Never answer the phone! “They are always showing their beautiful property”

Very Satisfy and happy with the changes in the complex specially the paint. The staff and maintenance are great and are at our service whenever is needed.

I love living here. Im close to EVERYTHING in Miami.And the office staff is nothing short of amazing... they have been so helpful and darn right cheerful from the very first day that we came to see property til now, a year and a half living here. The maintenance staff is always there to fix things the same day I call. And my neighbors are awesome.The only down side is the laundry rooms :( I wish everyone would treat the machines like if they were their own. But since theyre not people put ANYTHING, from shoes to plastic shower liners, in them. Ive even seen machines open up in the middle of a cycle because they have so much clothes in them. No care what-so-ever. So they do break down often. Other than that, this place is the best!!

This place is an scam. I have gone there twice, and it said on the official website and also apartment.com that there are units available, and I go the day after and they said it is has been rented, I do not believe it. First time I went, it said one price for the unit on the official website and they gave me another price (higher). The leasing office people are not professional at all. I really have had a negative experience trying to find rent in that property, I do not recommend it. I really do not know how the CFH management company hired such a bad employees and leasing manager in that property, they are liars.

Well for one ..no one ever answers the phone in office .. Plus my first experience go in there on my own was horrible the lady there seem aggravated with just to the fact ...that I ask why no one ever pics up .. Didnt feel welcome at all.. Maybe I didnt fit the description for the premises 👀

I changed my review from 5 stars to one and I wish if I can give a zero.I have lived here for almost 3 years since 2014, The old administration was very professional and helpful. The new administration especially Rosie is very disrespectful she always keep the door close and the way she talk to me and my wife is very disrespectful I think maybe because we are Muslims and she hates Muslims it could be a reason. The laundry center inside the community is a mess half of the washers does not work and its not clean, also the grill area the grillers are always nonfunctional and the Gym dont even think about it. I am here because I am an international student and I dont have enough resources to live in a descent apartment. The only reason I am still here is because the low price comparing to the location

The person who posted the negative review clearly never lived in the complex. Ive lived there about 3 years now and have been very pleased. The price is right and the location is ideal. I have always felt very safe in the area, including at night, and the complex has its own guard. I think the noise levels of the complex vary depending on which section youre located in (further back in the complex) seems quieter. All in all Id recommend checking it out if youre interested in something affordable and of good quality.

Great place to live. Very family oriented, SAFE (Security guard every night on premises). Staff always friendly and quick to solve any issues. Very clean and landscape very well kept, I just renewed my lease again for the 4th time.

As with everything in Miami, you pay more and get less.I have 3 major complaints about this place:1. Bad Laundry FacilitiesThere is no in unit laundry, but there is laundry on site for the residents to use at the price of $1.75 per load. Washers take 30 minutes and dryers take 1 hour. The biggest laundry room has 7 washers and 8 dryers. Often, at least one of the machines are broken. Also, sometimes you can count on spending $3 per load when you find out the dryer you used didnt get hot and you have to dry them a second time.2. BugsThere are a lot of millipedes here and they often get in your apartment. Of course these bugs are common here in south Florida, but I have lived in other apartments here, and they are not as much of a problem.3. Rent price doesnt match qualityI would not recommend this place.

Great community to live in. The staff is very helpful, neighbors are nice and courtesies. The property is walking distance from public transportation and Downtown Dadeland.

I lived here for 8+ years Beware of 30% rent increases and random rule changes .. the pool and so called amenities area is locked now at 6pm so you cant use the grill . This USED to be a nice place to live

This place is excellent to live.

The base accessories are outdated and cockroaches are rampant. 4 years here until I finish my studies.

Since I rented at Bermuda Villas, I feel very well and I really like the installation.Always grateful for the treatment received from the 1st day, either by the office staff or the maintenance staff. I consider it a very nice place, quiet and clean. MANY THANKS!!!
