I cant say enough about this service center and Tony, the Manager. He went above and beyond to take care of my car and myself. All the issues pertaining to my car were fully explained and shown to me. Transportation was even provided so I didnt have stay at the service center for the entirety of the repairs. I highly recommend Tire Choice in Tamarac.

I talked to Tony on the phone in the morning and they were able to get me in and Patch my tire for me which made it able for me to go to work. Josh was the one who worked on my car very pleasant and professional. Good prices courtesy, I will definitely be going back whenever I need new tires.

Supremely impressed with this Tire Choice center and the knowledgeable staff. I had a run flat on a BMW blow out; called Tony here and got lucky that they had a replacement tire available to install a half hour before closing. I saw that another run flat was about to go and had Tony and the crew replace that one as well. Decent prices and great customer service. My go to service center!

What a nightmare. Would never do business with these individuals again. Would not recommend. After spending $1,300 the tires went bad after 9 months and there was little help and just tons of frustration.Updated 9/8/21: after much deliberation I was able to get some help from Tony and he was able to fix the situation. Tony customer service skills made me feel more comfortable and he took the time to explain and help the situation.

Tony is the best! I came to them with a battery I purchased elsewhere and he installed it for me for free! And he had me out of there in about 15 minutes. I also had my tires done here about a month ago and Giovanni was also very friendly. This place does good work and the employees are very nice. Definitely recommend going here for your car maintenance.

I went to tire choice to replace my four tires and I was assisted by a gentleman called Tony he was very professional and did his job really well done and also the rest of the employees were also at their best. Prices are way too high. Plus as soon as I walked in. The attitude that I got from the clerk was ridiculous.... I would not trust these people with your car. I didnt and recommend.... you do the same. Find somewhere else!

Went and needed o2 sensors replaced and needed tune up they never switched my 02 sensors coming from the new mechanic I just came from left plugs within my engine unplugged and incorrectly misgapped my spark plugs wasted my money and time and asked for two used tires they tried to charge me 200 and was able to get it way cheaper at another shop and will over charge for oil change service. Avoid this shop and save your money!!!!!

Really great service. Fast, efficient and polite staff. They are always willing to help even when we arrived late and they were nearing closing time and still accommodated us. I normally have a decent service when I come here but not this time. Both service manager and the so called mechanic was rude. I came for a drive shaft and oil change. They did the drive shaft and lied about the oil change I checked the oil and it was low. So I took it back on the 18th for my oil change. I ask the Mechanic to place seat covers and floor mat which he did not do and left grease on the floor. I would not recommend them

I went to have the air conditioning checked and the rear tires of the car changed and the service was very bad and dishonest because he wanted to charge me 144.00 dollars just for checking the car and he told me to take the car somewhere else if I didnt like it. First and last time I take my car to repair there. At least they should put someone who knows how to treat the public ethically.

My wife’s vehicle needed some new rear brakes and work on a bad tire...they repaired the tire, at no cost, and replaced the brakes in a timely manner. No complaints, except for the fact that the front desk staff quoted a higher cost, but the manager stepped in with a lower final cost.

I had the best experience working with Sean to get my car fixed. If you want truthful, reasonable, quick service I recommend asking for him. I usually have a hard time understanding what is wrong but he made it easy to understand so I could explain it to my husband. In the past 5 months, I’ve purchased 4 tires here with the insurance as well as a lifetime alignment. My husband always uses this location as well and we’ve been going here for years and 4 vehicles later. After yesterday this will be it for us! I brought my car in because I keep losing air and having to find an air pump that woks so I can put air in everyday! I finally had a day off and decided to bring it here, this is where I just bought these tires not even 2 months ago. I won’t go into detail yet but I am in disbelief by the way I was reared and spoken to by so called manager Giovanni. We have been bringing our cars here for years and 4 cars previously. I’ve had contact with the Giovanni on other occasions and he was a completely different person. Very helpful, nice and a pleasure to deal with. Oh my lord, yesterday he was like a raging lunatic. After the altercation that took place I left there with nothing done. However many more detains to explain why. Apparently the owner, area manager could care less about what happened to me yesterday or what took place! Mind you in front of other customers in the store, someone on the phone ( not on hold) and employees. Which I spoke to two of the employees after and he agreed how they couldn’t believe the way I was treated. They couldn’t apologize enough for how I was talk to and treated. I assured them that it had no bearings on them and I thanked him for all that he did and for trying to help. Unfortunately a lil piece of information that Giovanni forgot to tell the tech is that the tire having issues had just been plugged. I am in disbelief that I did not receive a phone call from the store owner or district manager over this Tamarac Tires Choice. I’m now awaiting a call from the Corporate office. I managed to record some of the screaming and yelling from Giovanni directed to me. On my phone, my only regret is that I didn’t record it from the beginning. I am just blown away that any Conpany would allow an employee whether be a manager or not talk to any customer the way I was screamed at. For what reason? Because I felt unsafe driving with a tire that loses air every day snd I thought the place that I bought the tires from would be just as concerned and want to know why as well and assure my and my families safety. No such thing as being kind in Giovannis mind or Happy New Year to me!

