All but maybe one or two of the front desk staff are rude. All of the amenities (pool, game room, sauna) are closed. The entire building is under construction so there is drilling throughout the day that is so loud that not even two pairs of noise canceling headphones can keep it from reverberating inside your head. The construction has been going on for months and there is no end in sight. They’ve closed our balconies with no date on when they will reopen. All of this during a time when most people are working from home. I wish I could give negative stars.

I loved living here!! And this is coming from a woman in her mid-20s who is very particular. I rented here for about 2 years. Lucky to have had such a great landlord. Loved my apartment. Loved the location and the security of the building. Easy access in and out to the highway. Having valet park my car versus going to the garage was a luxury. Loved it. Visitors should use valet or find street parking (not that big of a deal). Loved the pool. Loved the gym. Loved the walkway behind the building next to the water 😍😍. Pet friendly with a nice dog park. The area is cleaned every day. Management and maintenance were always so so helpful and nice. Anyone complaining in the reviews below is over-exaggerating or plain difficult people.

Dentist Dr. Adriana Bove Dental Studio at The Lattitude Offices is gorgeous. A Great dentist and only office at the luxurious The Lattitute Building in Brickell Centre and The River . The experienced offered when you arrive for #dentist #Bove #Studio is same as the Spa: greeted by valet parking, concierge, elegant lobby elevators. Once inside Bove offices you will be charmed not only by the professional caring services Dr. Adriana Bove offers but also by the beautiful views while your smile is getting a tune up.

Im LATE to WORK everyday because valet. Im paying $120 in additional to rent/monthly on valet service. Self parking space is $200 upon your luck, if there is one available.I feel bullied at my own home. Staffs and rude and unprofessional. Valet guy messed up my car but the owner took zero accountability for his employee or management. I filed a report as soon as I noticed the dent before I drove off. Weeks later, they sent me a letter accusing that I left the property prior to claiming the damage which was evidentially inaccurate!When I confronted them, they said that letter was a general acknowledgment. Apparently they send this letter to everyone that ever file a claim, no investigation was taken place. They do not care about you/ or your car. BE CAREFUL !

Parking was a little ridiculous, but the view wasnt bad....

Excellent work and living space

I own a unit in the building since it was built but I never lived in the property. All I can tell is that any time I had an issue, I received great response and follow up from management (Peabody handles the HOA).Visiting my unit at times when I have tenants, I never had issues with the valet parking personnel either.The only complain I would comment on, is the parking availability which is a struggle for visitors if you dont have your own space. I believe after ten years someone should do or should have done something to fix this problem, which is really an inconvenience for everyone.

I have been living in the building for the last 5 years and I love it. The staff, guards valet are really friendly and its a great place to live in!

Best location in Brickell. One light away from the entrance to I-95 with uninterrupted views!

The people in the front are very rude, I came to visit my brother and we brought his dog and this woman was so rude and told me to pick up my dog in a very rude way like seriously find more friendly people in this building 👎👎👎

I live there. Staff is awesome... many tenants are rude and unfriendly. Too many renters in the building who dont respect the property and dont follow rules of the property.

Nice office and condo building but no self parking close by, cant remember if it was about $6/hr or for more hours.Gratziano the restaurant is in side of plaza too, entrance for valet very small and little hidden, one could almost miss it if they didnt know location, comes up very quick right after Gratzianos.

Mafia attitude valet parking managers yelling abd screaming like girls and cursing all over if you get in to its weird one way by mistake they will thretaten you jump in front of your car and Bother for no reason! Stay away Rude and unpleasant environment!!!! regards

My friend lives in this building. Very cleab and close to local bars I like. The balcony has view of Miami river and we can walk right over to the restaurant American Social. A lot.of.young people hangout there.

Awsome place very friendly environment. The latitud have a varity of offices from Orthodontics, to chiropractice.

Great location for those who work around downtown Miami.

Visitor parking here is a nightmare. Sketchy neighborhood after dark.
