I’ve lived here for nearly 2 years and have to say I love that I can take my dog out everywhere and that everything is so close by. I go to the city center everyday to walk and to Starbucks. I have a car but really need it living here. Publix is right next door and there is a great dog park near by. The staff are very attentive and fast to respond and they always very helpful and you can’t beat the location.
I am here to update my reviews about the move-in and living here. The move in process is smooth and good, and the studios are awesome, you will have an excellent view of the pool, and the surrounding neighborhoods. It is a busy area but the buildings are in good conditions, so I basically cant hear any noise when I need some quiet time. The balconies are another good spots to dine and chill.
The maintenance team at Camden Brickell is the best one I have ever seen. Always on time, with a positive attitude and a smile. All of my work orders have been resolved either the same day or next day. I especially appreciate Luis Diaz who is friendly and very knowledgeable, he explains why something malfunctioned and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Highly recommend him and the maintenance team overall!
Beatriz is the amazing! She explained everything perfectly, easy to understand and very professional. She was very informative and kept communicated with me the whole time during the process.
My husband and I have lived in Camden for many years now and have had an incredible experience. We decided to move to Camden Brickell this year, and we cant wait to make new memories there. Our apartment is lovely, the amenities are great, the area is everything you could ask for, but the service is what truly differentiates this community from others. Stephanie made sure to go above and beyond to meet every single one of our needs and expectations. She listened carefully to our concerns, and she did everything to help us find the perfect unit. Stephanie was kind, empathetic, resourceful, and knowledgeable. She has a positive attitude thats contagious and makes you feel welcome. We are so happy with our decision to move to Camden Brickell. I would 100% recommend this community, and better yet, I would recommend you ask for Stephanie. She will make sure to listen to your needs and make you feel at home.

I love Camden Brickell apartments!!! The units are new and modern with beautiful design and all you need to have (in-unit laundry, dishwasher, garbage disposal...). Amenities are great as well. Most of all, the staff is just amazing! Eve from the leasing office and Tiffany from the front desk are just the best, really we are so grateful to have them and the other great staff members who make the Camden community what it is! I highly recommend Camden Brickell.

I used to live here from 2010 - 2012. Back then I noticed pool issues with water leaking into the garage from the garage ceiling just like that place in Surfside had in the condo collapse. Be weary of older buildings Ive come to learn. Camden may be the least expensive apartment building on Brickell but in my opinion its not worth your life. Last I heard they still hadnt fixed the issue. Red Bar also caused loud noise to come up the elevator shaft on the northside of the building. I lived in unit 734. Other than that location was great and staff were friendly.
Ive lived here about three months and am thoroughly glad I picked Camden Brickell. In other places around Miami/Miami Beach Ive had average and less than average experiences. Here, since moving in, everything has met or exceeded my expectations. All of the staff members are competent, friendly, and polite. The front desk staff - Tiffany, Kristina, Rose, Kika - is amazing, they go out of their way to be welcoming but also helpful (especially assisting with personal circumstances, for me its a recent injury). Management is logical and easy to work with, also very friendly. Maintenance is quick and effective, they are also friendly. Between the staff, the rent prices, and the amenities, living here has been a great decision. The character and attitude of the tenants here, not just the staff, is important as well. The vast majority of my neighbors and people in the building are friendly and courteous, and this is so important to me as well. The high number of high ratings, as well as limited apartment availability, speak for itself. Many people want to live here for all of these great reasons. I have been living in this apartment building for less than a year now. It’s been an absolute nightmare! There has been construction on the roof which has made it impossible to work from home. Multiple times I’ve seen pet feces on the ground in the hallway in addition to pet urine in the elevator. Most recently, there was a fire sprinkler that caused the unit to flood and I was unable to stay in my apartment. When I asked to be compensated for the time I was not able to occupy the unit they told me I was out of luck, there is nothing they would be willing to do.I would strongly encourage anyone looking to rent here to reconsider, there are better deals in brickell and the company does not care about its renters at all! If I could give them 0 stars I would.
I am so happy we picked to live here!! We just moved to Miami from California and we were looking for a place to live and we toured many apartments but none of them were in Brickell and they were telling us we would need 5 days to a week to be approved. We needed a place by Monday (today is Friday). So that wasnt possible for us. Well we walked into Camden and Stephanie, the leasing consultant made it possible for us to move in the next couple of days!! We have never had such a pleasant and non stressful experience leasing an apartment!! Stephanie was so kind, so thorough and answered all of our questions!!! Camden Brickell is so lucky to have such a great person there!

