Vizcayne is the best! We love the location and amenities, including a large gym and multiple pools. The units are sound proof and the management team is excellent.

UPDATE:They have switched their management company, and Castle management is still great! Compared to other apartment complexes in Miami/Downtown (I have lived at four other ones), Vizcayne continues to be outstanding. I really miss living here!ORIGINAL POST:I loved my two years here. The front desk staff are all so helpful and welcoming. The packages are open for long hours. The amenities are really resort style. My only complaint is that some of the security people are pretty rude.

One the best buildings to live in downtown area, been living here for Almost 5 years, very convenient next to I95, I love my view, the pools, the gym, all the staff that work here are ver friendly and professional! The people at the Admin office !! Congrats !

I have to say that the new management does a great job. Michael the admin and Karina have been extremely helpful/ the experience of service I had never experienced before in my over 2 years in building.

The building changed the management it is worst than before. I moved from Vizcayne 2 months ago I still dont have my deposit check (the one from the condominium back)I keep calling and sending emails. They are all confused, it s a disaster to get MY MONEY back

My header for you all - - By far the worst building administration we have ever encountered. Very bureaucratic and have no sense of co-living. Not suitable for remote workers. I don’t recommend living here - -More details:The building is always clean! That’s been the only good thing about Vizcayne Miami.Residents are treated with disrespect, especially by the office management and the security guards.They have no sense of service, luxury (as they claim), or even decency.Management lies straight to your face about how much long a car was stopped in the unloading spot, just because they can’t wait to call the tow truck on you. Very inexplicable behaviors... right!!Well there is more..Here are some more of the unfortunate events. After we had just moved in, waiting for our wifi installation, my partner and I were working/on zoom meetings in the conference room. Suddenly we get interpreted by an untrained employee, knocking on the door and asking one of us to leave because according to his superiors instructions, it did not matter that we were from the same household, we still couldn’t be in same conference room (1 person per space Covid rule). Stating that in addition to his very rude interruption, he was not allowing himself the 6 ft minimum distance from us as he spoke. We friendly explained to him and my partner still had to leave and go to unnecessarily talk to management. They somehow did not apologize.This other time, security guard Leonor very rudely and anxiously yelled at me as I was following her instructions to move into the pullout only seconds after the spot had opened up. She treated us with unbelievable disrespect.

This is by far the worst apartment building and management in all of Miami. I have been waiting since OCTOBER to get my money back (oh and they gave me a check that bounced prior to this) and their communication is absolutely horrendous. I will also add that when I actually lived there, the management wasnt helpful then either. Something was always broken, residents were treated with such disrespect, and package handling was very inefficient. Facilities are OK but not worth the management youll have to deal with, unfortunately. Stay away is my advice.

I’m a resident at Vizcayne Condos, I truly love it here the location is conveniently located in Downtown Miami with and easy 98 Walk Score. The property is literally across the street from Bayfront Park, 3 blocks from American Airline Area (Heat Plays) to literally sitting on the metro transit rail and bus line. The management staff and security really know what 5 Star Customer Service means. I moved from Atlanta to Miami into Vizcayne Condos sight unseen and rent a loft and now I am purchasing a condo, while being lead by my AMAZING Real Estate Agent Ramy Atalla who’s based out of Miami. If you look for High End Luxury, Location, Views and 5Star Customer Service from Valerie (Property Manager) and team. Nice building but terrible service. The person working when I went there was extremely rude. I’ve heard this is commonplace with them and I would recommend avoiding their establishments if at all possible.

Not a bad place to live in Miami downtown. You’ll be a few minutes away from everything, especially if you like the Miami vibes.

Last month I have visited my family that lives in Vizcayne North building. Since I came inside I have been treated badly. Front desk was very rude and didn’t have any will to show me where the elevator is or send me to my family’s floor. This is what they are supposed to do for any guests - warmly welcome. Additionally, we wanted to go to the pool and they haven’t allowed me to go since I am just visitor and not resident. Being outsider, I would NOT recommend this building.

Building administration is always very bureaucratic, authoritarian with residents and cleaning staff.the gym is unbearable with the residents when they are exercising. Do not offer music. And they are always disturbing residents in their activities. The guy works at the gym Jerry is unbearable with the residents when exercising.Whenever the resident needs to solve a problem in the management office, the intention of the management is to complicate the situation and to oppose the residents with a strong attitude.But the building is always very clean and the cleaning staff are lovely and friendly unlike the manegement Valerie and Roxie.

