I find this company thanks to my next door neighbor. I call them and were able to perform the job same day. Very professional crew. Definitely will do business with them again.

I highly recommend Hi-Tech Air Service. They have installed 2 full air conditioning systems in my home. Im very happy with the workmanship that went into these difficult projects. Chris arrived promptly at 8 am and did not leave until the job was done at 6:30. He is polite and always happy to take the time to answer any questions. John gave me various options to fit my budget. Laura is great with scheduling and goes out of her way to accommodate your schedule. If you want a company with a personal touch, definitely hire Hi-Tech Air do your air conditioning.

Amazing customer service! We moved into a home a few months ago and I know how important our air conditioning needs are especially when reaching the summer heat in Miami. We contacted Hi-Tech to check on our units before that time of the year. They suggested some minor maintenance and now our air conditioning runs better than the first day we moved in. Around 9:00 pm on a Holiday weekend we lost our ac. We called HiTech and John returned our call. He had Greg come to our house within the hour. By 10:00 pm our AC was up and running.Thank you, thank you, thank you for such great service.Holly

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! do not use this company.......I had spoken to a lady named Debbie on the phone several times and she continued to give me the run around on our job to install anew AC.. She first told me a price and when they came out to complete the job she tried to charge me more then double the amount quoted...... She said to me that she never told me the original price... So disappointed in her business ethics.. I will NEVER give them business or refer this company STAY FAR FAR AWAY

I called in the morning because my air conditioning was not working. We had spent the night before in a hot house and it was about to be Memorial Day weekend so wanted to get someone in right away to fix the A/C. I called first thing in the morning and they made an appointment to come between 12 and 2:00 this afternoon.I waited all morning and no A/C guy had shown up by almost 2:00. I get a call from the woman in the office and she tells me the technician is running late and will be at my home by 3:00 pm. I have already been waiting this long so I figure whats another hour. At 3:00 pm he had still not shown up. I call again and leave a message telling the office person that I will have to leave if he is not there by 3:30 to please call me back. By 3:30 pm still no one had shown up so I left. The office never did return my call and I left another message at almost 5:00 pm. The technician did call me at 3:40 pm and told me he had just arrived at my house. I said I was sorry but I had to leave to an appointment and I asked if he could come back later that night. He said no, that he would be working on other jobs until 8 or 9:00 tonight. I did not understand why they made no effort to do some service recovery and find a way to fix my problem even if it meant working later since they had inconvenienced me. The office never returned my calls and made no effort to make things right or apologize. Update: I just got a call from someone at 5:11 pm finally returning my call. He really did not have much to say. Basically said he did not have an explanation for what happened, he had no one to come out to fix my air and he was sorry. Thats it! These people just have terrible customer service! I would never call on this company again.

They only goby gps to your house. They went to the wrong address 2 times because of gps and said they knocked on the door and noone answered, but i was home melting the entire time. And thry didnt call to confirm they were there. After they left, their office called to say they stopped by, and we werent home. Of course the tech said he was at my house.