My girlfriend and I moved to Camden Brickell from California about one month ago! Our first month in Miami has been amazing especially due to great staff such as Tiffany. Before we arrived Tiffany was always very helpful whenever we called with questions and was even able to hold two packages for us so they would be here when we arrived. Since we arrived she has always had a big smile whenever we walk through the lobby. Were very happy we chose Camden!!
Stephanie in the leasing office was fantastic. She squeezed us in for a tour when we were an hour early for our appointment. She was super attentive to everything we wanted in an apartment and was able to answer all of our questions. Looking forward to applying for a unit when we actually move in a few months.

I really wanted to move in here but unfortunately my furniture didn’t fit the plan I had chosen. Maidel is absolutely amazing and so accommodating.... she answered all my questions and went out of her way to show me apartments and discuss details etc....I highly recommend Camden as I have lived in them before and they are awesome!
Camden Brickell was the best apartment I haved lived at thus far. The location is perfect, the staff are very friendly and the units are very spacious for the area. Moved out to be closer to work unfortunately. Christina and Tiffany are delights and always greet you with a smile. I still pass by to talk to them if I am ever in the area. I love Camden and would definitely move back into this community or any other Camden community when the opportunity arises.
I enjoy living Camden Brickell. Such a nice location and close to the supermarket and shops. It’s easy to get to work on the metro rail which is very close by. The team are really friendly and happy to help when you need them. Highly recommend.

Overall was an okay apartment, always felt safe and property was well maintained.Construction/renovating nearby units was certainly an issue though, and with the walls being very thin you will hear it as if it’s happening in your unit.If you’re considering living here you probably aren’t using a good realtor, big mistake! For the cost of rent there are a lot more glamorous options in Miami with an actual view

A great building in the heart of Brickell with not only awesome amenities but more importantly a staff who cares. You live on a daily basis with the staff and management of a building and I cant begin to describe how amazing the team here at Camden Brickell is. I have lived in MANY apartment and condo buildings in Brickell and this one has been by far the best experience. Numerous elevators (6 in total for only 15 floors) with no wait time, a parking garage that only goes up to 5 floors with AMPLE spaces close to your apartment, amazing management of handling packages and deliveries, storage units in the building... I can go on and on. On top of everything else, they are constantly renovating and improving the building. I just moved into a newly renovated apartment and it is gorgeous and modern... and while I write this, they are doing a massive over hall of the pool space (which was already awesome) and the renderings look incredible. If you are looking at apartment complex in Brickell, please do yourself a favor and stop by here. I know this review sounds fake but it isnt. I have lived here for four years now and this place has truly been a blessing. I AM NOT MOVING ANYTIME SOON!