I am writing this on behalf of my boyfriend that have lived in the condominium for about 2 years. He had a horrible experience living in this building. First thing to say, the building have excellent amenities and the pools are incredible but be VERY CAREFUL with the landlords renting in this place. He is a very cautious person with his personal stuff and he was very pleased he took pictures before entering to the apartment 3505 N (Owner, Edgard Pacheco and her wife Iris Pacheco). They took half of his rental deposit because they do not have knowledge of NORMAL WEAR (and thanks to the pics he took before because they wouldve taken more). I am being totally honest and he left the apartment BETTER than it was before and even that, they took money of the deposit. Since we were moving out to another country he couldnt submit this to the small claims court, if we had the opportunity, we wouldve.

We couldnt be happier! We lived in another downtown rental for 5 years which had become overrun with Air BnB and finally decided we had to move. Our only regret is we didnt come here sooner. The staff are professional, efficient and courteous. The building is spotlessly clean and the amenities are first class and constantly being update and improved. Everything about this building is first class!

Terrible customer service. Building management is terrible. They towed my friends car also. Even though I am very polite when I come to visit him, front desk is very unprofessional.

LOVE this building.. I am an owner in the building, having lived here for over one year now.. Management is fantastic. They address any problem immediately, and are definitely working hard for us. The building is maintained very well, always super clean, and the smell of the lobby always makes me happy to walk in the door! Front desk crew is also superb. Condos are all large sizes and have nice views. Also, the location is excellent.... I dont drive, so I walk EVERYWHERE... also, the free trolley and public buses pick up directly in front of building, and the metro is just a few blocks behind... AND it goes directly to the airport in 10 minutes. Last but not least, the pool deck is exquisite... as soon as I saw it, I knew I had to have it.

Do not move here.Poor maintenance system.Water with chemicals leaking from ceiling garage on cars, causing irreversible paint damage.All they have to say about it- cover your car....Do yourself a favor and dont move here.

I’m not sure how they get away with saying luxury living?? The walls are paper thin. If you will enjoy hearing your neighbor use the bathroom and hear them screaming while being intimate then this is the place for you! Also, Hotwire Internet, the only provider allowed will take you a month to get installed. LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE!!

I have lived in this building for almost 8 months. Surely it is not cheap, however the price is normal for the area. Plus the building is really new, the amenities are great and the employers are nice. Plus they let you rent your parking spot and it can help to save some money .

Talk about bad service. The company calls its self First Service, but they have no Idea about service. All the employees are not trained for their job. Working in the hospitality industry is not for everyone, but just because you need a paying job does not mean they can do a good job. FIRST SERVICE RESIDENTIAL is a huge company with a horrible reputation

The gym doesnt have all the necessary equipments and also they always close it earlier than the time they are supposed to. The bar pool area as well as the media room and the club house is impossible to use because its so expensive to do a reservation that you prefer to have fun outside. When there are events close to the building, the swimming pool area gets so crowded that they dont allow even the tenants to use the swimming pool. They should be more organized and prohibit the guests to use it but not the tenants. They try to be a nice building but they cant.

If you like getting woken up messed up pipes and fire alarms this is the place for you. They building is ruin my morons some of the security is cool but they have this middle age women who thinks she is head detective on a murder investigation not a low iq min wag rent a cop. The pipes in this building put in wrong they get floods and super loud noise coming from various pipes at different times. They close the pool at 9 even on the weekend not worth the money for renters or owners avoid like ball cancer

Vizcayne is a great place to live!

This building is not great. Lived here 4 months. There’s always ongoing things like turning the water or ac off in the buildings. (I have dogs so I’ll happily overheat but not my dogs thanks) there so rude in the management office. It’s awful you pay all this money and most of the staff are rude. The young man at the front desk is always kind and helpful. But the rest of the staff and management are just awful. I feel sad I decided to move to Vizcayne

Eh association is the WORST I have seeing in my life, they are rude, and never solve a problem ! Treat you like a trash ! Is so frustrated!

The worse building possible DO NOT MOVE HERE. All the time firealarms they walk in your unit unannounced the AC always goes down and floors always seem to flood. Its always the same 3 issues which take turns every month.

The worst place to live, new constitution next to the building started and we cannot sleep they will finish in 2020, bayside loud music every day from 5pm till 12am, and here is the worst part, the fire department is 2 blocks away and every 10 minutes you will hear there tracks siren (alarm). So just imagine you are at the 30s floor and you can hear everything in the street from your bed!!!!It was one of my worst decision i have ever made.

Alarms almost every weekday (we have one year old). Weve lived here since July, daily alarms since August

Beautiful space with waiting room swimming pool jacuzzi gym. The beach is on the Miami beach side. This space is located in the dowtown. Not far away there is a large shopping center with many excursions and the bay with the boats is also close to the park. At night the shopping center is very lively. Ice creams, cocktails, music. .. its festive and pretty to see
