This company came out for an emergency install and we are so pleased with service and the price amazing to get a company out on a weekend to provide such fast service. I placed the call in the morning because my ac was not cooling and the tech came out and found out that the unit compressor is bad and recommended us changing the complete unit outside and not just the compressor which he said has (1) year warranty and the outside unit has (5) years warranty so we went ahead with the recommendation.We are so pleased with the service and they are very inexpensive. Not only that we ended up purchasing their service agreement which is $150 for (2) visits for the year. You really can’t get it any better out there. I would recommend this company to any one. Wanted $875 to change a fan motor. Then went as low as $400. At this point I didnt trust them anymore and sent them away. Now i understand why they are always available so quickly. They basically just come out and charge you $79 for a service callThen they quote you an outrageous price so you decline and they move to the next victim. Found someone for $150 shortly after learning my lesson.

Amazing service! I started to notice my AC not blowing out cold air as normal on a Thursday night then in the morning it was just blowing room temperature air and thats where I scrambled to look for someone to help. I did call a few other places but no one wanted to come over except for 24 Hour Air Service. They were amazingly quick to come and evaluate the issue. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly.. I needed a new roof unit in my condo and the company had a unit available and immediately they worked things out with the management company so I can have AC before the 90F weekend we were going to have.I have never seen a company work so fast and diligent. They contacted several times to let me know what was going on and within a couple of hours I had AC again. They are very professional and caring. They are easy to deal with and the staff is wonderful. And thanks to Angela and Eurice for calling several times that day and calling during the weekend and the following week to make sure all was well. And thanks to Roger and Yoel for bringing and installing the unit quickly. I highly recommend them.

DONT CALL THIS COMPANY!!! They charged me $1100 for an AC repairment. It worked for 1 hour and stopped working again. They dont want to recognize the guarantee and dont want to give me back the money.. In other words, they are stealing me.DONT TRUS THIS COMPANY

This company was called out for a leaky valve which was fixed in 15 minutes of arrival (late arrival) with a little teflon tape and pipe glue. Charged $470 plus tax. Anyone on earth knows that is unreasonable! When contacting office, they dont charge by the hour, they charge by the job. What a scam! Stay away from using 24 HR Service Inc unless you dont mind surprise huge bill!

Mr Roger the technician was amazing. He was on time, so respectful, understanding of our frustrated situation, and got us up and running in no time. Really an amazing worker. Would highly recommend him to any of your ac needs.

After paying the full amount to install a brand new AC unit from this company, the machine stopped working 20 min after the tech left. And this happened three times before it finally got fixed a few days later.For most AC companies, a new unit will come with a new thermoset and the company will register the unit for customers free of charge. However, this company does not provide new thermoset, and does not do the registration for customers. On the Contract, it says WARRANTY: (10) YEARS COMPRESSOR, (10) YEARS PARTS. But, to get that you actually have to pay an extra fee to BUY that warranty, and there is no single word on the Contract mentioning this is just a purchase option. So, be prepared that you will need to pay extra money after buying the whole brand new unit from them.

This company is incredible, I call for service late at night and they technician came out to my house so fast, unbelievable. When he stepped into my house I was amazed to see him dress so professional and wearing booties in my house and also placed a company mat at my door. I have been using 24 Hour Air Service, Inc. for about 4 or 5 years when we have an emergency problem. It was extremely hot and the air conditioner went out. We looked them up called and came within an hour. It took about three well worth it hours (and thats assessing the problem, getting the needed part and fixing the unit)to have our house feeling livable again. The techicians that come to your how are knowledgeable, friendly and informative as is the office personnel. Have been with 24 Hour Air Serviceever since.

Unprofessional! Contacted this Company on a Sunday. No invoice provided for an AC unit that was serviced. Within a few hours still blowing warm air. Contacted the office the next day on Monday--which was a NO SHOW. Called the next day Tuesday and a person (could not have been a ACperson). This guy walked around for an hour with no answers! He went ahead and asked for an actual thermometer so he could check the temperature of the unit Yes. A human thermometer! Poked a hole in the units insulation to measure it! When I spoke to a manager his reply was well it doesnt matter, it can be measured this way called Wednesday again to get someone out to honor their 30 day guaranteeAnd another NO SHOW. Complained about no emailed receipts! Can anyone tell me whom the actual owner is of this company. CallAir on Demand! Great company.