Apartments are modern and spacious, and the location can’t be better than this; everything you need is walking distance! The staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. I have been living at Camden for nearly a year, and my overall impression is very favorable. I live in one of their remodeled studios, and it really is a gem! I love it more than my last place, which was a one-bedroom. Its spacious, well designed, well lit, and the appliances are top notch. Moreover, the staff are very professional, and I have only had positive experiences with the leasing office (shout-out to Lucy and Eve!). The maintenance is also excellent. My only reservations have been about the speed of the remodeling of the pool. I realize that some aspects of it were beyond the managements control. I wish, however, that we had had more frequent communication about the timeline at the beginning of the process. Thanks!
Moved to Miami from out of state during covid. They made the process really easy. This is a really convenient location in a safe area! I love my apartment. Ive been here 3 months now. Responses to service requests are always really quick.The apartments are spacious and really modern. Truly a great value.Edit: Tiffany at the concierge desk and the whole front desk staff are amazing. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and organized!Still really enjoying my apartment at month 5!! I dont plan on moving anytime soon.
3 YEARS as a resident more than likely finally leaving. Front desk is amazing (especially Cristina) and I’m sure many more can vouch for her as well. Maintenance they do a great job as well on service requests. MY 1STAR GOES TO THEMCONS: First two years we were in a different unit(non remodeled) and there was constant construction noise up and down and side to side . Some mornings I would have to wake up and put plugs in my ear just to fall back asleep. Finally for our third year we decided to move to a remodeled unit (high price increase) especially cause we “were” supposed to get a remodeled pool as well before the summer so why not. Well it’s currently August and pool is no where near done. Where is mngmt for any reimbursement or rent concession?? Lease is almost over and will more than likely not be renewing. ABSURD PRICE INCREASE & NO POOL for almost a year? GET OUT OF HERE... Yeah management will probably reply to reach out... why should I? You’re the management, You should reach out to every tenant and reimburse. We have been filled with lies for the past 4months and nothing has been done.
This complex is great!! Very safe, clean and with lots of shopping and restaurants virtually right out the door. Maidel De Armas Reyes in the leasing office was AWESOME before, during and after move-in, checking multiple times to make sure everything was right. You can tell she enjoys what she is doing and really cares about the customer. First class operation!
Apartments are renovated, spacious, and comfortable. They are old but they are nice and the best part of the package. However the windows/walls are poorly insulated so the noise from the street is unbearable. We are paying for a pool we don’t have. If you’re looking for a place you want to call and feel like home for a long time I wouldn’t recommend moving in here unless you really have no other apartment options in the area.
Since living here, we have been very pleased with the customer service of the staff. In particular, Tiffany has been such a pleasure. She is friendly, kind, and keeps things in order at Camden. We have had such a great experience with Tiffany as she always answers our questions, assists us in a timely manner, and welcomes us with a friendly greeting. We are thankful to have her in the building we call home.
Camden Brickell has been our home for the past 2.5years and we just renewed our lease for another 14 months. Maidel was the one who helped us and she gave the extra mile with our renewal, we are Super Happy with Maidel! If you are moving-in, I highly recommend making an appointment with her. Our experience living in Camden Brickell has exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and fully renovated apartments, modern and clean. The location is perfect, close to everything you need. This place is not worth the price they charge per unit. The quick renovations they are doing are not worth the massive upcharge. Opt for other options in the Brickell area that offer a better value for a nicer unit.Pros: - Concierge staff overall is excellent, helpful, and courteous. They are responsive and available 24/7.Cons: - Basic amenities are there, but not well kept. There is always something down in the gym. At least one of the doors doesn’t lock, so anyone (including small kids) can walk right in to the room. Machines are often not working or missing parts, the TVs are not receiving a proper signal, or the music is not working over the speakers so you have to listen to the not so gentle grunts and weight slamming. Many “trainers” will also work out with their clients in the gym even though neither one lives there. Pool area is nice despite lack of cleaning, but Camden Brickell doesn’t enforce any kind of clean-up policy. Therefore, there have been times where the pool is closed because of broken glass from careless individuals. Or, the area is completely immersed in garbage. It is likely resident guests or those doing AirBnB are doing this as most residents wouldn’t treat their community with such disregard. Camden doesn’t enforce any visitor policy so often a resident will have parties or get togethers around the pool and invite everyone along with their mom.- Safety is a major concern at Camden Brickell because of its proximity to so many bars/restaurants. It is not difficult for people to get into the building and amenity (pool, gym) areas given the amount of foot traffic. Issues have come up of theft in the parking garage where resident’s cars are broken into. Despite these complaints, nothing was sent out by Camden Brickell staff and there are still no security cameras in the parking garage.- Maintenance staff is slow to respond and not helpful in the least. Unless you need help changing a light bulb, don’t expect the maintenance crew to be able to repair anything in your unit. Several issues that were brought up via work orders were either ignored or made worse after being attended to by the staff (for example, they shut the ice machine off to address water leaking in the freezer and did nothing else… that is not a way to rectify the problem).- Leasing staff are unresponsive and unprofessional after you sign your lease. Many issues that are brought up by residents on the resident portal are ignored by the leasing staff, even if they are issues of safety. Sometimes they respond that the resident must directly message them so they can help. I waited over a week for a response to my message, even though the assistant manager I messaged sent out community messages during the time I waited. The response I received from the assistant manager didn’t answer my question/issue and ultimately, he just stopped responding to my emails. Don’t’ bother emailing Camden’s corporate office either, I’ve been waiting on their response for over a month now. It is particularly unprofessional considering the leasing staff has more than enough time to post pictures of community events and “like” their own posts on the resident portal.- Resident surveys are emailed out, but ignored. This is illustrated when Camden Brickell sent out a resident survey on AirBnB policies. AirBnBs are a major issue at this community as many units are renting out their unit as an AirBnB without going through the proper channels. Camden Brickell does nothing about this even when complaints arise or surveys are given. Many of the renters for AirBnB treat the building like it is a Motel 6. Instances have arisen where AirBnB individuals have many children around the pool and gym area. These children are often running through the gym and even playing in the gym treating stability balls as if they are volleyballs. This issue could easily be addressed even by simply downloading the AirBnB app to see what units/tenants are doing this, however, Camden Brickell apparently can’t be bothered.

