Please do not listen to the fake reviews of this place. I called to set up an appointment for 3pm with a service fee of $55 for a leaking AC unit but no one shows up until after 5pm and when they do, they change the service fee to $85. So when I tell the technician that the price has changed and ask why so, he argues and says he will leave the scene as is with my AC unit still leaking.Later that day, I realize that they changed something on my AC to where it doesn’t blow out cool air anymore.Terrible company! Please do not believe the fake reviews they write! I will definitely report this company for this behavior.

Reliable is their name and also their game.My condenser began making noises a few days ago and last night it stopped working. I woke up on a Sunday to find the thermostat at 81°! I called a few companies in Miami Beach, who all wanted to charge me extra for same day, Sunday service/repair.Luckily I got in touch with reliable air conditioning and refrigeration. Someone answered the phone promptly, asked what my problem was, and where the location was. I was given a 1 to 2 hour ETA and 45 minutes later they were at my door.They were very courteous and respectful, and even wore N-95 respirator masks. After looking at my unit they immediately diagnosed the problem and were able to replace my fan motor in the same appointment.Considering the circumstances, I felt the price was fair and the repair was quick… My thermostat dropped to 74° within an hour. I had to leave a review as a thank you for resolving my problem very quickly. They definitely deserve recognition... highly recommended.

I called them as soon as I found out my AC wasnt working. Within the same day someone was at my house and in no time I could feel my air kicking in again. Great service the whole time and incredibly professional. I definitely recommend this company of you everyjave any trouble.

Soo... why was it so hot in the house? No clue... but Reliable AC did! I contacted them after 10:30 pm and had a reply around 11:00 pm! As agreed, they were at my house the next morning to diagnose the issue. Thankfully it was a relatively easy and semi-inexpensive fix! It required that I turn off my unit for a few hours before they could repair the issue. The technicians left and returned a few hours later to complete the task. While they were out, Henry called to provide an updated ETA. VERY MUCH SATISFIED!Oh, did I mention that It was Saturday Evening when I first contacted them and it was a Sunday when the work was done without a weekend premium?!

Absolutely fantastic business. Thought my AC needed a big fix, but the mechanic came over and told me everything was fine. Incredibly responsive and polite. After living in Miami for 10 years, it blew me away that somebody in the repair business could be so professional and prompt. Definitely go with this company.

Very pleased with this company. They came on Labor Day for no extra charge and fixed our unit for a reasonable fee in less than 30 min. The technician spoke English and was very professional.

Called on a Saturday afternoon, told me about 2 hours. They arrived within 2 hours but by then the ac started working again. They checked it, all seemed ok and told me to wait and see how it operates, if needed to call back.Honest service techs are hard to find.Thanks guys..

I set up an appointment for Saturday morning. Henry called me about 9:15 am and came over shortly afterwards. He explained to me what the problem was immediately. He only fixed what was needed and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I can tell that he is very HONEST.