Where do I begin!!!! The supervisor is an air head! The call scheduling lady is always cracking up! No manners what so ever. They have updated fancy vehicles but they write everything on paper. They charged me $184.48 to come out and give me an estimate.... I verified on the phone that an estimate will cost $80 but they rip you off by saying you need to defrost your unit. I would need a defrost if work would need to be done. Before 24 HR I had cool air come out and they charged $69 without defrosting told me everything I need done. I left with an estimate and knew what I was looking at. The only reason two stars is because the technician was great. But the supervisor I hung up on her after she gave me attitude for asking about the defrosting fee.save your money, after using 24 HR I did not have an estimate.

I am very satisfied with 24 Hour Air Service Inc. They were very professional and showed up the same day I called to fix my AC which surprised me because it was late in the day. The air conditioning was repaired successfully and now I am happy to report that my AC is working as good as new. They gave me a few tips on how to properly maintain it moving forward so that I can save on future maintenance and repairs. Overall I am a happy customer and will call them again in the future if I have any trouble with my air conditioning.

My A/C unit wouldnt turn on after a week of no usage. I got in touch with 24hr A/C for service, once the technician arrived, it took him about 10min to find the issue and repaired it in minutes. A/C works perfectly. The issue was a loose wire. The tech charged me a reasonable price, however his boss called and said the price was too low and I should be charged $200+ more or purchase a thermostat for $400, which I didnt need. This company is the reason why these A/C companies get a bad rep. Ill never do business with them again.

Absolutely the worst a/c company in Sourh Florida.Zero customer service, never show up when they say and everyday was a different team with a supervisor who never spoke a word. Our job was a commercial job that they bid and was simple but they over did it and what should have been done in a week became three months. Then at end they hit us with a bill that was way over what was agreed without ever discussing it during the horrific delay. We deal with a lot of contractors and I can honestly say we never had a worse experience than these guys.

24 Hour Service came to our rescue in the heat of the summer. I highly recommend asking for Mike from the Miami service department. We have very old units that were giving us troubles, popping breakers every few days... Mike came to the rescue and put a new compressor in and we have been up and running ever since. We really appreciated how Mike took the time to explain what the problem was and then finally fixed it. And even better yet, he even dropped by a few months later to see how things are working. That is great customer service.

I am disappointed my air needed a maintenance because it was not cooling properly. The tech came to fix it and cleaned it out I was under the impression that the tech assessed the problem and took care of it . I was charged 378.00 that was on the weekend .The following weekend the air was not cooling and by that time my air had frozen another tech came was unable to do anything . Then the next day the tech came again and indicated that the air needed to be cleaned inside and that it would cost 563.00 . When the tech had previously came I thought he cleaned inside an took care of the problem . The tech indicated that the air coils were not as dirty as they were the previous week. Regardless of that the air problem wasnt assessed properly and now 24 hour air wanted to charge me 563.00 to do what I thought they did in the first place . I asked the Tech if had checked the unit outside he said no because it was raining . I am disappointed because I spent almost 400 and the problem wasnt detected the first visit ., and then I would of had to pay another 563.00 to fix the same problem in the first place . Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! and when i declined after I signed the work order ( He stated I didnt have to pay anything) the tech came back knocked on my door asking me to pay a trip charge of 75.00 I did not pay . Although the tech was nice the problem could of been taken care of rather than me having to pay almost 900 for a maintenance cleaning ! Thankfully I didnt spend 563.00 .