I moved to Miami in 2014 and chose the Camden Brickell as my home. The location is unbeatable! Camden continues to improve and update the common areas, living spaces, and amenities. But most impressive is their entire team; front desk, maintenance, and leasing office. Quick response and excellent customer service to any questions or problems. If you get a chance, stop by and check out the newly renovated floor plans!

I love the atmosphere and fun, loving professionals and students. Service is always very prompt which Im very pleased with. Lucy and Jamie are very helpful and caring. Tiffany at the front desk lifts my spirit with her positive and light energy, she always makes me laugh. Christina is awesome and sweet as well. All the staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. Camden Brickell is in the heart of many nice restaurants, bars and shops. Additionally, new renovations are coming very soon and it looks great! Very happy living here overall.

We have lived at Camden for 1.5 years and love it. Maidel De Armas Reyes helped us find both our first apartment and our new unit we just transferred to. She has always gone above and beyond to help us and answer any questions we have had along the way. The apartment is in the heart of Brickell with plenty to do in the area. The maintenance team and front desk team is also awesome to work with and they always respond quickly to any issues or repairs. The Camden is the best apartment I have ever lived in! Its close and walkable to everything I need, the pool and gym are lovely and clean, and my newly remodeled apartment is perfect. Jamie Clay made the process SUPER easy, and she is always available too. The whole staff from the front desk to the main office are super friendly as well.

I relocated to Miami 10 days ago. No time to visit Miami to check apartments first, so I did everything online to get my apartment at Camden Brickell. The people who are working here are very friendly, responsive, and efficient. The amenity inside my unit looks in very good conditions. Very satifisfied. There could be some noise from Metrorail if your apartment facing west. However, it is totally tolerable for me so far.
Ahh I love this apartment! The front desk is amazing. Tiffany and Christina have saved me so many times with big packages haha. If you get a chance to move in here go for it right away.

