you are moving, I would highly recommend this property. The pool is great too!!

I lived there and I can complain about anything at all! The neighborhood is quiet and it has a innumerable number of store near! The people is nice and respectful! The administration of the building is amazing. Any problem you have in you apartment they help you solve it right away!

Our very first apartment and I think the best. We are truly thankful with this place and of course Stephanie for everything she did to make sure we had great home and a memorable almost 4 year stayed. First of the rent price is a steal, considering the amazing location, which is the highlight of these apartments. Also we lived in a remodeled apartment that was cozy and completely met all of our standards. If you had an issue, maintanance ( jorge and team) were always there to help you out. It is walking distance to the metro station, sunset place, supermarkets( wholes foods, Wynndixie etc...) all you need for a single person or a couple. Recommended 100%,the reason we left: our family is expanding and since they are 1 bd 1 bath we needed it a bigger place :(, We were so sad to leave our awesome neighborhood but thankful to the Mayan Family for the memories.