Service man was not the expert he claimed to be unless his expertise is another field. Had him out to fix a leak issue. He told me after troubleshooting what was the issue and the cost to fix it. After moving forward he assured me the issue was fixed until the next day I noticed the same problem. He wanted to come back and charge me to do a completely different job for a larger fee. I rejected him and his company a d found someone else. The leak issue wasnt anything he said it was. Some expert he is smh. I would of waste money with him twice and still wouldnt have my problem solved

Worst A/C company ever. Stay away from this people. Their customer service is awful. Their techs do not know nothing about what they are doing. I bought a new unit from them less than a year ago and Im still having issues with it. Unit is extremely loud. I had a 24 year old unit and it didnt make that much noise. We had them come out for a repair while we were out of town. We spoke with them and they said our thermostat was broken and wanted to charge us over $300 for a new one.We negotiated to $200 + they had us over a barrel since we needed the ac fixed for the poor friends house sitting for us. On return we found they put a $14.00 thermostat no programmable in place of our more expensive 7 day programmable. They were unwilling to come back and at least swap outFor a better thermostat. What a rip off.So not use them you should get what you pay for and I paid over 300.00 for service and a crappy thermostat that I had to have changed on return.

Horrible service. Ditch people for so many times. Never show up on time. Overcharge the price and didnt even fix the fridges the right way, still having problem. They blame it for other reasons, like its too old or takes time to get colder. Also, they will give you one price first, and then change to different amount after finish the job. The technician name is Baker. The manager Crystal is horrible too. Poor management and bad technician. Wish the owner of business see this comment. On 07/25/17 I contacted 24hour Air Service Requesting an emergency repair service for my A/C that suddenly stopped cooling. I specifically asked if they could send a technician asap since my kid, who suffers a bad respiratory allergy, was having difficulty to breath in an 85 degrees home. The technician arrived around 9:00pm and after 15 min or so issued a receipt and requested payment of $378.51 for the repair (Initially they told me the service will be around $200). He charged my debit card and left. I waited the A/C to start cooling, but the vents never blew other than hot air. The next day I emailed the company to ask for the refund since the service did not confirm to the standards promised, and I had to pay another emergency repair service company that replaced two broken pieces and fixed the A/C. The company refused to issue the refund.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I called the company because my air was not working. They sent a guy who was only working with the company 3 months. He has not idea what he was doing. He lied and said he checked the coils and he didnt. He said I needed a leak detection and stop leak for a total of $300. I did not pay this as I knew this was not the case. He than said I needed gas. He proceeded to put 4 pounds of gas in my AC. $320 I paid for this. Next day still not air. They sent another guy out the next day. He still didnt check the coils. He said I need to replace the entire unit. This just didnt feel right to me. a 6 year old AC. Called another company. They were great. This time the coils were check and were very dirty. Did even charge me the service call fee as they felt bad that I just paid $320 and was never told this. Although they were not able to do the work, I paid a sub-contractor to clean it for me. $200. We spent 3 hours in the attic doing the work. After, the air was no longer restricted. Before, the subcontractor cleaned the coils, he told me he thinks the system is overcharged with gas. But he still cleaned the coils and the air started to blow better but not cold. So now I am upset and decided to just get a quote on a new one. Another company came out and give me the quote but said wow, let me check something for you. The guy hooked up his tools to the outside AC and said, your AC is overcharge, and this maybe the reason why its not blowing cold air. ummmm....I called the other guy back who cleaned the coils. He let out almost 2 pounds of gas. And said I bet you your AC will work better now. I just check my AC this morning and we are at 75 in the house. STAY AWAY FROM 24 HOUR AIR. THEY WLL RIP YOU OFF . Charge me for gas I didnt need. Even the lady on the phone told me the guy they sent out was new on the job. I had two companies tell me my system was overcharged and the service manager I spoke too didnt want to take responsibility for his worker. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! $320 GONE

Its great to find a company that have technicians, that actually know what theyre talking about. Most companies have technicians that only tell you things to spend your money. 24 hour air service technicians actually worry about fixing your problem. Make sure you call them, theyre actually a helpful company and wont cheat you out of your money.

I have my own business & my Ice Machine broke down, I called 24 hour air service & told them how urgent this situation was because of my running business. Within the next hour & a half my Ice Machine was up & running. Great customer service!

TERRIBLE! They did not fix the problem and they damaged the floor and were rude. They would not take responsibility for the damage and they never did fix the problem. They said they would send a tech to come fix the problem again and said he was on the way. A no show. Still no ice maker plus I had to pay for the damage they caused. Hire someone else.