I lived at Camden Brickell for three years (from February 2017 through March 2020.) I adore Eve (the Property Manager), Maidel (one of the Leasing Consultants), and Kristina (our Front Desk Security). They are all fantastic and a great resource to the Camden company. The maintenance team was also very responsive to me whenever I submitted a work request (which was few and far between). Maidel was incredibly kind and helpful to me throughout my move-out process last month (March 2020). I couldnt have done it without Maidels help.I loved my little apartment. The main reason why I moved out was because they began to renovate the units. Once renovated, the rent would increase by $300 or so, and they also added a $75 parking fee (which was like adding salt to a wound.) With the added costs, it was way too expensive for me to continue living there. I literally couldnt afford to live there anymore. Unfortunately Camden (the company) uses a software that determines the rental prices based on whatever the internal and external market availability is for that day. So from one day to the next, the price for a unit would fluctuates like crazy. Unfortunately, the unit never dropped to a reasonable rate, and the on-site team had no influence on the prices.There were also some issues with the pool renovation (which unfortunately was out of service for over a year) and the elevators broke down rather frequently. Although the community has six elevators, there were several instances when four or five out of the six elevators were out of order. The on-site team did a great job of communicating to us, and reaching out to an external elevator maintenance company to get the elevators fixed. But alas, I guess the elevators are just old. They were recently renovated and look pretty, but mechanically they are the same as before. They really should replace the elevators.While the pool and elevator issues were annoying, it didnt bother me too much. Had it not been for the crazy rental increases, I wouldve stayed there because the staff is fantastic, and the location is in the heart of Brickell.
In the time I’ve been in Miami I have to say that Camden is by far the most accommodating place I’ved ever lived in. Maidel and Ernesto went above and beyond to make my moving experience smooth and make me feel quickly at home. They knew how to turn a negative experience into a good one. Thanks a lot Camden management! Love my apartment and my time living here has been amazing so far!
I like Camden Brickell because it is at prime location. Whenever we need to speak with any of the staff team, they are very available to speak with me on a friendly and respect manner. The service maintenance is done accordingly and on a fast way. I just had a problem with my fridge and they changed it at the same day. Eve is always friendly and helpful.
I am very grateful to Camden Brickell and specially to Stephanie Melgares who has been very helpful during my moving process, she not only guided me through the process of finding the best apartment for me but also she helped me to find the best price for such an excellent location. This has literally been the worst place we have ever lived. We moved in Feb 2018 when the renovations were supposed to be finished a couple months later. We just moved out this month and the renovations are still not over. There are always issues with the building - the elevators never work, the fire alarms always going off, the fobs to get into the building are always faulty, and the management is the worst management I have ever dealt with. They are unresponsive, do not communicate with tenants about issues going on in the building, never answer the phones, and do not respond to emails. They don’t care about the tenants living there and clearly have zero experience in customer service. This is one of the cheaper buildings in brickell, and you truly get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and move ANYWHERE but here.
Ive moved here in September and when I arrived, the first person that I meet was Tiffany. After we talked I knew that Camden was my place. Every time I see her she puts a smile one my face. Even if I live here from just 5 months, I can totally say that all the Camdens team is like my family, very nice and always helpful, and Tiffany is like my favorite auntie ever.

