Stayed here for a night ! Fantastic ! Owner picked me up from the airport and dropped me at the place. I stayed in the dorms, first impression fantastic, the place was very clean and organized ! Exceptional! I will definitely stay here again and I definitely will recommend this accommodation !

Unit maintenance upon request non existent.Multiple requests over MONTHS time neveraddressed. Burnt out lights in hallways and stairwellsnever repaired. Rear door in fitness room broken, opento public, and never repaired - at least not while Ive beenhere over past year. In-op elevator in one building went un-repaired forthree weeks at one point. Rooms near canal very noisy onweekends with watercraft and transiting trains. (Toot toot).Rooms facing and near pool very noisy with people carrying on with loud boisterous conversations. Recommend rooms facing lot and further away from canal and pool.Positive: Hallway floors waxed and clean. Grounds generally kept maintained. Decent pool and fitness room. Good van shuttle service to MIA.

Great place to stay. We relocated form Chicago last year and the fact that the units are fully furnished, down to dishes, knifes, forks Etc. is a great help. Gisele is a great manager all ways takes care of your needs !!!!

This building does not deserve a 1 star review, very bad service I have been living with them for 1 years and it does not change anything! Im tired of disrespect! Today Saturday 09/21 I have been waiting 2 hours for you to answer me to open my door since the door is broken and it is not my fault and the key does not work for me I went to give my baby a walk and when I return to give him food I find myself that the key does not work, the boy Rubén who is in charge of helping does not answer the phone I have a 6-month-old baby who is giving him his food and I cannot enter to give him his food because of the inresponsibility that Ahy here in this building! I dont feel safe living here, look at my door and nobody wants to do anything about it!

Do not pick up the phone! Trying to book through Booking! Pick up via Uber! Money spent! They do not have! Service zero! How can you mock people like that? This is a fake hostel! Do not stay here! There is no hostel here ...