Attention: poor customer service...after services were rendered, Friday night, and paid $400.00 for a/c capacitor. Was told needed fuse box replaced ALREADY INCLUDED. Was told someone would come back next day with fuse box. No one showed up, called and was told it was not an emergency, scheduled it for Tuesday afternoon, Again, no one came. Called again, tech came today, Wednesday. Tech informs me that Im to be charged $250.00 for fuse box replacement or a $50 charge for visit. Horrible experience!

Finally my A/C has been fixed. Thanks to 24 hour air service. For the past two days I couldnt get ahold of any other A/C companies,but 24 hour air service really saved my night. Im able to sleep in peace now!

This company is horrible. While the servicemen are friendly and professional, the actual company is horrendous. The company quoted me a completely different price of what they told my landlord to pay and cashed my check immediately. When my landlord called to discuss this payment discrepancy they stated they would mail me a refund check. This happened early July 2013. I have called at least 7 times since then (it is late September 2013) each time they told me my refund check is in the mail. I have still not received my refund check but will continue to call until they do so. This company took advantage of a young woman by attempting to over charge and has appalling customer service.

Our air conditioner stopped working after a power outage; we called this company because our power came on late in the afternoon and they offered 24 hour service. They arrived three hours later. So far, so good. The tech worked on our a/c until past 11pm. Concluded that although he was not sure what was wrong, he was pretty sure the circuit board and fan motor needed to be replaced. He spent the evening calling his supervisor--apparently for help with our a/c. Once he was done, he quoted us $1200. He proceeded to remove the fan and board from our a/c and said he needed to take the parts with him to find replacement parts. He would be back tomorrow morning to install the new parts. We figured this is standard operating procedure.No one came out the next day until 5pm. A different technician than the one who came the night before was sent. He was unable to do any work on our unit because he did not understand what the previous technician had done. He waited all night at our house with no a/c waiting for his supervisor to come out and help him finish the job.Supervisor arrived after 9pm. They began work. Upon completion--several hours later--they stated that the part they installed was defective and they would have to come back in the morning to replace it.The next morning my husband and I called the company and asked to speak to a supervisor. We were told that a supervisor would call us back. We called 5 times and have still not received a call-back from anyone at the company.At 3pm the technician from the first night came and got our a/c working but that our thermostat was defective and needed to be replaced. We explained that our thermostat has been newly installed by AT&T and it is still under warranty. Under no circumstances was he to touch it. Later he apologized and said it simply needed to be reset.While we have had a working a/c for all of 3 hours today, we are upset that no one from management called us back, and we were not offered a discount even though the emergency visit was not resolved for another 2.5 days. The technician said we agreed to the rate on the first night and that was what we had to pay.Do not use this company to service your a/c. Customer service, timeliness, courtesy, and accountability are not qualities belonging to this company.

I am very disappointed with this companies service, on June 24,2014 is when my trouble started my central air started blowing hot air i called this company they came out i was charged over 500.00 dollars to have this problem fixed which it was but on June 27,2014 my air again started blowing hot air so i called for the 2nd time, now we get to the third which was on June 30,2014, the supervisor and i had a few unplesant words but they again sent someone out i informed that person that this would be the last time using this company because instead of telling me straight from beginning i would eventually need a new condensor they half assed fixed it and charged me and the last visit charged me over 100.00 dollars because of something he supposedly didnt see in the very beginning of this awful experience. From what i had to deal with i will not give this company a high rating. I have spent 729.92 dollars for this lesson.

Terrible company, never will call them again. They overcharge you for no service. The technicians tell you a price, then the boss asks for another one. DO NOT CALL THEM.

1 time Tech was nice and Filled my freon on the AC, but my unit was still leaking . I called back for a leak test and they need 3 appointments .

Charged me almost 400 Dollars for Freon on a unit that had leaks. They should have checked for leaks before adding the freon. In conclusion 2.5 weeks down the road freon was gone and I had to call a different company to fix the issue and add more freeon. They never responded to the warranty in the contract and responded with very poor customer service.

This is the worst ac repair company that exists on earth! After repair, the mechanic demanded cash and didnt want to give an invoice. Next day, it proved to be the mechanic had only fixed the fan, ac was still not working, called the company few times, they promised to call back,. never called back. They are only looking for 1 time customer, not a repeat business. STAY AWAY from them.