From the great staff that are always willing to go beyond limits to accommodate your needs to completely renovated units you cant go wrong. Previously rated 5 stars this complex has been under construction since I moved in with no completion date in sight. Pool has been closed since October and no clue when itll reopen - theyre saying July now but they told us February when we signed the lease. Construction workers always present and drilling/hammering away at this place. Not worth it for the price -- maybe when the pool/gym reopen but definitely not now.
I love Camden Brickell! What makes the building so special aside from its prime location, is the STAFF!
There are many reasons to live in Camden Brickell! Prime location, great amenities (drop off laundry and dry cleaning services, Zipcar, 24 hour concierge and maintenance services (Luis and the team)), friendly staff (Stephanie and Maidel and the leasing staff), and huge living spaces! You will always find something to eat nearby and the free trolley and metromover makes you want to go everywhere. I highly recommend Camden Brickell apartments!
Ms. Tiffany and Ms. Christina are amazing!!! Nothing but fun and professional people. And I love how the know almost every resident by name, it makes this home a little more welcoming.
I have lived at Camden Brickell for about a month now, after relocating from out of state. I was initially hesitant to relocate to Miami, but the staff has been friendly and helpful throughout the entire process, and maintenance is quick to follow up! The environment is more relaxed than we expected, which is perfect for us. The street noise rarely catches my attention.They even set up cool events, we had a recent BBQ Potluck / Pool Party run by Amp Productions with giveaways and great food! Overall, I absolutely recommend living in Camden Brickell.
I moved into Camden about a month ago and to be honest, Im still shocked as to how smooth everything has gone since I arrived. Having lived in a few different cities over the years where I have encountered quite a few different management companies (some good, others not so much) I was generally prepared to sign my lease and never hear from the leasing office again... Definitely not the case.Not only was the entire staff incredibly helpful getting my movers in and out on moving day, they actually followed up after to ask if there was anything else they could help with. Seems like a small gesture but in my experience, those follow-ups from management cos just dont happen.While my experience to that point already had me feeling pretty good about my choice to move to Camden, it was the call I received from Lucy in the leasing office telling me that my dogs won Pet of the Month that made me sure I was in the right place. They actually had two puppy gift boxes for them as prizes! It was really adorable but also showed how far they go to create a sense of community.So am I saying nothing ever goes wrong here - nope. Things definitely happen, thats just life. But when my brand new dryer broke last week, they had it replaced the same day (the maintenance crew here is fantastic). When the elevators are being renovated (seemingly every day), they send out emails letting you know thats the case and they tell you when the work should be done and which ones to avoid. And while everyone is frustrated the pool renovation has taken much, much longer than it was supposed to (myself included), theyve been sending out updates whenever they can to keep everyone informed on that work. So yes, these issues, among others, are super annoying but #1 they happen at all buildings #2 they are a means to an end as they make the building better for residents. I feel like they take pride in what they do around here and Im a fan of that.Plus, it doesnt hurt when the concierge greets you by name everyday.. I dont know how she remembers me with hundreds of other residents but shout out to Ms Tiffany! Shes the best and always greets you with a smileSo to wrap up - Ive paid much higher rent for much worse buildings/customer service so I just wanted to throw my 2 cents out here in case its helpful to anyone.
Had a great experience at Camden. Love Tiffany and her wonderful personality. Would recommend their building to anyone looking for a rental apartment.

Living here so far has been a breathe of fresh air. I am new to the community and I feel as if I’ve been here forever. The way theh treat everyone with care and respect makes you feel special. Anyone who is looking for a community and a place that truly stands by their words as far as fixing problems or minor issues you may have then this is the place for you.
UPDATE (7/30/19): Do not move in! They are demolishing the pool again. With the past experience, can only expect the worst. Construction will probably last a couple of months, and will not respect the residents (again) meaning construction for 12h everyday including weekends.All of this is a joke. We are still paying full rent. BEWAREWorst rental building ever. I’ve lived in several rental buildings and this one is by far the worst. In summary, they do not respect the residents, they do whatever they what. Construction has been going forever and they keep lying on the end date. In addition, they decided to work (for the past 2 months) extended hours meaning from 7am to 7pm on weekdays and EVERY SINGLE WEEKEND STARTING AT 8am. It is understandable for a week or two, but they don’t care, they keep lying. If you want to call a place your home, this is not it. You will not want to come after work or school. Numerous residents have reached out and they simply do not care about our concerns. They act as they do, but they keep doing everything without enough information and without taking care of our wellbeing.

I have been only been here a week so my review may not carry that much weight but.. I absolutely love this place nonetheless. The location is perfect for me. I’m a block from Publix and walking distance to about anywhere else I need to be. Management, custodial and concierge are always friendly, professional and greet you with a smile. I had lived in my previous place for 15 years and it was HELL!!. The day I moved out they turned off the elevator as I was moving out and I had to come back the next day.. I had to scramble to get a crew and a truck with just hours notice. I managed to do so and I showed up here on a whim and a prayer to to get the rest of my belongings in my new place. I called consierge and explained my situation and Tiffany jumped to action and squeezed me in so I could use the elevator. I could not be more appreciative.. It really surprised me how quickly everyone sprung into action to help me out. My previous place just left me hanging to dry. I was a model tenant never was late on my rent and never created any problems. The staff here quickly made me feel at home and gave me an extremely warm welcome and I couldn’t ask for anything more. I am so glad I made move. My only regret is that I didn’t do this sooner.
Love living here! The location is great. Right in the heart of Brickell, half a block from both the MetroRail and MetroMover. Exterior walls are thick, so you really cant hear all of the noise happening on the metro/street. Staff is super helpful and friendly--especially Christina at the front desk! Its amazing that such a nice building is so much more affordable than all of the newer builds going up.
We are very happy here at Camden Brickell. It took us quite some time to take the decision and after so many trips we finally moved here. Lucy Magalhaes, an incredible and dedicated professional was always there for us, answering our questions even after we moved. Now we are kind sad because we were informed she is been in the transfer process to another location. Lucy good luck on your new assignment.Celso/Joelma

