Annoying company that violates the FTC and contacts those who are on the do not call and the do not mail list. Harasses homeowners despite the fact theres tons of houses they could be going after and they choose not to.Be prepared for nearly tons of identical cards sent to you and every neighbor you have because this place doesnt find it easy to know which houses they should go after.This company lacks advertising skills.Lacks any ability to understand what a house that isnt for sale is.Their marketing is lousy.If a person were to sell, theyd receive the most by going with a real estate agent, if they were to ..I recommend hooked on phonics for your entire staff.

Called and texts. Leave me alone. Im not someone that doesnt keep up with the market. I know what my house is worth. I think what you do is a slimy way of doing business. Lose my number! What next,will you be mailing flyers to citizens? How about showing up at my door as you have the address, phone number and name. I highly suggest you dont.

Like others have said, they have called, texted and now Im getting post cards from them. However, Im not selling my house. Im not sure why I am getting the calls, texts and post cards. Last time they called I told them 1 million dollars and Im out the next day. They hung up. Apparently they didnt get the message because post cards are showing up in the mail.Im not selling my house and never planed too.

Horribly unprofessional. Texting women unsolicited and referring to my home address is creepy, unprofessional, and bordering on harassment. I don’t know how you got my phone number and address but stalking women is not a good look. I would never trust someone with that poor of judgement to handle any major real estate transaction. If you value your privacy, stay away from this company.

Just received a spam text from a john at brick and mortar asking for my father about his house!!! How did they get my number and why do they think im my father. Were arent even on the same phone plan so it not like my caller id would be weird. This super creeped me out. This company is now on my flagged list.