I went in yesterday to get an oil change and was thrilled they were able to take me without an appointment. Giovani we very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Was their first customer at 8:27AM, needed one tire, waited 1H and half, to have one tire installed, ridiculous. I left at 9:45, super late to work and the tire wasn’t even cheap, 221$ also, they didn’t inflate the tire either. In Miami, I would’ve had all 4 tires balanced/rotated in less than 30 minutes. Go somewhere else, this place sucks.

I’ve been here for the past few times if I’ve had any problems with my car. The service is great, professional, fast, and affordable. I’ve only called ahead in advance and their was usually no wait. I usually purchase the parts that need to be replaced for a discounted price and they fix it immediately so their’s no waiting for shipping! This has become my regular mechanic and they’re amazing! I showed up here at the Tire Choice in Tamarac on Pine Island 30 minutes before closing and the manager brought me right in and made sure my tire was safely repaired. FIVE STARS! I’ll continue to go back here for as long as possible and I’ll elaborate on why. I’m a young college student who always gets nervous when a service light comes on my used 2012 Hyundai Elantra and I went to the Tires Choice in TAMARAC on a whim when my tire had a nail in it. Ever since that first visit and the care I received I kept going back. I’ve had three amazing visits at this shop and I’m SOLD. I felt compelled to leave a review as I rarely leave reviews for shops but this shop has earned it. The shop manager has such a sense of empathy and will truly take time to explain things to you. As a young woman who is normally intimidated by auto shops it means a lot to know I have a shop I can recommend to my mother, or anyone else, that won’t try to take advantage of my naivety when it comes to auto mechanics which is why I’m writing this lengthy review. The mechanics are also kind, they smile to you and really do their best and work rather quickly! I can’t thank everyone in this shop enough and I won’t go anywhere else for tires or service. I’m a loyal customer for as long as I can be :)

The staff here is amazing! Great guys who are honest, caring, and helpful. We came in because our car was making a weird sound and the manager Jenner (?) was very helpful, he got on it right away and had the mechanics take a look at it. We only waited about 25 minutes and the problem had been fixed. Our experience was great and we plan on always coming here from now on, even though it’s a little bit of a drive for us. But this has been the best experience we have had at any auto shop ever. Thank you all for doing such a great job! I didn’t get the mechanics names, but they were all so nice and you can tell they care about their customers.

Let me start with saying this place knows their stuff and has the customer service to back it up! I brought 4 tires to have installed and one was “out of round”. Not only did they diagnose the issue but I was able to replace tire through the mail and have them install it twice without any additional cost to me!! I went in to get a wheel alignment. Was told it would cost $104.99 but with a $20 coupon it would only be $84.99. Great I left it.About an hour later they called and said my 2013 Ford C-Max could not be aligned because all the upper and lower tie rods were frozen and it would cost $661 to replace them all. I said forget it and picked up my car. That evening, coincidentally one front tire went flat. cant blame them for that coincidence.The next day I took it to Sears, and they were able to perform the alignment without any of the malarkey about needing to replace the 4 tie rods.

I brought my truck here this afternoon to get an alignment, and balance & rotate my tires. I was greeted by Gio as soon as I walked in. He put together my work order/estimate, which was EXACTLY what my final total came to. (no surprises!!!). They promptly got to work on my vehicle and had the work completed sooner than I was quoted. Fast, reliable, and professional work is why I’ve been coming here for the past 12 years. As always, thank you Gio and your team for the exceptional work and customer service.

This place is joke they try to charge me $200 for swapping my tire pressure sensors from one rims to other rims and thy have horrible attitude!!!

Months after buying tires from this Tire Choice location in Tamarac I ended up with a flat, luckily it was still under warranty. I went into the store and explained my issue, they were very receptive and willing to honor it, after a while of trying to find out what the problem was, they decided it was better to replace the tire than having me come back days later with the same issue. The Customer service from Gio and Manager Shawn was beyond my expectations. I also bring my car oil change to this location and I will continue to comeback.