Lucy has been very helpful with everything from my tour of the building to the moving process and everything afterwardI really do enjoy living in this building even with the construction of the pool and the renovations of the unit in the long run its time to make this a better community

Edit: After living here for a year, I wanted to state that I continue to happily call Camden Brickell home. Im transferring into a 2 bedroom soon. Ive done my research in the area and it is hard to find a better a value in Brickell.Office team is great - especially Eve. She is very helpful and professional. Happy I went with Camden Brickell, which is arguably the best location in Brickell/Downtown Miami area. It is literally across the street from Metromover, Metrorail, Mary Brickell Village, and has a ton of walkability. Camden Brickell is fantastic for commuters that do not want to drive.
Great location, right in the middle of the Brickell area for best restaurants and just steps from the Brickell Center Mall. Good residential environment. And the best staff to help you with a sweet smile.
Do not waste your time or money. They entire building has been under construction for over 2 years now and they are not even close to being done. They will lie to you and tell you that theres only 1 month left but thats what they said to us and it has been 2 years. The building currently has no pool, it was supposed to be done in March and is now August and it is still not done. They are currently not working on the pool so I would say it is not going to be done any time soon. It is extremely loud every single day due to construction, they even work sometimes at 7am on the weekends and late at night on weekdays.... IT IS NOT CHEAP you could get so much better living at SOMA, the bond or any other building in Brickell! :) The area is amazing so definitely moving to Brickell is amazing but Camden is terrible.
I’ve only been living at Camden for a little over a month but I couldn’t speak any more highly of my experience with all of their staff members there so far. From the leasing office, maintenance crew, and concierge team, everything has been the way I hoped it would be when I moved in. My most recent experience involves a situation where my car was pretty severely dirtied by something leaking in the parking garage. I tried to clean it myself and ran it through a car wash but whatever had dripped down on my car wouldn’t come off. So I took a few pictures of the area in the garage where there was clearly something running down the walls and sent pictures of my car as well. The very next morning I got a call from the manager of the building and he asked if he could have someone come that morning and clean my car for me while I was at work. I was extremely surprised with the responsiveness of the complaint and even more surprised when I got home and my car looked shiny new. It was a huge sigh of relief that this was taken care of so quickly and completely. I’ve heard so many stories and read so many bad reviews about other buildings and their management deficiencies that I felt I needed to get on here and rave about how much I love this building and how at home I feel. Couldn’t be any happier with everyone so far and anyone considering Camden Brickell should just stop their apartment search now because I can tell you that you’ve already found the right place!
Nice apartment- wish the renter would provide basic toiletries (of good quality), adequate washing powder/liquid and the dryer actually worked. Else perfect

Great location, I can walk to the metro, and Publix, Great office and maintenance staff and the front desk is awesome they even offer free morning coffee service. The building is clean and the apartments are large. I love it here.
I have lived in the building for the last two years and usually only see the good people who work the front desk and have not met any of the men and women who keep the building going. Today, I met JC and watched him not only complete my work order with a level of professional ease but do it with enthusiasm and a spirit of encouragement and understanding. Thank you JC for making my experience great. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!I recently visited the office to request assistance and JC, Maidel, Eve and Stephanie, as always, made life easier and coming home a pleasure. Thank you for the good work!
